The blueberry cheesecake was amazing. Most and had a great blueberry taste. It looks amazing. The chicken sandwich was very crispy and flavorful. The hamburger buns were crispy and also good. Also love the French fries. They look great.

It's just an awesome place to have breakfast. well maintained washroom and quality service.

Popped in for a drink before going exploring and had the best cappuccino ever. The staff were welcoming and the seating was soft and comfy.

Food was amazing. You can tell that everything is fresh and therefore the high price is justified. Service in and of itself was very nice and helpful. The sun blind was lowered directly as requested. What I was missing as a smoker were the ashtrays... I couldn't find any anywhere. And desirable for a garden seating area. The atmosphere was very nice... just on the street and a lot of tourists walk past it but also very exciting.

Coffee was good. Pastries were excellent. But for some reason if you get a take away cup they won't let you sit at the tables which was ridiculous.

The food here was so good. My child really loved the toys they provided. The place also was very cute and I would definitely recommend it.

Flavours was scheduled to open at 12. Customers were lined up in the rain waiting until 12:20 to enter. The employees were drinking and laughing, but no communication to customers as to why they weren’t opening.

Quick, friendly service. We shared a ham and cheese panini and fries. Fries were delicious and fresh. Serving size great for us to share.

Everything was absolutely delicious 🤤 Also had a carrot cake, I think it was the best one I've had in my life.

We stopped here for breakfast when we got to Lauterbrunnen and we were really impressed by the food. I'd highly recommend the eggs! Views were great and had the lovely option to dine outside, which we did. Inside was also really nice and the restaurant had a really cool vibe to it.

We just got to Lauterbrunnen today (monday) it was slightly busy earlier but not packed. Service was great, food was great! Perfect place to relax for a bit and have some good food 😋

My husband and I were in Lauterbrunnen for just two afternoons during our several days in Switzerland; we decided to go back to Flavours the second day because we had such a great experience the first time. We did not regret it! We tried the carrot ginger soup (amazing) and I ordered the veggie burger. They brought me out a beef burger with bacon despite our receipt showing the veggie burger I’d ordered. They promptly made me the veggie burger and without any hassle at all, brought the change due to the price difference straight to our table. Maybe that is common in Switzerland, but where we’re from that would have turned into a massive headache! But back to the veggie burger - so much flavor. They loaded it with guacamole! Almost too much, it oozed out the sides but we both happily dipped our fries in it. We were on vacation, after all. We also enjoyed some tasty oat milk lattes there. I hope I find myself back in Lauterbrunnen one day, and if I do I will probably end up at Flavours!

Fantastic place run by wonderful individuals. The food and drinks are delicious, vibe is cosy and service is excellent - I come back here every time I'm in Lauterbrunnen. Thanks for all the lovely times!

This place is very nice. It has good view and delicious food. We ate mushroom kisch and carrot cake. Both was very good. We loved this place.

Just ate at Flavours again today. Ate here 7 yrs ago and then another time before that. All 3 times had to have the burger and each time everyone in our group had different types of burgers with the fries. EVERYONE either liked or loved the burgers. IMO they are the best in and around Lauterbrunnen. Also enjoy the atmosphere and the people that own and work here are always so friendly. The only thing off in all my visits was today we sat outside and gosh they need to clean those outside chairs off a bit but who cares - the people watching was fun while eating an awesome burger.

I visited the cafe during my one week stay in Lauterbrunnen and since I have returned several times. I was always served by nice staff and prepared the order according to my requirements. I tasted breakfast dishes, but also burgers or home-made cakes, the food always tasted amazing. After a good meal, I always had a coffee or a cappuccino and I have nothing to complain about.

Wonderful cafe. The veggie burger, the fresh juice, the coffee, the icecream…all really good. And to top it all are the amazing bunch of people over here, who will go out of their way to help you. In Lauterbrunnen, Flavors Cafe is highly recommended place to go. You will not be disappointed.

Very surreal. We have been waiting in front of an entrance- by the fence/barrier. Nobody came to open it, or explain, but ofc they saw us. The sign said “Come on in! We are open!”- so we came inside. And the waiter starts being rude to us, saying “don’t you see, we are closed? We have broken register”. 🤨

I had the veggie burger and fries and they were ok, nothing more. The soft drinks were expensive, but I guess probably quite standard for the area.

Staff is very rude. Even though there is a section for children they were very rude because children were playing and also held the number stick and they couldn’t see the number immediately. Also, asked very simply to not have onions on the breakfast sandwich, and was told they don’t make changes. If you have a family with kids expect to be treated unkindly.

We have been to the area many times. On this occasion the we had grouchy service & the waitress had a tantrum when we asked to have no onions. The restaurant was cozy inside but the waitress also snapped at the children who were playing in the play area. Odd behavior for someone with a “breathe” tattoo on their left arm. She appeared to believe that I was in charge of the 8 kids playing……..they were not my kids. My kid was snuggling with me on the couch. I would recommend the restaurant consider moving the play area away from the front door since the staff appears bothered by the children. Of course the kids accidentally get in the way, the toys are all located directly inside the door. Having so many toys beside the door is setting up everyone for failure. stye The kids get in the way and then the staff is rude…. it can be done better. So many other kid friendly restaurants with kind staff, I won’t come back.

Not many options for restaurants in the tiny tourist spot of Lauterbrunnen. This one is located centrally and we had breakfast here twice in our 4 days in Lauterbrunnen. While a little expensive, it was on par or cheaper than most places in Lauterbrunnen, so the price was probably more of a reflection of the location. We had pancakes & fruit one day. The fruit was half a banana and 1 strawberry, pretty minimal. But the pancakes tasted so good that I almost forgot about the small fruit size. If you’re hungry, I’d recommend their breakfast burger which I had on our first visit there (see photo). Their coffees are expensive but among the best I’ve had in Europe, especially for an Australian who likes a very good mocha/cappuccino/latte. Friendly service, run by a Dutch lady who spoke good English. I’d prob give this place 4.5 stars, reducing it by 0.5 star for the small fruit serving with the pancakes, and the price being a little high.

Great coffee, and solid breakfast burger

Originally, I was going to go to another store nearby, but it was during break time so I went there. Prices in Switzerland are high, so we ordered two burgers and two colas, and it was a hefty price. Still, I enjoyed it very much! As shown in the picture, the patty was so thick that I felt like my stomach was going to explode after eating it all. The fries that came with it were also delicious! If you go here, I recommend a burger😀

Really good sandwiches and drinks for lunch. It's expensive like everything else in Switzerland. Both sandwiches my family had were delicious and the big bowl of fries were great. Decent selection of local beer.

This Cafe has a fantastic view of the city and offers some very great tasting food. The price is fairly high but still a good place to eat.

Beautiful place, delicious coffee and food with kind staff..

Stood in line waiting to order. When it came my time I stepped forward and they pointed and took the person behind me instead. It wasn't busy. When it came my time to order, the person acted very upset at me for no reason. I had a simple order, a cup of ice cream and a slice of cake to go. Another person came from the back and took our order no problem. Not sure what the misunderstanding was.

Seeing the owner's reply I'm adding that what I said happened to us because we were waiting to be seated and no one came to clean the dirty table so we went to order and my dad was waiting on that seat. When the waitress came, she was very rude and asked us to find other seats, and finally said in a low voice, 'sitting beside the dirty table is so impolite'. I was really angry to see my father being treated like this by the waitress. You can tell us and we also can go another seats. The guest who just leave the seat also very polite to tell us that they are leaving so let us wait for their table and the guest next to him is also very polite to push the chair to all of us. The customers are very polite, but the attitude of the waitress is really bad. The shop will say that we make the customers uncomfortable and say that it is our problem, this is really speechless! You might as well do our own work and be polite to other customers! I never give bad reviews to others. I understand the difficulty of every service industry, but I am really disappointed with this kind of service. The bad experience in Switzerland and the most impolite staff that I have meet!!

Vegetarian party of 7 with 2 small kids, everyone loved the food and atmosphere. So comfortable, delicious, and filling after a few hours of walking. Veggie burgers were amazing. Customer service was literally 11/10, so accommodating and helpful.

It was a rainy cloudy in the valley, so we stumbled upon Flavours Cafe and we are so glad we did. It was one of the best veggie burgers I’ve ever tried (beet and quinoa)! The bread was amazing for both the burger and the cheese panini. Busy cafe but friendly staff and friendly crowd. Bonus point for having a little easel and some toys to occupy out 2 year old for a little while we ate our meal!

We have a family of 5 children and husband and wife. This place would NOT let us come in and order or sit down. They said “we don’t except groups this large” So if we split it up into a group of 3 and 4, they would have let us? I’m glad I didn’t give our money to this ridiculous place.

I recommend the Chicken Krispy Hamburger!!! I ordered 4 menu items and the hamburger came with fries as standard. The food came out really late, over 30 minutes, but it was delicious. I highly recommend Chicken Krispie. The bread was delicious, the sauce was delicious, and I liked that there was no break time.

No problem! You have to add sausage and bacon to the scrambled eggs menu to make it look like the picture, and the burger's contents are different from the burgers you usually eat (avocado sauce is used), so if you want to avoid adventure, order a different menu.

An amazing place for breakfast burger is a real poetry of taste

Someone obviously didn't feel like working in the middle of the week. I wanted to order two coffees ☕️ and two pieces of cake 🍰. I'm at the counter. There was a young woman standing behind the counter. There was nothing going on. No other customers in the store. Saw me and neither greeted nor paid any attention. She was working on the coffee machine. After a few minutes I left again. A pity. Service is zero and atypical for Switzerland. I've never experienced that before either.

Today, we, 8 persons wanted to eat somithing small at Flavours. The staff was not able nor willing to attain us. It’s the first time in my life that I had been literally chased out of a restaurant in my village. My guests from the US left Lauterbrunnen with a very bad experience. Arrogance can not be the way to treat people in a restaurant.

Excellent food and good ambiance. Service was equally exceptional. We had the soup of the day (carrot and ginger) and the crispy chicken burger. Both were super tasty. Do note that the soup did not have beef broth (we confirmed, which is how we wanted it). Would have given a higher rating if this option was available. Would definitely recommend it.

We went to this cafe today in the freezing weather as we were looking for a place to wait for our train. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks were good and my kids even asked me to order the same food twice after they finished it (unfortunately we don’t have much time to stay long here). The baby changing room is spacious and clean complete with padded changing table which is very helpful to parents with a baby. We had a great time enjoying the foods/drinks and good vibe there. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ easy !

Ordered a burger, nuggets and fries, lemon cake and carrot cake. Everything was fantastic. Special mention of the carrot cake, it’s the best I’ve eaten, it’s moist and sweetness is just right.

Very tasty coffee and food along with very friendly service. There is a vegan breakfast option which is a hummus and balsamic toast and avocado with sprouts toast and side salad that was quite tasty. They also have non-dairy milk for coffee (oat milk) and a vegan lunch option (veggie burger made from quinoa and beets). And for the meat eaters, my boyfriend ordered the breakfast burger and said it was delicious! Definitely recommend!

We were looking for a place to get some ice cream for our kids, and this was THE place. Excellent service and nice staff. we loved the map where you can write your country or where you come from. We were the second to write our country. The ice creams were excellent.

For a late lunch, I ordered fries, lemon pound cake, croissants, ame, and latte. They were all delicious, especially the fries, which were sprinkled with salt, but not salty and very tasty🥹 There was a lot of ketchup, about 5 pieces per serving! The store is warm and cozy and has a familiar interior haha. The employees are all very friendly🫶🏻

Wanted to give zero star! They refused to serve us since we were a party of 11. Worst experience, nobody should go here. Their cafe was empty but they weren’t willing to cook for us. I don’t know how they managed to get so many stars, my review is 0/5😡 And regarding the response below from the owner, your staff was not professional in saying that they will not serve us, neither did they mention anything about making reservations prior. They should communicate more effectively and should learn professionalism.
