Wonderful restaurant with excellent service from Max the waiter, highly recommended

Good restaurant with very delicious pasta and pizzas, highlighting the attention of Max the waiter and impeccable service

The restaurant is very nicely decorated in an "industrial chic" style, but the food (we had pizza) is too expensive for what it is - there are better pizzas at the "normal" Italian restaurant and especially at a better price. The pizzas themselves were good, just relatively too expensive. We also had to wait over an hour. The service was virtually non-existent and partly only in English, like in other "hip" restaurants - I personally find it unsympathetic since I'm in the Resti in Switzerland (Italian would be ok for an Italian restaurant😉).

We came here from Bern for a concert and were pleasantly surprised :) great food and friendly staff, keep it up!!

The service staff is decent and friendly. The food is bad for the high price. I'm not a natural chef and don't like cooking, but I definitely would have made the spaghetti with truffles better. It was said in good German “hinkackt”. It felt as if the chef had lost his sense of taste due to Corona and was now preparing the food according to the recipe without seasoning it. Nothing was done wrong but definitely nothing was done right either. For CHF32.00 I demand something different. The egg was found between the sauce and the edge of the plate and not on the spaghetti itself. The drinks (Rivella) were served warm. I won't be visiting this restaurant again and, to be honest, I don't recommend it.

Going for lunch on a Saturday with my family (4years old child) and not finding pasta at an Italian restaurant was not the best experience

We had an extremely friendly employee who was very well-positioned, personable, funny and competent. Everything fit perfectly. Delicious food and quick service. Simply whoever orders a “hot sauce” has to have the fire extinguisher ready. It's pointed out to you, but it almost knocks you out of your shoes.

We were there for brunch on a Sunday. Luckily we had a reservation and the restaurant was very full around 11:00 a.m. Somewhat small tables, the bench is almost too high for the low table. All in all, a nice atmosphere and harmonious. Very friendly service, but not too attentive. For example, we were didn't ask if we wanted to order anything else after we received the first round of food & drinks. Very tasty food. Unfortunately, my Eggs Benedict were cold and the eggs were still basically raw. But the waiter said to tell the kitchen about it. Prices are a bit high so we wouldn't go regularly, but definitely again.

Amazing service from our waiter Max. He was funny, had great recommendations and very polite. Loved our meals too!

Food great, the Pizza Mortazza is a dream. Prices are at the upper limit. Service was very changeable (everything from catastrophic to very good). The atmosphere is always a bit strange without me being able to say why. Maybe it's a bit too intentionally hip and doesn't have enough character?

I recently had the pleasure of dining at fusio, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and seated promptly. My server, Max, was simply amazing. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my dining experience. I had the pleasure of trying the incredible pizza and truffle pasta, and both dishes were simply divine. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was top-notch. It was evident that the chefs put a lot of care and attention into each dish. To complement my meal, I enjoyed a glass of incredible wine recommended by Max, which paired perfectly with my food selections. The wine list was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. To top off the meal, I indulged in some of the most delectable desserts I've ever tasted. The sweet treats were the perfect ending to a fantastic dining experience. Overall, my visit to fusio was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of delicious food, outstanding service from Max, and inviting atmosphere made for a memorable evening. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon to try more of their delightful offerings.

Absolutely amazing place! Close to many hotels and a lot of live music venues. Food is incredible, ambience is awesome. Max was so knowledgeable with wine pairing and food recommendations. He is lovely, kind and friendly as well. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in Zurich, you have to stop by.

Unfortunately the service wasn't good. A pity

We had made a reservation for dinner at Fusio Oerlikon, when we got there we were shown where our table was and we were able to sit down. A few minutes later the waiter came to us and said the kitchen was closed. At first we were all a bit surprised because we had reserved and it wasn't late, just 9 p.m. Afterwards we decided to go back since we were there for dinner. We were told there was nothing more we could do, the kitchen was closed. It would have been really good to let us know when we made the reservation instead of letting us sit down and informing us afterwards.

Were visiting for the first time and were very positively surprised by the brunch plate. Gladly again!

Great service, friendly and humorous

From the moment we got in, the waiter responsible for assisting us to the table, was not giving us a friendly vibe. To add up customers, the tables are very close to each other and can hear the conversations of one another. I find that very cheap in a restaurant. The food was also not the best. The only thing good-ish was the pizza (that also salty). We were served with appetisers together with our main dishes, the appetisers were cold and the pizza as well. The pasta were tortellini with some non melted cheese on top and almost no sauce at all.

Lara was an absolute sweetheart and gave us a wonderful evening. She was absolutely warm and impressed us all very positively. The food was also fantastic and everything we ordered tasted great. Gladly again. Thank you!

The food and drinks were very tasty! The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant, nice decoration, simple location and wonderful service staff (Thanks Max! Very nice!)! We'll definitely come back often soon! Brunch on Sunday is highly recommended!

The food is delicious. Ambience is very nice, cool furnishings and decoration. However, depending on where you sit, it can be very loud. The service is actually great, we only had one waiter, but Fieser was super friendly, cool and always looked everywhere so that no one was forgotten. Despite everything, the waiting time was a bit long. Everyone got food at the same time :). always a pleasure to be a guest here

Our pastas as the main course were almost cold and you could tell from the sauce that the plate had been sitting for a moment. The pasta really didn't taste good, I've never experienced that in a restaurant. They were way too sweet (?!) and overly seasoned; you couldn't taste the ingredients. Far too expensive for the quality and ambience. The pizzas at the next table looked good - probably the better choice.

The pizzas are probably the best we have eaten in Switzerland. The service was a bit uncoordinated. Sometimes a bit “short”. Unfortunately the level of service and ambience is not at the same level as the food. But if you want delicious, innovative food, don't have a lot of time and don't mind wobbling tables, you've come to the right place!

I come to Fusio regularly. As always, very good food and great service from Max. 😊

We were here with a larger group. Unfortunately it was quite loud and difficult to have a conversation. The service staff was nice, but a bit overwhelmed by the full location. The menu is so-so, it could contain more “standard” Italian dishes instead of these sometimes unusual creations. In the end, the bowls are just beautifully prepared salads with boring ingredients. The pizza is disproportionately expensive and for some of us it was burnt and had a black base. However, the lemon dessert is recommended. I wouldn't recommend the location.

We come very often to Fusio and the service is always very friendly and the food always very tasty and fresh. Today Max and another blond waiter attended us and they were super nice. We felt very comfortable and will keep coming 😊.

Great place if you like Neapolitan style pizza. The Margherita is really good! The cannoli were a little disappointing but overall great atmosphere and service. In particular Leon, Max, and Daniela are always friendly. Even when you ask for a pizza right before closing time.

Disappointed. Expectations were high but unfortunately the reality was very different and decidedly bitter. Nothing to complain about the service because the staff was friendly and helpful. But the food was a no for me, the pizza was nothing exceptional, in fact I didn't like the tomato puree at all, let's move on to the pasta, which you order in the basket made of bread but they bring it to you on a normal plate, and in any case the price is the same, I don't think it's right. I didn't like the dessert either, nothing exceptional. Zero quality/price ratio. I definitely won't be returning.

Portions extremely small We forgot the main course... 1 hour wait. They then had to press it so that my wife's pasta wasn't even cooked through. Well, you definitely expect more for such a price. Don't let the ambience blind you ;-)

Service is very slow, we waited for food&drinks quite a long time. Food is very low. Only food I liked was a pizza. We had carbonaras, truffle mountain and pesto control. Carbonaras were the worst, nothing to do with carbonaras honestly. The rest was tasteless. Desserts also disappointing.

We were there for lunch with the team (8 people). The pizzas and bowls were delicious but way too expensive. 30 CHF for a pizza with a drink is no match for lunch! My pizzoccheri with iced tea for CHF 36 was a total waste and extremely disappointing. The team unanimously agreed: never again! It's a shame, because the atmosphere is very appealing and the menu also has a lot of things that are ideal for lunch but are only offered in the evening. E.g. bruschette with salad or burrata etc. Apparently the operators don't know that in Italy you don't eat pizza for lunch. This is dinner... just a shame

The food and ambience were great… Service was very friendly and nice, but we had to wait quite a long time until we could order an aperitif. The employees simply weren't attentive enough throughout the evening. We might have consumed even more if we had been asked!

Fantastic pizzas, but unfortunately a little overpriced. For a “more special” one with “5 slices of Bündnerfleisch” CHF 38.-, far too expensive. I'd rather pay another 12 francs and eat steak.

Excellent restaurant in this completely redone part of Orlikon. The restaurant is modern and friendly with large, well-furnished spaces. Large menu with friendly and efficient service, the truly excellent food satisfied everyone. Excellent choice of beers on tap. The delicious pizzas, with excellent dough and garnishing with high quality ingredients. Prices high as normal in this area but not excessive.

I came with great expectations and they were 100% fulfilled!

Unfortunately the gnocchi didn't taste that good. There was simply not enough tomato sauce on the pizzas. As a result, you almost only had dough with cheese and the respective toppings. The dough itself was very tasty. The service is super nice and helpful. The ambience is also great, but the food wasn't completely convincing.

If it wasn't so overpriced, I would give it 5 stars. Best pizza ever and beautiful location. Service OK but not above average either. Prices are borderline high.

Lara served us excellently that evening. We immediately felt comfortable and warmly welcomed. The food quality was excellent, as were the generous portions, which were definitely filling. The menu is clear and appealing, everyone will find something to suit them. All in all it was great – keep it up! A warm team and first-class quality.

Everything was fine. From the ambience, service to the food. Lara served us this evening and we were very pleased with her. She gave us good advice about the wine and was always attentive. The food also came quickly and the waiting time was short. Compliments to the kitchen!! I would happily recommend it to anyone. For a 3 course menu for 2 people, the price ratio is completely fine. The pizza "in Trüffel we trust" was very good. If you like your pizza creamy then this pizza is perfect! Service was a bit slow but very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Our request was well addressed so that we could come with a stroller and take it with us to the place. The food came super quickly and was delicious. In the end it took a little longer until we were noticed to order the bill. We also waited a long time before we could pay, for which we were apologized as the restaurant was already very full.

Food was mediocre. Service was quite slow and it took a long time for us to order. When paying they did not accept my "lunch-check" card. Event tho they are in the respective register and claim to accept it. Really disappointed. After we were confronted to paying with the credit card there seemed to be issued with the POS and the server had added a 10% tip without asking us. This being switzerland is unacceptable.

Average food and greasy grilled vegetables somewhat marred my experience at this restaurant. The grilled vegetables looked more like over-fried vegetables rather than freshly prepared. The advertised creamy truffle sauce for the pasta turned out to be watery and stretched with truffle oil. However, the interior of the restaurant was top notch. The toilet, on the other hand, was designed somewhat dangerously as the door was placed right next to the sink - a mishap when opening or closing it could result in an unpleasant impact. The choice of music was also not entirely suitable for the ambience of the place.
