During my recent business trip to Zurich, I opted to stay at this hotel. Despite having communicated my need to continue working after check-out, I found myself in a predicament upon departure. Unfortunately, the option for a late check-out was not available. I proposed utilizing one of the hotel's business areas, such as a meeting room or conference room and expressed willingness to pay for this privilege. I was informed that all the business areas were fully booked and occupied. In an effort to secure a suitable space for an important meeting, lasting only 30 minutes and necessitating privacy due to the sensitive nature of the discussion, the only solution provided was to book a full-rate room, leaving me with no choice but to accept. Furthermore, upon receiving the keys to the room I checked out of, I discovered that cleaning had commenced. However, due to my re-check-in, I was provided with the room in the midst of the cleaning service, resulting in an incomplete setup. After my short online meeting, I checked out again and paid the FULL price for a night stay. Overall, the lack of flexibility leaves me disinclined to revisit this hotel in the future.

It's a smallish room but it's clean and it has a balcony. Most of the items in the fridge are not complimentary unlike some other hotels I've stayed in Zurich. The room was a little cold at night and there was no way to increase the temperature. The front desk couldn't help with that either. The automatic blinds really do keep the light out when down and allow for sleeping in despite the summer early sunrise. The shower is kind of small so you might graze the shower curtain while showering. The Leafs Restaurant has great ambience and good breakfast including some really good sausages. I didn't try any of the other meals. Note that they might close earlier than the times on Google. The bed is pretty comfortable.
