Actually not worth any stars. Of the 6 pizzas, 5 were not properly topped. So the price-performance ratio is not fair. For example, kebab pizza without meat. Side dishes were missing or not specified according to the menu. Operator very unfriendly and didn't see the error, no measures were taken. I will never order from them again and will not recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately that's not possible. This restaurant deserves minus stars. First, the pizza arrived 20 minutes late, not the time agreed upon when ordering. The pizza was also not delivered to the correct location. We ordered 6 pizzas, one of which was exactly as ordered. For the Kebab Pizza you ordered you got a Pizza Margaritha, the other pizza was missing ham and many more from the side dishes (this pizza cost almost 40 and then half of it was missing). Again, the other 3 pizzas were also incorrectly topped. After consulting with the operator, we only got a very snippy, nagging answer that the pizzas were already filled correctly, which, according to the operator's menu on the internet, was not true. We will never order from there again and can highly recommend it.

My dear fellow students and I had a great idea this afternoon and decided to order several pizzas together. (150CHF). We, who already earn the minimum wage, were extremely happy. However, this is a fatal mistake. The pizzas were delivered 20 minutes late and the delivery person was involuntarily on a first-name basis with us. We received 6 pizzas, at least one of them was correctly topped. The other 5 were missing almost everything. Fortunately, everyone had dough, but it seemed to me that they had run out of tomatoes, artichokes, olives, ham and kebab meat. We paid for these too, but did not receive them. Afterwards we read the Google reviews, someone had food poisoning. Now we can no longer concentrate in class and fear for our lives. With the free cola we can at least alleviate the symptom of nausea.

I got a kebab in a sandwich and was very disappointed with the size. The kebab was very small, so small that you could close it completely and no longer see any of the contents. The bread was very small, there was little meat and even the sauce was skimpy. When the sauce ran out, the employee was too lazy to get or open a new one. If you're going to pay a ridiculous 11.00, then you should also make the kebab according to the price. Only stomach pain the next day. Never again!

Ordered pizza margherita with fries on it. It was so dry and so salty cause they put so much of that fries seasoning on it. And I also didn't order one piece of mushroom on the side but there it was lurking in the pizza box (I despise mushrooms). Definitely not worth the 19 Fr. for that salt disc. And surprise surprise my boyfriend got a bad stomachache after he ate his pizza. Thanks for that. Delivery guy was nice though.

Pizza is one of THE best, the employee also came over to ask how the food was... Ong 10/10

Ordered: Chicken! Received: ugly weird minced mixture.. Ordered without tomatoes and without salad.. received with everything.. plus vegetables and salad but already brownish in color.. definitely not fresh..! simply disgusting! Never again in 100 years!!!

Very tasty food. Not just a snack bar but a successful ambience. The managing director also occasionally fulfills special requests that are not on the menu. Many thanks to the staff that Lucerne was able to attract such a great restaurant.

Cold and soft fries, Burger was ordered WITHOUT onions and cucumbers but was delivered with both and food arrived 20 minutes late.
