The blonde, slightly older lady at the bar is very unfriendly and arrogant. I've never experienced anything like that. I would have liked to throw the sandwich away from such an unfriendly person. It happened on December 23, 2022 at approximately 8:45 p.m. If that doesn't change, I'll never come to this dirty shop again and will write an email to the store manager. The bald waiter, on the other hand, is very nice. (The lady with the longer curly hair)

Quick stop in the evening to buy sandwiches this Sunday 20.06.2021, a welcome like I have never seen... The shop manager or cashier was so disrespectful and dismissive just because we didn't speak German well... Really unbelievable. No willingness to understand us, no flexibility, no smile, no patience and a bad mood on top of that. To be avoided absolutely, for your well-being!

It would be useful to update the timetables on Google Maps: the station closes at 10 p.m. and not 11 p.m. Results: we show up at 9:56 p.m. for a snack. The cashier makes us understand openly that we are bothering her and shows no flexibility regarding the fact that we are foreign and that we do not speak German. No patience, rude.
