First of all, it was right in front of Basel Station, so accessibility was very good. And most of all, the staff were so kind that I started my trip in Basel on a good note :) I was impressed by the detailed explanation of the hotel stay so kindly! I also liked that the hotel rooms and bathrooms were very clean :) Even in the case of breakfast, the menu is larger than other places! If I visit Basel again, I will stay there :) I had a great trip😁

Perfect location, can't be better. Super nice and kind staff members, they did try to help me in many ways. They're willing to help as long as it's not impossible. The building is old, but the room is very nice. Free breakfast, Free mini bar in the room. I've stay in Gaia a few times, and willing to stay next time as well. Arguably the best hotel I've ever stayed.
