Espresso 4.90!! A usury, a scandal for me. And mind you, machine espresso. Service very good, therefore one more star.

There are too many staff running around and no one is responsible. Had to wait 15 minutes before we could order. There were less than 20 people at the tables. Pizza was hot and very good for us. But Fr. 5.- for 3 dl of mineral water in an open bar is definitely a rip-off

Absolute rip-off. Charging just under CHF 30 for 2 protein shakes and 3 bars is a pure rip-off! If you ask at the checkout, you will be treated arrogantly and taken for granted. Excessive prices everywhere. It's best to avoid this rest stop.

An interesting place, where you are served by Sara, who is very hard-working. Sara? Ask yourself, quite simply she is a robot. Unfortunately I couldn't take a photo. Mr. Spock would be delighted.

Beautiful and modern. However, the prices border on a rip-off. I think 5.70chf for a self-service cappuccino to take away and 4chf for a chocolate croissant is absolutely excessive.

Worst meatloaf roll ever. On the advertising board you can see a freshly baked meat loaf from the oven in a bread roll. You can then eat a slice of meatloaf from the refrigerated shelf, briefly heated in a hard Bürli for 6.90 🤷‍♂️😭

Good: Clean toilets, electric car charging stations, clean, modern design. Bad: Shopping on the go has to be limited to three or four types of vegetables/fruit at best. That’s it for freshness. Otherwise a lot of overpriced sweets. Or gold-plated packet of noodles. Just because a box was stapled to it with a supposedly funny saying, 500 grams of pasta shouldn't cost 12 francs.

5 dl of normal mineral in the open bar for CHF 6.30... I find no justification for this high price. The spaghetti Napoli was barely edible, more for the toothless. I can't recommend it at all.

I tried asking questions to multiple employees, and they were not that friendly. The place was nice, and the restrooms cost money, typical of Switzerland though.

Toilets require you to pay, but the machine would not work with any of my cards or with TWINT. Member of staff did at least try to help.

If I pay for the toilets in cash, I owe CHF 1.00. If your card is stolen, you will be charged CHF 1.20. Surcharges on card payments have been banned in Switzerland since August 1, 2017. I have already filed a complaint with the ComCo. I also advise other customers who have been ripped off to file a complaint with the ComCo against this illegal fee rip-off.

Demanding money for such toilets is not possible. Pay 1.20 and then it smells of urine like a run-down train station toilet. The floors under the bowl are full of urine stains even though nothing is going on. An outrage.

The quality is fine but at least there is a choice.

Quietly clean with serving robot

On the way back from an organized trip to Germany, short break of 45 minutes or based on a simple meal, pizza or pasta. For around fifteen people, we ate a hearty meal, cooked in front of us. The waiter, a little pinched without laughing, was very efficient and so was the cook. Each customer or couple receives an order card which manages the bill at the end of the meal, therefore very easy for the shared bill. The price is a little high, but I think it is more compared to French prices Very clean establishment, attentive staff. In short, I recommend.

We wanted a coffee and a sandwich at 9 a.m., but unfortunately it wasn't possible. We were directed from the counter over to the restaurant (with a sharp tone) to order coffee there. We then took the sandwich with us. After asking the employees several times, we unfortunately still didn't get any coffee😔 and then we left... It was just Monday! Well, never again!!!!

I walked from Wil to the rest stop, drank 2 coffees and ate a summit and then left behind again. It's a nice rest stop, I go there every now and then

Wonderful place, beautiful food and excellent service

The food is very good for a rest stop and the lady who has been serving us for a long time is friendly and very nice. The fact that a robot brings the food to the table is still funny, but the constant fussing is annoying when eating. Another negative thing was that we had to wait almost 5 minutes until we could finally pay, as there was only one person there for the checkout, coffee bar and ice cream stand and didn't think it was necessary to move a little more quickly. When you're on the move, you want to eat and move on as quickly as possible.

One star because the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming despite the cleanliness and good order.

It is beautifully furnished so that you can relax and linger in comfort. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The break was really pleasant!

Not just for refueling, you can also delight your taste buds here. Various pasta and pizza to enjoy in the restaurant, or have a coffee at the bar. Fresh fruit juices or smoothies every day. Sandwiches are freshly prepared several times a day and are never older than 2 hours, and cakes and cookies are also made here.

Prices of the restaurant very reasonable for a Swiss rest stop. The food was good (we had burgers) and really loved the kitty robot 🤖 that brought us the food. 🔝

It’s shameful that a truck stop has been renovated and the showers are removed.

Unfortunately, my experience at the rest area was not positive. The toilets were dirty and the staff was very rude. While I understand that the operator has no control over the higher gas prices, the negative interactions with staff made it difficult to fully enjoy my time at the rest area. On the positive side, the restaurant and shop were very nice and well stocked. However, the overall atmosphere was not welcoming due to the behavior of the employees. Despite these negative points, I would be happy to give the service department another chance if these points are addressed and improved. Free Wi-Fi, but only indoors, you can’t reach the parking lot, the toilet is 1 €, there is no shower, there is access to the city, you will have to walk 4.5 km, but you can walk lightly, since the nature here is beautiful. There's nowhere to get water!

Charging stations are not exactly ideal. Here we are again building on an isolated solution.

It has now happened to us for the second time that there was no LPG gas. This evening we arrived shortly before work and wanted to fill up with a credit card. The amount was debited, but unfortunately no gas came out again. We asked the staff, who thankfully were still there, for help. Unfortunately, the lady loudly played us stupid and argued for what felt like an eternity. We hope that we will now get our money back and will certainly never fill up here again! Kind regards M. Very friendly service. Fresh, good quality food. We consumed fresh orange juice, double espresso, fried eggs with ham and Bircher muesli and bread. BRAVO! Go on like that.

On the way back, we stop. New and clean station, no worries. Bitumen on the whole. Hop we remove the concept of grass!! Solar panels are good but vegetation for drainage the designer didn't think of it. The robot that serves you at the table is frankly useless. It's a 10,000 euro gadget, the idea would have been better to leave the toilets free. If you find out what meat is in the Burger you are strong. Last time I stop. Sorry to the designer but you need to review your copy guys
