McDonald's in Uzwil

Every time you wait longer than at any other McDonald's. In addition, a burger was forgotten again today when ordering. It's better to take the motorway exit in Wil and get food there.

All the tables were dirty, as was the floor. I had to clean the table myself so I could eat there. Could have eaten in the car. I understand that the motorway service area is very busy, but you can optimize the cleaning intervals. Otherwise everything was ok.

Not a good choice if you want to go quickly. 45 minutes waiting time for two menus.

The chicken wasn't cooked through, I now have diarrhea, someone smoked into the sauce. and I feel sick now Kiss to Mc employees

In the afternoon the service is great, the ambience corresponds to the performance, the food is very good. In the evening, despite a reservation, there was a wait in the entrance area, service was slightly overwhelmed, a long wait to order and a long wait for the food. Noise level was very high, conversation was not possible. A pity!

Food: The peaks were underbaked, greasy and soggy, and only cost CHF 1.50 per piece. The peaks used to be crispy and saucy, but unfortunately not anymore. Drinks: The coffee doesn't taste that great because it is served in a paper cup (previously the coffee was served in cups, together with a coffee bean covered in chocolate). This McDonald's used to have a coffee corner near the entrance and good, trained staff. Unfortunately this corner has been closed! There is also a lack of good staff. A pity. And coffee and croissants now only seem to be available until 9 a.m. Also the opening times only until 9 p.m.!? Unfortunately, things are no longer like they used to be, everything is being rebuilt and turned upside down. A real shame. My tip: It's better to use the coffee corner in the kiosk next door! or go to a bakery with a coffee corner. We are very disappointed ! So that was our last visit here ! (at Mc Donald's, at the Thurau Süd service area.)

The nice thing is that you can reach it on foot from both sides of the motorway via the underpass. There are better children's play areas at other McDonald's. No free toilets (1Fr. - voucher system)

Iced Cafe Latte is m.M.n. a little too sweet. But the nice lady who spoke standard German filled it up with milk for me. Thanks for that. I am a loyal customer who eats here weekly. The food always tastes very good and, in my opinion, is of a very good quality compared to the surrounding McDonald's. But I was shocked when I arrived here today at 1:30 p.m. The customer frequency was limited at just under 15 people. Nevertheless, every 2 tables were dirty, the floor was full of napkins, empty drinks, etc. The employees preferred to chat rather than keep the dining room clean. As a restaurateur, I'm just glad that I can't see into the kitchen!! It would be desirable if the employees were managed/trained correctly so that off-peak times could be used better.
