Even in Geneva, Five Guys was excellent. Very tasty food, great surroundings, excellent customer service.

All the burger choices are excellent. All the drinks choices are excellent. Even all their fries are excellent. The staff perfectly reaches the pinnacle of kindness. Cornavin's Five Guys is undoubtedly the fast food restaurant that deserves to be the most frequented in Geneva.👌

I ordered a cheese burger and for the girls a JR burger. The flavor is simply excellent. The guy who helped me spoke Spanish which was appreciated. Generous portions and very complete toppings available. I ordered takeout. You can have mayonnaise and ketchup of your choice. This is appreciated since they normally charge per envelope in burger chains. The cost is $18.50 for the cheeseburgee and $14.50 for the JR. The potatoes are separate.

I don't think I've ever spent as much as €39 (converted) for a burger, fries and a milkshake at a fastfood place.. The food itself was fine though, I'd recommend the spicy fries.

As good as any Five Guys I have been to. The hot dog is great and the french fries were absolutely delicious. If you are in a hurry and want a good, quick meal, but you do not care about the healthy aspect of it - go for it.

Waiting in line with what was announced to me, 6min. Very tasty burger and cheesedog. Nice portion of fries. Pleasant staff despite the rush, and as soon as they have a little time they clean the room.

Just loved the service, it was fun to practice my French, the staff was very nice and helpful. You can get access to a clean toilet after ordering. During summer they have ACs running 😁 Tip for keto diet: replace your bun with lettuce.

I went back recently, three times in a row with no errors in the order and no loud music in the room. It's very pleasant and it recreates confidence, I raise my grades.

There were few employees on duty and the cashier put on gloves and went to cook with another employee. There is no one to clean the establishment, so the tables are somewhat dirty.

Nickel and the waiter on duty was very friendly

By far the best fast food, the burgers are made in front of you, the quantities are generous and the staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Like the others. The cups to put the waiting peanuts and the smile of the employee taking the orders were missing. The mayo bucket was empty.

Excellent burgers, a little expensive though. The food is greasy but delicious, the chips are excellent and the drinks are unlimited as are the sauces. The place is on two floors and on the second floor you can devour your burger properly. Fast and friendly service.

The restaurant kitchen is dirty. The employees touch the trash can with their gloves and return to cooking without changing them. The cheeseburger was so bad it ended up in the trash after just one bite. to absolutely avoid

Serious ? Here we are… overpriced hot dog, just weird Veggie sandwich… only fries can fill you up, in short, 1st and last visit. With drinks 50chf 😱

Very good but above all I would like to thank Levy K again who was kind enough to warn his colleague in the kitchen that I was pregnant to adapt the cooking of the meat before I even thought about it (lately 😅). You have an eye and this attention is adorable!

Was very shocked by prices. 18 ChF for a burger plus fries for 8 plus a drink for 5 francs. I'm supposed to eat a burger for over 30 francs even though there's a McDonald's next door. One wonders how such a company is profitable when MCs offers it for 16 francs...😃

So if you want to eat homemade hamburgers, you've come to the right place. We loved it, and above all we did well to have fries for three, because once the hamburger was finished we were full.

The dishes' size was much smaller than average, based on my experience with other branches of this brand, like in Cologne, etc. Also, they had no in Solon services and delivered our food in takeaway bags and told us you can eat it inside!!!

I ate there on Sunday afternoon, I was interrupted four times by the same Romanian family. The mother and her many children. the staff offers drinks to the vagabonds this part of a good feeling only at 60 Fr.. The two menu, I could have dared to hope to eat peacefully without being asked for fries or a bite in my burgers, . in addition, all the tables on the terrace were dirty management to be reviewed. I assume the owner's response will be that he takes note of my remarks😅

Yes, the burgers were good but the fries in the cup were quite small, as if they were leftovers. They then simply threw some extra into the bag for us. Why even have a bag if we wanted to eat on site? In any case, we weren't asked. You then had to wait in the store and had no idea how long it would take. The price of over 64 chf for 2 burgers with fries and Cola Zero is simply too high. That's why we'd rather go next time next time.

Disappointed compared to the five guys where I was able to eat in other countries, the quality was not what the brand has accustomed us to. Plus the prices are exorbitant.

Amazing food as always in FiveGuys. Service was a little slow but they were very busy. We took a while to find a seat but we did find a suitable table within 5 minutes. I always enjoy a Five Guys.

Expensive and not good. There is no menu, everything is sold separately and the hamburger costs 15 francs. The fries are too salty, the drinks have no taste. There is no automatic terminal and you receive a take-out order even when you eat on site. In short, I do not recommend.

I ordered via Uber Eat a burger, fries and a coke for over 30 francs, already a price that was much too high, but what's more, I was surprised to only receive my BURGER, no fries or coke, unacceptable, I would have to review employee work

Super quality, at the same level as always. I love their cheeseburgers, they are special. The prices are a bit high, but that's how it is.

What should a 20 franc burger taste like? We ordered and tested the bacon cheeseburger with these 15 possible toppings. Depending on the choice of these toppings (e.g. mayonnaise, onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, etc.), every burger put together tastes slightly different. My burger tasted quite good with the classic toppings mentioned above. Above all, the meat and patties were wonderfully grilled and were convincing. The burger comes wrapped in aluminum foil and looks worse than it actually tastes. Would I order again? Yes, but not at this price.

Good but expensive Burger 20 CHF for one Bacon Cheeseburger

It's very good, I like being able to choose all the ingredients. But it is very very expensive for the quantity and for the service. Whether you eat in or take away, it is served in the same way, wrapped in aluminum foil and in a cardboard bag.

Burgers and fries are as good as if you get them in the States.

Another fast food brand, the quality is a step above in terms of taste and the 14 ingredients that you can add to your hamburger. The size is also there for good eaters, the paprika-spiced fries with a drink to round it all off.

Too expensive for what it is. The burgers are crazy expensive and the meat wasn’t even seasoned, only the taste of the sauce is there. The fries seemed good in the beginning but for the most part they were over fried and too greasy. Finally the milkshake was too liquid and the taste was supposed to be salted caramel, when in reality it tasted like a melted caramel McFlurry.

Worst fries I ever had , 5 guys used to be my favorite fast-food and they had the best fries untill I got to this 5 Guys In Geneva, It was the most expensive and the worst experience, I payed a lot of money for a cheese burger with medium friees and i left with a bag of left over fries , Hard , oily and terrible

Another fast food restaurant, but different from McDonald's for example, more expensive but perhaps of better quality. Large sandwiches, quality meat, “real” fries, simple but welcoming room and good terrace. It's another fast food place, but worth stopping by and trying.

Thank you to the person I spoke with today April 12 for his kindness and efficiency. I had ordered on the five guys website thinking it would be delivered except that the store prepares the order and you have to pick it up. I finally went through Uber eat and asked if it was possible to give them my order from before, which was done.

Passed yesterday and couldn't even test. No one was at the checkout and yet there weren't too many people. Nobody came. 10 meters away an employee chatting with a customer. Another employee looks at us but doesn't come. We are leaving again. They are not professional at all. The person who opened this franchise should perhaps think about hiring competent people and not skimp on salaries by hiring just anyone to do anything.

I went in to see the menu and was shocked by the prices. Paying more than 15 francs for a hamburger is crazy. To be fair I didn't eat anything but I very much doubt it's worth these prices. I will be willing to make an objective comment if they offer me a burger.

It is extremely expensive but even considering the price the taste is not there at all the onions are not caramelized they have a watery taste they have added pickles in large doses with a very pronounced taste of vinegar (it's disgusting) even though I didn't ask for that at all, even in my girlfriend's I absolutely don't recommend it and I will never go there again yes I forget fries it's chips which are disgusting on the other hand excellent staff. We went with my wife for lunch. The Burger was ok, French fries were small and extremely greasy. We couldn’t eat it. The worst fries we have ever eaten. Ladies bathroom faucet was broken and there was no water.

Small chain restaurant with American style food and dining booths to enjoy. The burgers are delicious, and I only come here to enjoy their delicious Oreo milkshake ✨️ a marvel. The team is there to advise on allergies or intolerances, it's great 👌
