Nice Basel restaurant. Fine fondue and great plates combined with good wines.

Sausage salad was a soup, potato salad made with the same soup, meatball was okay, small quantities on the plate

Nicely decorated restaurant, it used to be the Pinguin beer bar, now it's called "Fasnachtsstube" Simple menu, nice wine selection, fair prices and very friendly service. Definitely visit 👍

Gemütlich, sauber und heimelig. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Schöne Ausstellung. "Gehacktes mit Hörnli" schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine wirklich schöne Idee, diese Fasnachtsstuube. Wir haben das Fondue in guter Stimmung genossen und hatten schon etwas Vorfasnachtsfreude in uns. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam und das Ambiente wirklich "hailloos haimelig".

Hatte Besuch aus den USA und jemand hat mir dieses neu eröffnete Lokal empfohlen. Etwas versteckt, aber nur ein paar Schritte vom Spalenberg und Spalentor entfernt. Gemütlich eingerichtet, mit vielen Trouvailles rund ums Thema Fasnacht. Gastgeber ist niemand geringeres als der stadtbekannte "Almi". Menukarte ist nicht gross, aber es hat alles was das Basler Fasnachtsherz das Jahr hindurch begehrt, und natürlich auch das beste Fondue vom Käser Alex Wirth.Ich komme bestimmt wieder.
