Ordered asparagus, then waited 3/4 hours, you could see the asparagus coming. Order it (locals) and suddenly the waitress arrives and the asparagus are gone! 😡 But the locals get asparagus ten minutes after our "cancellation*". Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The cherry on top, not even a café on the house. A pity!

One of the best views on Matterhorn

The location is ideal and the food is really good. However we had a reservation at 2:15 p.m., we had to queue for more than 20 minutes before being able to be seated, wait 30 minutes before we took our aperitif order, they were clearly overwhelmed. Then we are given the cards for the choice of meal without telling us that certain dishes can no longer be served, something which we are told at the time of ordering because we had obviously chosen these. So, we take a second choice, the waitress leaves and comes back 5 minutes later to tell us that there are no more rösti either... In short, the main thing is that the meal was excellent even if it was the 3rd choice and the poor waitress was very friendly! We were entitled to free coffee, thank you! You are certainly a victim of your success and good for you, but be careful not to overbook and have sufficient staff in this case. Sincerely.

In advance, anyone who reserves gets a place. There is everything your heart desires to eat and drink. Sorry, but the view easily surpasses everything. Just amazing. Incredibly beautiful every time.

A visit to the Fluhalp is an unforgettable experience! The location and the view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding four-thousanders are simply breathtaking, and the culinary delights top it all off. The food is of the highest quality, accompanied by an impressive selection of excellent wines at a fair price. Michi, Rainer and their team are outstanding hosts in Zermatt, always attentive and warm. The service is first class and the entire team exudes exceptional friendliness. A visit to Fluhalp is not just a meal, but an all-round successful experience. Absolutely recommended, both in summer and winter!

Good meal, consistent with what one would expect from authentic Valais cuisine. Breathtaking view of the surrounding glaciers and peaks. Easy access by ski via Rothorn or on foot from Blauherd. Mountaineering race stage in summer.

Everything is tip top. Magnificent location. There's plenty of space until 11:30. A bit crowded after that. Food is good, although too unusual. The service is very attentive and creates a good atmosphere.

The restaurant is along red slope 19 a little down from Rothorn. Brilliant service and views, well recommended. 170 francs for 4 meals and 4 hot drinks.

Excellent experience walking with our snow shoes up there from Blauherd

The restaurant was really nice but they are very rustic. I would say too much. While having our meal there was someone throwing ice from the roof. I think this clean could be done after clients leave the place. Not pleasant. The meal is okay and very nice atmosphere. Staff very very friendly! They gave us even a free shot. Highly recommended for sporty people it’s a long walk half hour hiking to reach the place. I was very tired but the food was very compensating.

Certainly the most scenic lunch of my life. Unbeatable views, live music and inviting ambiance. One of the waitresses was even kind enough to lend us some sunscreen as we stupidly didn’t think to bring any. Mostly the restaurant is full of skiers but you can hike up too (which we did).

This is an amazing place to have food. Exceptional views and truly amazing food. It’s almost mid way if you are hiking down or returning back. Staff are friendly and they take care of you well. On a sunny day, you can see Matterhorn right from your table.

We did a hike from Rothorn and stop by for a break and meal before continue to our 5 Lake Hike. The foods here were very delicious, and strong recommended to stop by for a break, enjoy the food and the view of Matterhorn.

Beautiful view of the glacier, Matterhorn and Stellisee. Including comfortable beds. Don't forget change for drinking water and a warm shower.
