🪰🪰🪰BUGS in drink warning 🪰🪰🪰 Today(19.10) I had dinner at this location. I ordered a Nigroni and after a few sips I noticed it was FULL of fruit bugs. Really gross 🤢 and after I pointed it out to the manager, he basically said that fruit flies like sweet drinks with sugar so they were in a bottle, like nothing bad happened at all. I'm feeling so bad I even had to pay for my meal here, which other restaurant with semi good service will charge a customer that was served a cocktail full of bugs???? Well here you go... I hope it was worth your bad customer service.

I recently dined at this establishment, and while the food was enjoyable, my experience was marred by a concerning incident. Unfortunately, my companion discovered dead fruit flies in his negroni. When we brought this issue to the attention of the management, they promptly removed the drink from the bill, but I was disappointed that no further actions were taken, and no apology was offered from the side of the management. Just imagine all the other drinks that had marinated fly juice in them! It's essential for any restaurant to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, especially one so highly rated. Despite the positive aspects of the meal, this incident left me with mixed feelings about the overall experience.

Very bad experience. Recommended by friends, I ate in this place which was too expensive compared to the dishes offered. We're not there, we need to provide a better service. Just some delicious dishes and drinks. No real lunch. The staff also appears inexperienced and without skills. We need to prepare waiters and dining room staff better. We also saw people being sent away saying that the kitchen was closed, AT 1.30 PM!! The new management has not improved the place. I will never go back there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

We had a delightful dinner at Frohsinn Bern. The place itself is very cosy, with a delicate atmosphere. The concept of this restaurant is to share different dishes in order to try all the variety of flavours offered. We got an assortment of different plates: gyozas, the bucatini with braised beef breast and the vitello tonnato focaccia, and for dessert various chocolates. I highly recommend this place since both the food and the attention were amazing!

Very great concept and cozy atmosphere. The wine list is very diverse, with something for every taste. The dishes are very, very tasty. We only ordered vegetarian dishes and only realized at the end, it was so good! Normally I don't choose dessert in restaurants because it's too much for me - but here you can choose as many as you're still hungry/desirable from a "literal" wooden box of homemade chocolates. Great idea! The service is also good & helpful, you feel welcome.

Changed management, but name remained the same. What a rip-off! We reserved for dinner, thinking of going to eat in the much-loved Swiss dive, but alas we found ourselves in a wine bar that only offered pseudo-oriental aperitifs. Price definitely too high compared to the offer.

It keeps the name but is no longer what it used to be. I totally agree with the old positive reviews but this is not the same place anymore! It's not a real restaurant but more of a bar with some snacks. Don't go there for a real dinner. The price of the "dishes" is not justified, given that they are more aperitifs than anything else.
