Pkoi 2 stars: 1st thing the saleswoman speaks to you on familiar terms! We're not friends or we didn't raise pigs together! There must be respect between customers and sellers, I know this and believe it because I worked in sales for almost 13 years (Migros). If it wasn't for the taste (because we often drink bubble tea at GE) I wouldn't have had anything! 2nd thing: one of the saleswomen was smoking her cigarette, and then comes to serve the customers without washing her hands or disinfecting them! The café du commerce is located in the center of the village of Aubonne. Beautiful decor, typical of an old Parisian brasserie. The cuisine follows the decor with brasserie dishes. Attentive service. Excellent local cuisine. I recommend the beef steak with mustard, served with vegetables of the day on the side and a side dish. I recommend.
