I came across a very friendly gentleman with a smile, very pleasant. But the prices are still quite expensive.

A bakery chain worthy of a chain. Poor quality products, excessive prices. Boycott and choose real bakeries!

Bad experience, tables and chairs all dirty on the terrace, end of June no umbrella! They don't have any. Not to come back again

I want to grab something to go 5-10 minutes before closing depending on what's left and before I even enter, a man says: "It's closed! » without a hello or a regret. Looking at the counter, we see that everything is put away and has been offering for a while. “We welcome our customers with ease to offer them a pleasant experience at any time of the day. » except when we are closed during opening hours. Not the first time, but don't get used to it.

A really good place to relax and drink a coffee and eat a pastry. Fast service

Very good cappuccino, large choice of sweet and savory bakeries. Just outside the Sallaz metro station. Open very early, possibilities to consume on site or to take away. Also a terrace.

Monday morning 8:30 and the almond croissants are already dry!!! It’s obvious that they are from the day before! And yet the prices remain odiously expensive for stale bread! I have been disappointed on many occasions and will never set foot there again!

Shocked by the quality of the products, frozen croissants on a Sunday morning, no taste in the croissants and pain au chocolats, no mastery in preparing the dough.

I made the trip on foot Sunday morning (05.29.22) to buy fresh bread……it’s very disappointing to arrive home and realize that the bread is not fresh that day. This is a multigrain bread that would have been very good. And don't tell me that you only sell fresh bread daily. This is not true!

Good reception but places on the terrace are not available. Some people believe that this is the case only because they often spend time on the terrace. Too bad there is only one parasol, this kind of problem wouldn't exist

Hello “Bread Flower” Thank you for your response, the price only bothers me if I buy a sandwich, and ultimately I only have lightly topped bread. I must however add that I am very satisfied with your croissants + those with TOP almonds‼ the butter and ham delights, I regret however that the famous ham mousse sandwiches are currently not available and in addition that the pistachio éclairs have not survived that one summer, The cappu and latte macchiato are also great and for these products I have no problem with the price. Hello to you. As for the bread, I'm disappointed. The bread, or baguette, must be crispy. Not soft, and even less so, this somewhat plastic consistency. Had the dough rested enough, was it a bread oven? For the croissants it wasn't that either. The pains au chocolats on the other hand I was pleasantly surprised. What is most disappointing is that we feel that you are working with good products. You certainly have very professional employees. You just need that little something extra. I encourage you to improve. I will come back to taste again.

The quality of the products really leaves something to be desired. I bought two pain au chocolat a few days ago, they were both very dry and almost oily. In short, they dated at least from the day before, which is really not acceptable (the products were sold at full price). During a previous visit at the end of September, I bought some pain aux chocolat which were not cooked enough at all (I had to put them back in the oven at home). Given the fairly high prices, I don't think I'll come back there again. You might as well go to Migros or the Coop at this point. I still give it two stars because the staff was very cheerful and friendly during each of my visits.

4 stars because the taste is there, the service is welcoming and patient, open on Saturday and Sunday, the only downside would be the prices, that said it is an almost general policy these days without wanting to be fatalistic but after having tasted a cannelé the pill is gone 😊. After recently moving to Lausanne, I found a tea room close to home, close to the metro, BUT above all I will return there just for the eyes and the smile of their lovely waitress (Nassima) if I remember Good.

Regular customer. service not often top notch average quality of products and I came on Sunday 08.09, no more croissants or pain au chocolat from 9 a.m., I find the goods very poor, which is a shame I would no longer go to this bakery.

Cold reception stuck tables; unappetizing merchandise the salad which protrudes from the sandwich is withered, spinach and goat cheese tart meh! old piece of cheese!! And at 11.15 a.m. only 1 salad without meat. SO-SO !! ; plus it’s way too expensive for 4.90 fr for 1 tartlet 😡

I often come for a coffee at Sallaz and I find the service really exemplary. Well done to the two waitresses who remain so kind and available despite this difficult work

Coffee, bakery, lunch, pretty nice. I go regularly for my coffee. Prices are normal. Maybe in terms of salads which are a bit expensive. The croissant is good. The place is clean and welcoming. Open 7/7. Very friendly, welcoming and smiling female team. Standard but pleasant choice of dish: homemade Bolognese patty 9.9frs (with pet drink of your choice), potato-cervelas salad (6.9frs) On site or to take away. Coffee 3.6frs reversed to 4frs (large cup and good). Not too heated, well lit. Very pleasant to meet someone and share a good time in their company. Rather calm and relaxing.

Open on Sunday. This bakery is certainly “industrial” (it is a chain) but the assortment is always large and the quality good. Presentation efforts, a good cappuccino and decent service make it a good base for a Sunday stroll.

Friendly staff, pleasant setting, but it's too expensive, tasted the two desserts (not sure of the name) raspberry the red and the white and the, big disappointment, it's neither smooth nor good, surprising for a pastry at 4.90 .- and which visually seemed appetizing.
