I have been in Switzerland a few times, and everytime i have to stop by Piazza. The last time I was there was actually a few weeks ago and the food was amazing! Not only was it delicious but what I loved was that the restaurant had a wide range of things to choose, such as vegetarian, and being a picky eater like me I enjoyed everything. The staff was very precise and very very kind which I loved and you definitely feel very welcomed when you’re there. Furthermore, the interior of the restaurant is very special and very cozy and artistic, which I loved. If you’re visiting Bern and are thinking of having a tasty meal, Piazza is the place for you!

Unfriendly and arrogant We wanted to have a drink and share a pizza with a child. This is not possible, you can only sit with them when you eat. No snack. Even though the restaurant was more than half empty. Getting up and leaving is the best thing we could have done.

Despite making a reservation by phone, when we arrived and wanted to have dinner, we were told on site that the reservation had not worked out and that no table had been reserved in our name. A pity! We left the restaurant very disappointed and angry and chose a very good alternative restaurant!

We have already eaten here twice and can definitely recommend this restaurant! It is located near the Westside shopping center and the tram station is also right next door. The decor of the restaurant is very nice and the service was very good and courteous. There was nothing missing! The food was absolutely top and there is a large selection. Hot food is served all day on Saturday and Sunday. We'd love to come back.

We ordered a bottle of red wine for just under 60CHF (Portugal). The wine was ice cold. The waitress just said that it was warm in the room and the wine would certainly be warmer. The pizzas we ordered were underbaked. My wife's pizza was almost raw. Here too we reported it to the waitress. A pizza was not charged when paying. I think that's ok. Conclusion: I give 3 stars because the waitress was very nice. Otherwise I would have to give 2 stars.
