Apparently you couldn’t sit inside the cafe when you had bought a ice cream in a cone. No information about this was displayed when ordering. Disappointed. The ice cream however was tasty but not being able to sit inside was really disappointing.

My husband and I wanted to spend a nice rainy afternoon in an ice cream parlor, we were treated unpleasantly by the staff, and the cashier made a mistake when giving me money. Ultimately, we received the wrong order. I do not recommend

My wife and I went here for an afternoon cappuccino on our travels. We felt none of the Swiss hospitality at this shop, the staff was rude, and rushed us on our drink. The cappuccino wasn’t even that good and very overpriced.

It is beautifully located on the Kornplatz in Chur. Very friendly and grateful staff. The selection of ice creams in the store is very large (I think there were 24 types). And the ice cream tastes fantastic. Italia holidays come to mind. The store also has a selection of Plankis products, from nut cakes to salsiz, they have almost everything. Take a look, it's definitely worth it 👍🏼💪🏼.

They had some intriguing flavors like tomato/basil and strawberry/bell pepper, but I stayed with my favorite stracciatella. And I have no regrets :)
