FELFEL - Good food at work in Zürich

Products are diverse, prices are (probably) justified for all the sales effort and the chat support is turbo-fast including reimbursement for (even) incorrectly purchased items. For all the convenience of getting items from a machine, this is a great concept. Way better than the vending machines in Japan. Cheers :-)

It's slowly getting worse. Within 2 years you have increased your prices by 35%. The most expensive dish almost 2 years ago was 10.- and now we are now at CHF 13.50. The food usually tastes delicious. The sandwiches are fresher and tastier at the bakery and are also cheaper. Positive: I actually think the system is really cool, hence the one star. Second star support available.

Way too expensive. Doesn't taste good. Not a good selection. Not recommendable.

Only use the refrigerator in an emergency when you don't have enough time to drive by the cheaper and better bakery in the morning. Today's sandwich had 2 wafer-thin slices of Camembert which were cut so thin that they were barely noticeable in terms of taste. Even with the schnitzel bread, everyone present had to laugh when I opened the sandwich. For 4.50 you can get better sandwiches from the bakery and, in contrast, they are fresh and a real treat. Dear FelFel team, please reconsider the pricing policy for the sandwiches, they are not worth 4.50 and are an insult. I'll give up in the future if nothing changes.

Great concept with a large selection of products. Can be controlled and paid for via app. If you have technical problems, there are friendly employees who will help and support you. Otherwise it runs perfectly. Keep it up

Excellent food at work! Really tasty and a big menu variety, much better than other food solutions I experienced. Love their ravioli dishes from Ticino or the many different snacks!

So delighted to have so many options, that are actually tasty AND filling, for such a good price (Zurich is not easy to find all those qualities in one!). I save so much time and get to actually enjoy my lunch breaks at work now instead of just rushing through :)

Absolutely love Felfel's food services! My all time favorites are the mate drink paired with the vegetarian momos – a perfect combo of flavors! I look forward to trying new recipes every lunch, but I also appreciate it when my favorites make a comeback.

Employees park their car wherever they want and block the entrance from the trucks, smoke next to the car, throw stumps on the ground and don't park the car even if you point it out to them. Very arrogant people

Love it. I eat from Felfel almost evey time that I'm at the office. It's convenient and tasty. Tenz Momos are my absolute favourite.

Wanted to consume my favorite mate today - lo and behold: CHF 3.50! To recover from this price increase, I grabbed the plastic-wrapped cherries; “Darkness enveloped my soul”! CHF 3.50 for a few cherries wrapped in plastic? Expensive, more expensive, FELFEL

I really enjoyed consuming FelFel with my TEAM colleagues. But I don't understand why my favorite bar and my drink have become between 0.40 - 0.50 centimes more expensive. That's really a pity! We will therefore no longer consume them.

After I spent 10.- on a chicken sandwich at a FelFel vending machine, I was expecting a treat, but I got a half-raw chicken, which then unsettled my morning bowel movements.... #AgainstPouletsandwich

Very good food at a fair price. Customer support was very quick and immediately refunded me a duplicate (incorrect) billing.

Unfortunately not recommended at all: Mini sandwich for 6.90 and not even good quality. When it comes to microwave dishes, it's luck: either OK or totally inadequate. Pastries and cakes are sometimes very good. A week ago I had chicken, which had a super special aftertaste (reminded me of raw tuna) - I've been avoiding the FelFel refrigerators ever since. One more thing: A good colleague of mine worked at FelFel a few years ago and told various very hair-raising stories. Based on the prices, quality and unpleasant treatment of employees, I will no longer consume FelFel products.

I had the opportunity as a student to work for FELFEL in Zurich and now in my new job position I enjoy almost everyday the tasty (and price-quality excellent!) products from their fridges. I must rate both experiences with 5 stars - even more, if it would be possible. FELFEL as employer has a great company culture based on kindness and transparency. FELFEL as food provider is just life-saving, expecially for young professionals which cannot afford to go to the restaurant on every office day but still want to eat healthy and tasty meals. So happy, that my current employer chose to have their fridges!

Unfortunately too expensive for what you get. Sandwiches/bagels in particular are expensive and quite dry. Most people only buy on Friday when there is a 50% discount. But the Felfel employees are all very friendly :)

Completely overpriced selection very lean Snäx was better.

To be honest, I was negatively surprised by the bad and, above all, sorry: really useless reviews here. Many people don't rate FelFel itself, don't know the dishes or the situation, but still write something illogical with 2 stars. The topic of food waste is often mentioned and the fact is that food waste is “visible” at FelFel. Sometimes I think that unfortunately something has to go again. BUT: FelFel offers a 30% discount on expiring products in the evenings (50% on Fridays) so that everyone can do something cheaper in the evening to combat food waste. I often get something in the evening for the next day or even freeze FelFel menus. Both criticized points such as food waste and price levels have been eliminated. Everyone should sweep their own door first ;) . The dishes are sometimes repetitive, but in my opinion FelFel is innovative and open to new things. The team is also very helpful with questions and concerns. I'm glad that we can benefit from FelFel in the office.

The quality of the coffee is evident, which is why I often drink coffee at university. Nevertheless, the user experience is usually disappointing. Coffee cups are missing, the machine doesn't work 50% of the time, one product (oat flat white) only comes out with coffee water that tastes bitter, etc. A possibility for more sustainable cups would also be desirable...

Dear FELFEL team I am an apprentice and still in training and was able to make good use of your refrigerator. I think your idea is great and of course I realize that food waste cannot be avoided. What bothers me a little about your refrigerator are the prices. I find the FELFEL really expensive and I rarely want to afford something. I think it would be really cool if you gave the apprentices a snack once a week or offered a discount; after all, they learn better and faster on a full stomach. That would certainly be well received and especially the apprentices, who often move to a new company after their training, would certainly market your FELFEL well. I also think that happy hour starts a little late. That's why we always have something in the fridge at the end of the week that unfortunately has to be thrown away. Anyone who doesn't develop a feeling for the environment/fellow people these days won't survive for long. Especially in innovative Zurich, a company should find ways to produce zero to minimal food waste, before it ends up in the press.

Unfortunately, this company produces a lot of food waste, something like that should be avoided these days. In addition, Google information and the homepage are anything but professional, located in: Tic Tric and Trac? It's better to take your own food to the office and feel good about it.

As a FELFEL consumer, I took a look at the website and noticed that as soon as you click on open positions on their website, everything comes up in English. Are we in an English-speaking area - Switzerland? FELFEL stick to your roots, we are in Switzerland with 4 national languages. English is not one of them.

There is now a new location at the Hes-So Visp Plantettastr. 6 also catering from FELFEL We are excited. The food is always fresh, tasty and varied. We are just as impressed by the recycling of the meal boxes as the accessibility of FELFEL employees. Sustainably produced, without palm oil, for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores; simply great - we definitely recommend FELFEL 😊

I think the concept is good. Unfortunately, our refrigerator in Root is not very attractively stocked. I would be happy about various sandwiches and a little more lunch options. I think the other snacks are great but they're always the same. I would really welcome something new.

The main courses are not bad, but too expensive. Above all, the sandwiches are really a disgrace and taste dry. And a plate would look better like these boxes. In addition, if the product in the machine has exceeded its date, it is simply thrown away even though it would certainly still be safe to eat

Huge drop in quality, huge delay, extremely expensive in relation to quality, and no longer stipulating which animal the meat comes from, super cool for people who don't eat pork. Well done felfel and keep it up. (ironic)

It's already expensive, fortunately some companies are kind enough to pay part of it. they arrive at random times very often not before 11:30 a.m. scandalous knowing that some employees take their break at 11 a.m. And of course you don't have anything to eat for your morning break either. They put out a lot of dishes that people don't like. As for the badge system, it bugs all the time. They also stopped specifying what meats it is and all the descriptions are in German, I have allergies and cannot read German which is very practical for ending up in the hospital.

The food is super tasty, varied and healthy! I've been able to try it several times and can always recommend it. Unfortunately we don't have a felfel in the company yet (we're still a bit too small for that), but hopefully in the future.

Price performance is not right at all. I've tried different things. Once 7 fr. For pasta, 3 mozzarela mini balls and a dollop of tomato sauce. 1 time hardly any meat and what was really dry. About 3.50 for a mini Silser sandwich which was just dry. Fruits are good but for 130g they cost 2.50Fr. App what is available is not always up to date. Very tedious

It's been around in our Kanti since I think last year, I've only been using it for a short time but I'm thrilled! As a student it is a little expensive, but it is definitely worth it, the food tastes very good and the portions are prepared fairly. The variety is also very large, there is always enough to choose from and you can always find something tasty :) I still have a few suggestions for improvement: firstly, the possibility of getting/buying cutlery? such as these recyclable ones that are available in the co-op for 10 centimes. If you forget to take the cutlery with you, it would be very nice to have it available. I would also like a rating system very well because it would make it easier for you to decide what you want to buy Otherwise I think Felfel is great and my absolute favorite are the ravioli with spinach :))

Good concept and products fresh and tasty. However, I refuse to buy your products. You didn't give a friend of mine a job, even though he had great references, just because he was slightly overweight and that's how you justified it. I will now delete the account again, not buy a single product from you again and tell everyone I know who has one of your refrigerators in their office about this story. The concept is really cool, but you're missing the right mindset! A pity...

I think the basic principle of FelFel is outstanding. However, the prices of the products are grossly exaggerated... a salami sandwich with three slices of salami and a length of 10cm costs 5.50 fr. In the Coop I get a salami sandwich with a length of 20cm and five times as many salami slices inside for 4.50fr... The same applies to warm dishes, a “Riz-Casimir” peel costs 12.50fr In my opinion, far too expensive for the quality.

Varied, fresh, and some of the best in terms of taste when it comes to convenience food. I'm really excited. The muesli and yoghurts are also the finest, not to mention the brownie!

Food seems very good, but what is reported about the working conditions by the UNIA seems a bit totalitarian and intolerant, strange with the concept.

Why do I have to have an account? I find this very complicated, you have to provide your credit card, then I could just as easily pay with a credit card or debit card? Would be much easier for everyone involved.

Too expensive and everything in plastic. Packing pieces of watermelon in a plastic box is just pure stupidity. You can still recycle the boxes... profit-hungry, sick world... The main thing is to do "almost" nothing and make money... so I'm definitely not going to be a customer!

The view from the location to Uetliberg and surroundings of Zurich is spectacular. The only pitfall I see is that the place is not easy to reach by public transport. Nevertheless is a nice walk from Binz train station.
