Quality food, good service and cozy atmosphere! Unfortunately, in Bern people are increasingly looking for a place where good food is cheap and fresh! At Falken Bern there is a nice selection of high quality starters and tapas! The main courses are varied and the portions are very good. The service is friendly and the atmosphere invites you to a cozy dinner or a business lunch. A big compliment and keep it up! For me a great recommendation where you can get good food, fair prices and fresh cuisine!

Yesterday my girlfriend and I were able to have dinner at the Falken restaurant, a very nice restaurant in the old town of Bern. The food was good, not a long wait and everything was satisfactory. The restaurant also offers a fairly wide selection for vegetarians.

We discovered the restaurant while taking a walk. So the next day I made an online reservation which was confirmed by email an hour later. When we arrived at the restaurant the reservation was not entered in the book. When I showed the email we were immediately assigned a great table. After a small market salad, the sauce was fantastic without exaggerating, we enjoyed a char with a very creamy sauerkraut and diced potatoes. The service was very nice and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

We had the most delicious meal here! Service was acceptable even though we basically didn't speak any German. We ordered a salmon tagliatelle, a grilled lake fish, and a mixed salad, and they were all spectacular! The fish was incredibly tender and the tagliatelle was beautifully al dente. The prices were also super reasonable given its central location. We'll definitely return when we're back in Bern!

Everything may be nice, but the staff only understands celiac disease/gluten-free at the station and they don't have anything on offer anyway. Chose another restaurant for a spontaneous dinner.
