Flamme in Solothurn

I was very hungry after a long journey to Solothurn and discovered this extremely nice restaurant while walking. I had a spicy tarte flambée and a crepe for dessert. Both were very good and the staff was extremely friendly.

Best tarte flambée of my life. There are also vegan ones and exclusive ones with truffles. Dog friendly. Two types of delicious freshly tapped Öefi beers. A few good wines. Some things like dressing also homemade. The owner couple explained everything to us and were super patient. Tables could be a little more comfortable... Prices are also fair.

The espresso was a perfect end to the meal. It was very well prepared and had a great flavor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They took care of our needs and brought us the food quickly and hot. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The prices were fair and reasonable. We would be happy to come back and recommend Flamme.so to everyone who wants to enjoy good cuisine.

Stefan and Sandra are an independent business in Solothurn and a husband and wife team. My greetings from them were very welcoming, and the aroma of flammekeuken is really appetising! The interior is spotless and clean, and the toilet is also very clean. The atmosphere is relaxed and cool, a great selection of toppings are available and there is 2 sizes of flammekeuken, half and full size. The taste and crispy base is delicious, the toppings are freshly prepared and I highly recommend eating here. You will note that there are artists pictures and photography displayed throughout the restaurant, Stefan tells me that they like to support local artists, which is a great idea. An excellent place, go check it out 👍🏾
