Food Point 13 in Emmen

I ordered online. Delivery distance was less than 1km, but the onion rings (7.- for 6 fatty and unseasoned onion rings) were almost cold. The kebab was not a kebab but an indefinable mass. The bread is soaked with ferment and sauce. And despite the short journey, the kebab was only lukewarm. Even just once was too much. Stay away from this store

The stamp card system from eat.ch, which in my opinion makes a profit, has been removed from food point13. My stamp card was almost full. very unfortunate. I also questioned the hygiene and high prices on site. no more.

We ordered 2 pizzas via eat.ch. The one with ham and salami had a sour aftertaste - inedible!! Pizza Kebap was more like pizza, bland raclette with hidden meat products. Although I'm totally against foodwaiste and we were extremely hungry... both pizzas ended up in the trash after 2 bites and we had soup for dinner. It's a shame to deliver and charge for something like that 🤬😡 NEVER ORDER PIZZA THERE!!!!

Today I ordered a kebab pizza and unfortunately the meat was completely black and dry.

A super pizza......, was on a trip and needed some good dinner. Recommendable.

Please throw away your cocktail sauce. She messes up the whole kebab. Buy new cocktail sauce.

What happened here ? If I had known what was coming with the new GL, I would never have entered the store. 1. You are not greeted as a customer 2.The visible counter is unreasonable. Dried sauce. Unclean and unresponsive containers filled with food. Filled would be an exaggeration. 2-3 lettuce leaves, empty carrot container. Absolutely unresponsive!! Doner kebab minimally filled with 1-2 lettuce leaves and 1-3 corn kernels. Seriously ? OMG. Never again.

We ordered 2 pizzas this evening. (Hawaii and Procuitto) were both poorly topped and the Oberhammer was what was supposed to be ham. It was very far from that. The dough was too rubbery. I used to order a lot from you. But the last two times I was massively disappointed. A pity.

Pide didn't look edible, kebab was full of cocktail on the edge, there was nothing inside...it's a shame

Dear people, either the shop has developed further or you are being judged too harshly! I was there for the first time today and everything was fresh, the shop was clean and the service was very friendly! I read in the reviews that the cocktail sauce tastes strange and bad, which is 0.0 the case! As a former chef, I immediately noticed that she was self-made. I then asked the boss about the special taste and he told me he has a herbal mixture made from the finest oriental spices, a mixture of 7 different ones! It also spices up the fries! Of course, not everyone's taste is right, but to criticize it just because something tastes different is neither mature nor okay! My conclusion: Friendly people, good home-made food at a decent price. 1 star less for the ambience, because I find it a bit dark but otherwise wonderful. Definitely going there again.

After waiting for over an hour, I had to pick up the pizza on the street in the neighborhood... what's more, the margharita tastes like ketchup and parmesan and the pizza I wanted is a puddle of oil on dough. It's a real shame what has become of this shop. You'd better go IV and finish work.

Completely raw pizza, The mozzarella was supposed to be buffalo, but it was plastic and the cherry tomatoes were missing. Money thrown in the garbage. I don't recommend it to anyone

The food was very bad, the last time I was there was when the old owners were still there and back then the food was great. Now the meat is very strange and smells strange, the fries weren't even cooked through. The new owner should change the name, the FoodPoint13 was something special.

Got food poisoning from a kebab!!!!

Ordered kebab at 9:15 p.m. 11:00 p.m. still not arrived. Called at 10:20 and it said "10 minutes brother". I finally called and canceled at 10:50 p.m.

We came into the store with our friend about 15 minutes later and were asked what we would like to order. Conclusion French fries way too much salt. Kebab 2/10 not very spicy rather very spicy. Loveless, relatively expensive, strange employees.

A rag was used to clean the side of the salad, which was as dirty as if the floor had been wiped. The smell of the meat tastes like sweat. At the end they briefly covered the aluminum foil over the salad and the meat and closed the shop. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Incredible!

Too bad…. Food Point 13, which I once knew, was once so awesome!! 10/10 (I would have even said one of the best kebabs/pizzas in Lucerne) but you haven't seen much of it lately... It's a real shame that you can fall so low from such a high level... I ordered regularly and will refrain from doing that in the future... It's understandable that a meal can be bad... but you simply can't serve the pizza or the kebab to the customer like that... or deliver it... it's a real shame that I have to look for a new snack bar... Still wish you much success...

Foodpoint used to be a “place to be”. A place where you felt comfortable. Had good conversations with the owners over a cigarette after dinner. Good music played in the background that gave the simple ambience a modern touch. Unfortunately I didn't expect to find new owners. Which is usually not a bad thing, but Just Eat's top ratings will never be achieved again! The coveted Foodpoint Calzone was simply pure fat!!! The shop had a strange smell. The new employees were nice, but the new Foodpoint is no longer worth visiting. Sad.. well good luck.

Definitely no longer the Food Point 13 you know. When I opened the kebab, I first noticed a beard hair, then it was very unsalted and tasted very strange. More like Indian spices. The salad was rather brownish, not fresh at all. In my opinion the pizza wasn't really fresh. It was quite dry and a bit harder, something I've never had before when I've ordered pizza anywhere. I'm pretty disappointed and definitely won't be ordering from them again. It's a shame the shop was sold, we used to know that the food was very, very tasty and arrived fresh. Why people don't see the advantage in the well-known name and want to be just as good as the predecessor is a mystery to me. They're going to lose (us) all of their regular customers if I see the other comments like that. Well, that's their problem. Then I left as a regular customer.

In my opinion it was the best kebab in Lucerne. Unfortunately, the owners recently changed... but not just them but also the taste (different meat, strange cocktail sauce and the way it was prepared). I think that if you keep the name “Food Point 13” when you take over, you have to continue to run the store exactly as before. Unfortunately I ate there for the last time today.
