Glacier in Grindelwald

Hotel Glacier exceeded all of my expectations! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable cleanliness of the room, every detail was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the glacier from the comfort of your room. The amenities were top-notch, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and freeesh. I highly recommend Hotel Glacier for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay amidst the beauty of nature.

My wife and I stayed in the signature room for 3 nights for our honeymoon and it was the highlight of our two week trip. In addition to that, the food and staff were incredible. Monika went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back here again!

Spectacular views of the Eiger and surrounding mountains from the room and the hot tub. Likewise spectacular panoramic views from the buffet breakfast. Gym area not particularly impressive, but sauna and relaxation area were excellent. About 1km to Terminal to get the tram for skiing, hiking, sledding or sightseeing Jungfraujoch. It's a mostly flat walk or take the bus. Very good restaurant on-site, but also within walking distance to restaurants in town, although a fair bit of the walk is uphill would be requiredif you don't do the bus or taxi. Book directly with the hotel and their shuttle to/from the train station (< 5 min away) is free. Do the First cliff walk and paragliding. Skiing was disappointing late Feb 2024. Spring like weather and fog combined with a relatively low elevation made skiing not as much fun as it could have been, but worth doing if you're in the area. Not much steep skiing either the best I could find. Thanks to snowmaking, you can ski most of the way back to the hotel with maybe a few hundred meter or so walk at the end (somewhat uphill though).

The hotel is very excellent. The food and breakfast taste delicious. The hotel is tidy and clean. The staff are friendly, cheerful and very helpful and help with any service. The only problem is in the bathroom, there is no bidet, neither internal nor external. The second problem is the bed is not comfortable, but the location, service and cleanliness are enough for them.

Top notch experience. Had the charcuterie board for an appetizer, and everything on it was delicious. Even the brie and I'm not usually a brie cheese fan. I had the filet for my entree, and it was EXCEPTIONAL. So tender, and whatever sauce they out on top of it is indescribably good. So much flavor in every bite! It came with a side of REALLY crispy fries which were absolutely delicious with their house made mustard style sauce. For dessert I had the chocolate fondue, which came with marshmallows, banana, strawberries, pancakes, and sugar cookies. The milk chocolate was perfect with everything. They have a really nice drink menu, as well. I had the master distiller single malt whiskey that was smooth and smokey. And the views of the mountains are not to be beaten. Fantastic option for lunch or dinner. Can't recommend thisnplace enough. I even went back for lunch the next day and had the fried lamb and risotto balls for an appetizer, which were melt in your mouth good. Nice and crispy outside, and warm decadent flavors inside. And had the mushroom ravioli for my entree. It had a real light "sauce" on it that was oil based, and didn't overpower the ravioli. Fantastic pasta.

Absolutely amazing property. Everything is of the highest quality - from building materials, to furnishings and amenities, to customer service and staff. Worth every penny! There is a bus right in front of the hotel, otherwise a short, although slightly steep, walk to either the gondola or downtown area.

Team, decor, management, sublime catering, deservedly award-winning chef, everything is sublime. A hotel on a human scale, the perfect address in Grindelwald.

The restaurant decoration is exquisite and modern. The location is also very good, you can directly see the dreamy hillside. The food is also very exciting. Full of color and flavor! Well worth the experience. For us Chinese, the total meal time is a bit too long!

We recently spent 2 nights at Boutique Hotel Glacier and everything was so perfect from start to finish. If you're looking for the most romantic hotel in Switzerland, you definitely need to put this hotel on your bucket list! The Signature Rooms with the outdoor hot tubs are seriously a dream, we loved soaking in the hot water while taking in the stunning mountain scenery. The spa is absolutely incredible too and it's very well-equipped with a sauna, a relaxing area with waterbeds and a heated outdoor pool which was definitely the highlight. The food at the hotel was seriously on another level, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had and we also had dinner both nights at Petite Glacier which was an amazing experience. Next time we would definitely love to try the fine dining experience, it also sounds amazing! All in all, we had a really great time at the hotel and couldn't recommend it more.

The hotel is a small, but charming and a really well executed hotel. We spent time with my fiance in asuite with the mounten views and the hot thub, and it was magical! The staff is kind and helpfull. The dining experience is not on the cheap side but totally worth it. I would recomend to come here for dinner even if you don’t stay at the hotel! If you want to save some cash, stay in a room without the personal hot thub. You will get the amazing views, and you can enjoy a hot thub in the spa.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Great service, very attentive. Very pretty rooms - we particularly liked the marble bathroom with rain shower (we had a DP with a balcony). The style of the hotel is very luxurious and homely at the same time - with lots of wood. Dinner at Petit Glacier was delicious. The best were the profiteroles with chocolate sauce. The breakfast included in the hotel price was simply top notch with everything your heart could desire: the croissants and the plaited loaf were really delicious. You can tell that there are people in the kitchen who are really good at it :-) The SPA is limited to 10 people, which is great so that it doesn't fill up too much. It was very well maintained and cleaned every hour - the waterbeds and the view are also great! All in all a very successful stay. Small drawback: We had neighbors who smoked on the balcony. Because it was extremely hot in the rooms, we often had to leave the windows open. Of course that’s what got it all. The gentleman at the reception took care of it - but unfortunately they continued to smoke. Of course, the hotel can't help it. But if you want to charge 150.00 and be so 'strict' about the whole non-smoking thing, I think you should go for it :-) Despite noble guests who 'wish' for a lot.

The hotel and the restaurant are outstanding and an absolute recommendation! It was my first time at the Glacier Hotel and I was impressed by the very tasteful, modern and natural interior, which creates a pleasant feel-good atmosphere everywhere in the house. The staff I met during my stay at Glacier were all extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating, which made my stay a very successful experience. The view of the surrounding snow-capped mountains is simply breathtaking! I can only confirm the many other very good reviews of the Glacier. I also really got my money's worth in terms of cuisine. I had dinner with friends at Petit Glacier. I had already read a lot of positive things about the restaurant and its renowned chef Paul Cabayé in advance and had high expectations, both for the culinary experience as well as for the service and the general ambience. Ultimately, our expectations were completely met. The service team that served us that evening was extremely attentive, courteous and very pleasantly relaxed. They also always had the right answer to our questions about dishes and drink recommendations. From a culinary point of view, I particularly liked the truffle rissoto, which was served flat on a large, flat plate and was therefore cooked evenly and excellently. You rarely get something like this in our part of the world and only in Italy. The wine accompaniment is also second to none. Sommelier Jonathan gave us excellent advice and gave us access to a wine portfolio of more than 3,000 bottles. We really enjoyed the evening and would love to come back. Thanks to the whole team!

Mashallah, its location is wonderful, clean and tidy, its view is very beautiful, the staff is very nice, the coffee is delicious, the desserts are delicious, their taste is distinctive, and the method of presentation is delicious. I loved it very much and would like to visit it again ♥️👍🏻 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🙂

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room that we stayed in was the signature room sunset and had private jacuzzi incorporated into spacious outdoor deck with awesome views of the surrounding mountains. Great spa facilities including sauna, outdoor hot pool and waterbed for relaxation. A variety of delicious breakfast options with local products and you can enjoy a glass of Prosecco too! Staff are both friendly, helpful and we will definitely be back.

The most romantic hotel in Grindelwald! We had such an incredible stay! Our room was Signature Room Sunset with private jacuzzi, incredible experience really! Overlooking beautiful mountain range while enjoying hot tub! SPA is well equipped, water beds for relaxation, sauna and hot outdoor pool for every guest to use! Breakfast was delicious, with local products and freshly made! You can also enjoy complementary glass of Prosecco too! Staff was really kind and well informed about local activities. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! We will definitely be back 🩷

My husband and I stayed in the Signature Room for 3 nights and it was the most amazing experience ever! The view from our personal terrace was breathtaking! The room itself was very modern and clean! Each and every one of the staff at the Boutique Hotel Glacier were so friendly and efficient! When it came time for check-out, I really didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an accommodation in Grindelwald! 110% no regrets!

Fell in love with this hotel. Went with my wife and everything was perfect. The staff was very nice, the room with the outdoor jacuzzi made for the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful snowy mountain views, breakfast was delicious, the restaurant for dinner was amazing as well. I will for sure be back, hopefully very soon.

The view was unbeatable and i appreciated the room's interior design was modern and fit the glacier theme. Self service laundry facilities were also great. The service and food in Petit Chalet was really good. The staff at front desk (Pedro) and shuttle driver were very helpful and friendly.

Surely not value for money for CHF602 spend for 2 pax. I would very much rather have our meal in their storeroom instead. Had a 7 course meal which lasted nearly 4 hours 🤯 starting from 6pm, excluding the 15min wait for restaurant to open. My fiancé and I were struggling to stay awake in between courses. Atmosphere was horrible. Fine dining and typical dinner was separated merely with a queue barriers (??). The diners in the other section were so loud. For the entire 4 hours was a test of the limits of our eardrums, the only thing keeping us awake. We finally gave up at the 3 hours mark to have some peace out in the cold. The noise had been giving us major headaches throughout the meal we could not enjoy it at all. Another couple was seen walking out for a breather 5min after we were back. We had to resort to have the food to be hurried as we were getting increasingly irritated and even angered due to the atmosphere, not to mention the disturbing lightings. Understand the aesthetic reasons but there were shadows casted everywhere, especially when we are seated at the window, shadows were reflected as well. The food was interesting but the flow and consistency between each dishes were not well done. It doesn't take each dish to be special to be Michelin standard… It’s a little too overwhelming for guests to have a “wow” taste and visual for every single course. I could tell my fiancé was having an extremely hard time he gave up in his attempts of creating a romantic dinner for us both and even accidentally asked for the bill when there were still 2-3 courses 🥸 Honestly, if this were held even in a storeroom, we wouldn’t mind giving the CHF602. But for this experience, it was truly miserably painful. The only “fine” part of the dining was a “we’re fine thank you, just trying hard to keep our sanity. Please prepare the bill ASAP” 😭 The atmosphere really ruined everything. It wasn’t a bearable situation. But a real painful one, if possible we would not hesitate to paraglide back to our hotel ASAP

Monika was a phenomenal waitress! We felt so welcomed. She took such good care of us and went out of her way to accommodate. The food was delicious as well! Loved the vegan options.

The price is exaggerated 👎 (latte + cappuccino) 50 Swiss francs.. very expensive and the taste is normal.. one star for the cheerful staff and one star for the view.. I do not recommend visiting it.

We had the best stay at Hotel Glacier. The Signature Room with a hot tub and mountain facing views was like it was out of a fairytale - truly picture perfect. The staff (especially Alex) was so nice and friendly, and don’t even get me started on their breakfast… best hotel breakfast I’ve had (there’s a mimosa bar). This hotel is on another level and I highly recommend staying here.

We were wondering whether we should book this hotel or not since it is quite pricey, but I'm so glad we did! I felt like this hotel had unrivaled views and everything was splendid. They'll give you a card that will let you get on buses and some areas in for free. I'd like to especially say thank you to our receptionist Zadora who made sure that we had a very pleasant stay in their hotel. Though we didn't enjoy our fine dining meal in the hotel too much, it had more to do with our personal preferences/tastes than the place itself.

I am not sure of the best adjective to describe Hotel Glacier without a thesaurus handy, but off the cuff, “delightful” comes to mind. Utterly, utterly, delightful. The staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming. From a complimentary signature drink at check in, to cookies at check out, Hotel Glacier is a wonderful destination. The food is great - and do yourself a favor and book the fine dining experience (with wine pairing!). Meals technically aren’t souvenirs, but the fine dining experience isn’t anything to miss or anything that will be forgotten. The mountain view room we had was extraordinary. You’re in the dress circle for some of the best views in the Alps. Stunningly gorgeous. If you’re headed to Grindelwald, stay here. Grindelwald is otherworldly all on its own, but I found much the charm I connected to in this place lives at Hotel Glacier.

Great friendly service. Wine selection is great. The taste and nuanced preparation of the dishes needs improvement. The combination of flavors in the terrine is not very harmonious; the egg sauce drowns out the mushrooms and overwhelms the delicacy. With a little sensitivity and consideration, this could go in the right direction.

Loved our time here for our honeymoon, we will definitely be back.

Lovely staff, spacious rooms, and an overall great experience. One of our best meals of our entire trip was the dinner by Chef Paul. It is a bit of a walk to the 2 train stations but the bus and hotel shuttle make it easy.

When I arrived in Grindelwald, I went to a restaurant near my accommodation that had a high rating, and it was a restaurant inside the hotel. It was a bit expensive since it was a restaurant inside the hotel, but it was delicious. While I was eating, the chef was being interviewed in front of the camera.

Sat on the patio for lunch. *Stunning* views of the Eiger - feels like you can reach out and grab them. Service was great, the wait staff were very personable. Beer was cold and went well with taking in the views. Burger was tasty.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Petit Glacier Restaurant in Grindelwald! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The 7-course meal was a culinary delight, each dish a masterpiece on its own. What truly set this dining experience apart were the surprise gifts that came with each course, adding an element of excitement and charm to the evening. Monika, our server, was an absolute gem. Her warmth and personality made the meal even more enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and her accommodations were spot-on. Her presence truly elevated the dining experience. Thank you so much Monika!! The welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service from the entire staff made us feel like honored guests. Petit Glacier Restaurant is a hidden gem in Grindelwald, it is definitely a must try. Highly recommended!!

One of my favourite meals in Switzerland. Set inside the Glacier hotel and adjacent to the fine dining Glacier Restaurant, but in the lounge/terrace area, is Petit Glacier. Offering the same amazing levels of service from a relaxed, funny and charming waiting staff, we were made to feel immensely welcome from the moment we walked in. The food is a generally lighter selection of dishes and for 59 CHF you can have a brilliant set menu of 3 courses (at the time, it was Tomato & Burrata Salad, Lemon Chicken with Fries and Peppers, and 1 scoop of ice cream), plus water and a coffee/hot drink. This was amazing value given the general price of food and it all tasted incredible. We added some spring rolls for an extra stater - a portion of 5 lasted mere seconds, we could have easily had 50. As good as any roll I've had anywhere. The tomato/burrata salad was balanced and summery, the chicken cooked to perfection and we loved the cookie ice cream served with fresh blueberries. We started our meal on the terrace and enjoyed sunset with unrivalled views. Truly stunning location - few other places in town could hope to beat it. We had our hot chocolate in the lounge - a wonderfully relaxed ambience. If you happen to like craft beer, they stock some from 3970 Nordwand Bräu which is actually visible only a couple hundred metres in front of you from the terrace (the red building on the opposite hill). Can't get much more local and their beer is great! Highly, highly recommend anyone take the time to walk down the hill away from the more tourist trap locations of the main street. Not 5 minutes away is this absolute gem of a restaurant - and I'm sure the fine dining, more expensive main restaurant is of equal calibre. But for the same service and amazing value for money, Petit Glacier offers some of the best good food in town and was one of our favourites as we toured many foodie hotpots in Switzerland.

We loved this magical hotel in Grindelwald! Maria, Pedro, Dani, Rudy and Johann were so kind and helpful. Initially we were so disappointed with the weather, Maria helped us map out a game plan every day so we found something beautiful to do. Dani and Rudy made our fine dining experience 10/10. Pedro and Johann helped us at the front desk (even bringing up a mini fridge for us!). Could not recommend this beautiful place more.

I loved my stay at the Glacier hotel (February 2023). My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days during the week for a ski-trip portion of our “euro trip”, and this was the most special part of our month long vacation. The hotel was the most accommodating, as we arrived at the Geneva airport from Paris due to an unexpected train strike in Paris. The staff was able to confirm that our last minute travel plans were fine and picked us up from the train station nearby. There is a shuttle service by request form the hotel to the Main street where you will find a train, buses to mountains, and shops. It is not a long distance, maybe 1/4 mile for US travelers, but it is an incredibly steep hill. This shuttle service is free of charge for this distance. Hotel concierge, I regretfully have forgotten his name, helped us plan for lift tickets and all of our accommodations for our stay. Our room was clean and though smaller than other rooms, was just fine for us. The private balcony was so wonderful as the air in February is crisp and cold. BIG mention of the incredible water pressure in the shower and hot hot hot water, which is SO nice after a day on the mountain. I used their spa almost every day — if you are American, please be aware that it is normal spa etiquette to be nude inside saunas even across genders. We also indulged in their exquisite restaurant where we met the lovely Tomas. He was the most charismatic, charming, kind .. the perfect gentleman and made our evening so wonderful. And the best part for me was their breakfast buffet. The food is amazing. I loaded up on calories at the breakfast buffet every morning and it was spectacular. I look forward to visiting Grindelwald and staying at the Glacier again and again for years to come. Thank you to the staff for making our trip as enjoyable as it was!

Nice place. Beautiful view. Amazing breakfast, just a miracle! You eat your coffee and croissant, and colorful paragliders are circling around you against the backdrop of the majestic rocky giant YONG FRAU. The hotel has a self-service laundry room with tumble dryer. Your own parking lot, where there is always room for your car!😍

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The two things I appreciated the most were the breakfast and the hospitality of the staff. The breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, plus you have a great view. This is especially valuable considering how expensive it is to eat in Grindelwald. Also the staff were so nice and helpful which added to the pleasant experience.

STAY AWAY. They don't respect the tourist at all. The waiter named Alex after waiting for 40 minutes to get our order, i asked politely to check on my order since all the guest around me has already been served. He shouted " I can't do it, it is impossible to check your order. Then i responded politely " can you at least let me know how long it will approximately take to finish? They he again shouted " it will take as long it will take. Here in europe we don't ask this kind of question !!! " Oh my god ! I have been traveling europe and never been treated like this for just a simple ask from a guest. I waited little longer and asked him can you at least make it for take away ! He looked at me and never responded then he came back to me saying " I don't see your order in the system !! " i didn't even reply to him, and i only said to him it will be reported so other tourist will not be treated like i had been treated and he responded carelessly " yes do whatever you want" . I only hope the hotel management will care enough to prevent such rude behaviour from their staff. (14 Aug 2023)

We spent 5 nights there; a very beautiful establishment with an absolutely charming and very efficient team. The cuisine is fine and delicious; lots of skills in cocktails (special shout out to the Breton Barman :-). The view from the hotel is breathtaking, the only downside: the weather was changeable and yet a TOP stay!

Unfortunately we did not find a booking here in Glacier but we came for Lunch twice and coffee. Waiters are super friendly and really makes our experience so good ♥️ specially the Spanish guy and the lady in the reception. The view is just perfect and the food is so clean! They even try their best to make chicken burger for me while it's not in the menu 🥹👌🏻

We had coffee , waffle, chocolate mousse, and glacier iced tea. They were great and tasty. The service was super great and fast, and the waiters are super kind. The sceneries are amazing. The hotel is neat and clean and it smells tremendous.

The view from this hotel is truly breathtaking. You can enjoy the enchanting mountain slopes while having breakfast and afternoon tea. It's a heavenly experience. However, I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance! The rooms get booked up quickly.

Had dinner here tonight and it was the best of my 2 weeks in Switzerland, including more than a couple 1 and 2-star Michelins. The food was outstanding. Monika was an incredible server. I cannot recommend this little gem enough. What a surprise! Everything was very local and very Swiss served in dishes that were special but also approachable. I could have eaten vastly more of the gnocchi with veal.

Great food in an even better location with a wonderful view of the Jungfrau. Monika was wonderful and very down to earth. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're near the Grindelwald area.

If you intend to eat or have coffee, it is not suitable. The coffee is normal, like any stall we have, and the sweets are the same, although their prices are exaggerated.. but you pay for the view and the place that is worth visiting, as well as their service 👍🏼

Honestly? The food was okay - it was not worth the amount of money we paid. Some of it was tasty, some of it was not. The service was good. For a restaurant of this price, they should probably insist on a dress-code, as some guests can spoil the ambience.

The place is normal, but wow, and the coffee is normal, as if it was machine coffee

Beautiful hotel at the base of the magnificent Eiger with wonderful terrace views. Spectacular restaurant and spa, great breakfast buffet, clean and nice rooms, and very walkable to town and the Grindelwald train station. And most importantly, a very friendly and helpful staff. Each and every staff member was uniquely amazing, all had great tips on what to do and see and were such kind people. One girl even helped guide us onto the bus on her way home and walked us to the next train stop we’d have to take, guiding us to our next stop! Would love to come back to Grindelwald some day, and will for sure be returning to the Hotel Glacier when we do.

A wonderful afternoon with excellent gourmet cuisine! I would particularly like to highlight the service. We were looked after very well, nothing was missing and nothing was left to be desired.

We had the 7 course meal and were very happy with it. Great view and ambiance. Our waitress, Monika, was very friendly and described the dishes well!

One of the best hotel experiences we have had. Eating breakfast (great selection of food) or dinner on the terrace looking out at the Eiger is memorable. Rooms are stylish and very well designed, with wardrobe space! After travelling for 4 weeks, so good to unpack from the suitcases. Beds v comfy. Loved having sitting room with sofa separate from bedroom. Location: easy walk downhill from station, or you can catch the bus up, or walk down to Terminal.

Absolutely incredible hotel! The rooms are superb, the staff are so sweet and accommodating, the food is divine, the view is unbeatable, & I could go on forever about this place!! Will definitely be returning someday!!

The only credits are the service attitude and the view. We had a 5 course dinner which lasted nearly 3 hours. Each dish was mediocre and the flavoring really needs to redesign. One of the main course looked and tasted like pure fat and smells fishy. The appetizer which was asparagus and pickles. It literally tasted like boiled asparagus with convenient store pickle water. We waited more than 45 minutes between the 3rd and 4th dish while surrounded by at least a dozen of flies. When we asked the waiter about why there’re so many flies, here’s the answer —— “the restaurant is located in a natural environment” is that the reason for a fine dining restaurant to allow flies and insects contaminating the food? Also, after witnessing a flies consumed another customer’s food, we finally lost all of our appetite. Glad to see that the wild life are enjoying the food. Worst 250 pound spent ever

We just had the most amazing 7 course meal here tonight. We are here from Maine, United States for a few days and my husband completely surprised me with this reservation for our dinner. This hotel is amazing. The dinner tonight was spectacular. Kudos to the head chef and the sous chef! Our servers, Rudy (who is also an accomplished sommelier) and Lani, were worth every minute of our time there and we were doted on for over four hours! For anyone wondering what this is like, please come here to the Boutique Glacier Hotel for an experience of a lifetime! Great service, wonderful rooms, and spectacular views! The receptionist was very helpful and gave us the Best Tour of this beautiful Hotel! There Vegan Burgers are to die for; with the most jaw-dropping views, Definitely recommend!

Because it is so popular, it is difficult to make a reservation. You can relax while looking at the wonderful Eiger view. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The downside is that they only accept reservations for 3 days or more.

It was based on recommendations on Twitter The atmosphere, as they said, is very beautiful The staff is friendly, especially Thomas, and welcomes questions But their outdoor balcony is divided into two parts, one for regular requests and the other for reservations, and unfortunately, normal in the face of the sun is hot I didn't taste the coffee but the restaurant and we didn't like it I ordered a very regular beef burger (funny) The fish dish was too salty for us, and every bite had to be seasoned with sauce to reduce the saltiness The kids got potatoes and we nibbled, which was nice

Had an amazing stay here! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice and spacious, staff are all friendly and helpful, and the views are incredible.

The food here is absolutely amazing along with the experience. This was our 2nd time here in a span of a year and both experiences are unforgettable. Rudy our waiter was excellent, very detail oriented and very attentive at all times. This is a must visit restaurant if you are in the Interlaken/Grindelwald area.

The service is the only reason I gave an extra star. Service was outstanding. The food was possibly the worst I’ve ever had. We tried the 9 course meal. I had to stop on course three which was fermented beet and carrot. I almost threw up. The chef clearly needs training on how to mix acids with vegetables. The first two courses were horrific as well but I didn’t almost throw up. Extremely over fermented. Apparently this is a new chef…. I thought I could trust the reviews and wasted $450

Breakfast was good and staff were welcoming but I wouldn’t stay here next time for few reason. The hotel location was somewhat far from train station to walk with luggage. They have a pick up service but no information was offered upon reservation so we had to walk 10 minutes down the hill with our luggages in the rain. If you arrive late and hungry, your only option will be $15 french fries from the hotel restaurant. The room was clean but very small. Almost no space to put our luggage down. They have very small outdoor spa for hotel guests and required sign up to use it. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations compared to my other stays in Switzerland.
