Wow, that iced coffee makes me dream. The ambience right on the lake and the view of the harbor is really nice!

Best ice cream in Romanshorn and super nice people... the offer is varied and authentic. At the moment there are iced apricot dumplings. They're amazing! The iced coffee is also super delicious.

You have to queue, one line for ice cream and one line for food and drinks. Unfortunately only the ice cream customers were served. I was ignored in the food line for 10 minutes. One employee only made ice cream, one put away dishes, two just stood around and gossiped.

Staff very nice. Tomela ice cream very tasty.

Cool location. Cake and coffee ok. Presentation could be improved. Self-service.

Recently we stopped at Franzi Sommerresidenz while walking past. I thought that there was also quality behind the prices. However, none... 1. Hugo was more water with a little alcohol and with 3-4 stunted mint leaves - because the price for this - check the menu for yourself 2. Chicken Ciabatta more like Mini Ciabatta for CHF9.50 3. Non-alcoholic from the bottle was the only thing that was right. - Unfortunately you can't go wrong. No recommendation - staff are nice but just nice and no special service. Therefore only 2 stars... I'm not talking about taste here, they are different. But quality and quantity - that is the issue here.

Beautiful view, which is almost a given on Lake Constance. Clear menu, perfect for summer and something a little sweet. However, it wasn't entirely clear to us exactly how the return of the dishes works and the other guests also seemed a little confused... There are parking spaces nearby, but you won't notice any street noise.

Friendly staff and good food, right on the lake. Salad plate with chicken strips 19.50 Fr.
