GLOBUS in Zürich

Near the entrance on the right there was a black employee in a tuxedo who didn't understand German. When I asked about the direction of food, I answered in English. At the checkout at the food, an employee grabbed my open bag where I had my training clothes and just stuffed my fish and bread in there to see what I had in my bag!!! Don't have cameras to watch people, just looking into private pockets for no reason is primitive!!!! That was lunchtime today!!!!!!

Paid 10.- sfr for a small panettone!!! That's a bottomless impudence!!! That's a shame!!!

I wanted to buy some sourdough bread from the bread stand outside this morning. The saleswoman was convinced that it was sourdough bread. Saw at home that it was just normal bread!!! Thought the service was so good at Globus Delicatessa…

It's a shame that the food market is located here instead of the popular Globus Gastronomy. I and many others miss the great offer from before, be it take-away or for a little hunger in between.

As usual, the provisional globe leaves nothing to be desired in terms of presentation, freshness or beauty of the goods on offer, even in this special conversion situation. Whether specialties, flowers or seasonal items - currently the most beautiful Easter bunnies, etc. - the art of arranging in the smallest of spaces has been achieved brilliantly. As always, shopping is very pleasant and the staff is available to provide friendly advice if you have any questions.

It's just a small makeshift solution with a small range.

Globus in Bellevue is a nice store with a great delicatessen, nice bar and food to eat and some house articles, BUT is closing mid January 2023 for about 2 years due to renovation. What a pity.

Their food hall is a thing of joy and a wonder to behold. More stores should look to them as a possible model of what to do. They're no KaDeWe but nor should they be. Whoever curates the foodhall has an eye for colour and what will truly catch the eye. The ground floor invites you into the store. The menswear floor, whilst compact has a very expansive range of clothing manufacturers represented.

Everything was great and always very friendly.

The supermarket in particular is well stocked!

Were there on Sunday December 3rd, 2022 at around 7:45 p.m., the lady from the bar ran to the back to chat with the employees instead of serving us. She didn't come back, later a gentleman came and sent her to the other counter because he didn't want to dirty his coffee machine, which had been cleaned too early. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. An absolute no-go

The perfumery department has a great selection... the employees Alba and Parisi are fantastic 🤩 amazing service... we'll definitely be back! Thank you Alba and Parisi!

Although it is one of the best grocery store in the city, recent changes are not in the right direction. Very strange experience buying mussels, where the poor employees washed them one by one, discarded some of it and weighed exactly 800gr… The whole ceremony took 6, 7 minutes. Buying mussels is not supposed to be a high end experience, you simply weight them and throw a handful for those which won’t open…Back at home, almost 20% remained closed during cooking… which shows that there is a reason why things are done in a certain way and there is no reason to disrupt it. Fresh mussels minus the high end jewelry experience may be better!!

It's a shame that this business is coming to the end of the year. It was an asset to Bellvue The gastronomy offers everything so it deserves 5 stars For some time now you haven't been able to go to the globus bar in the evening because the music is extremely loud, you can't understand your own words anymore, at least the rotating staff present is having fun 1 🌟

Only store where we found dried deer meat. Pleasant atmosphere in the shop. We like shopping here because we can usually still find what we're looking for. Beautiful presentation of the goods!

My girlfriend and I ate something there and it was really tasty. The only thing you can't complain about is that it was almost cold. That's why I'm crossing out a star. Nevertheless, it is a great place and there are many things to choose from.

I'm a Globus custmer since the beginning of 1980 & love Globus Bellevue now, specially Yasmin in Tom Ford stall, she is very knowledgeable sales lady there and a very good adviser... I always go to her if i need to buy Parfums from there & hope that she is gonna be around there when i'm there....

The lady at Mollerus today, Saturday, is an angel, so sweet and helpful. She was super warm. You had a great employee who wanted to order the key case for me right away, which she didn't have and looked to see if there was anything else that was so great and friendly.

In the delicatessen department you can find everything your heart desires, incredibly fresh and top quality.

I've bought beef fillet at the counter here twice, which was inedible and therefore had to be thrown away. better, sour smell... (indication of old meat, which already has far too many lactic acid bacteria) too bad... can't recommend the meat counter!

Good ice cream, nice place to sit and enjoy a sunny day. Staffing does not pay enough attention so you might wait a bit but this is not a place to go if you are in a hurry;-)

On Sunday, June 19th, I ordered a café at the Dolci/Caffè counter in Globus on Bellevue. The service employee with big glasses was very unfriendly and seemed frustrated. For the life of me, I couldn't see a smile on her face. Her supervisor, Mr. Gosling, who was standing next to me, didn't greet me either and didn't wish me a nice day when I left, even though I've been going there regularly for years. Apparently you don't need it - disappointing!

They close the line at 9:30pm claiming that there are too many people to buy a waffle and that there were only 3 ahead of me.

I'd like to make it a little more detailed! Dear team at the Dolci/Caffè counter and their area and their superiors, however many. In my opinion, I would have hoped for a better experience today. A cashier who seems to have lost her laugh, or at least greets the guest and smiles a little... then just puts the tray with the receipt somewhere... a gentleman who then asks me sternly and snippily over his shoulder, coffee ??...and then another gentleman with an ice-cold expression puts it on the shelf for me...sorry, I really would have expected a little more friendliness from all three of them!...and then carried it myself for five Swiss francs, To take a seat somewhere, as I said, I've already had more guests, so I'm a little less happy! You know, if it's incredibly funny behind the counter, why doesn't that state of affairs pass on to the guests?! I'll give you a friendly greeting, Andre Schäppi

Calm atmoshere. Everybody extremly nice and competent. The food department ist absolutely fabulous! Vegetables are not presented in a load but just a taste; what you want gets collected from behind the scene. The butcher is most willing to help with the selection of pieces and advice for making the best out of the best quality cuts. I had a question concerning sous vide cooking and got a wealth of good tips. The choice is increadible! Be it for Teas and coffee, home made pasta, the breads and cheeses, not to forget the wine department. And there are no turned off faces but relaxed and friendly staff througout. You feel that they are treated with respect, good salarys and trust and appreciation by employer and customers. A place to feel good and appreciated!

2 weeks ago I went to Globus Bellevue especially to buy one of the iconic wooden Vitra Dolls for my husband's birthday (I checked in internet that in Globus Bellevue there is exact doll I wanted to give him). It wasn't on the exhibition of the store, but I asked the seller if there is this exact one anywhere and they (lady and new shop assistant) brought it from shops back room. I only checked fast if inside is the original doll I wanted (on the box of vitra there is always a picture of the doll you buy) and I let the lady to pack it as gift. And guess what... My husband unpacked the gift and THERE WAS NO DOLL IN THE WOODEN BOX. We checked it 10000x times. It is extremely embarrassing. And yes there was supposed to be doll inside the wooden box from Vitra. Seriously, should we all check the boxes and unpack them to be sure if there is the real gift we bought for 124 CHF? Should I be this annoying customer in GLOBUS? SEEMS YES. I have never experienced such embarrassment. This is a pure joke. And of course I can't even reach the service line.

Firstly, the place where these stores are located is a very beautiful place. Secondly, the workers there are proud and smiling all the time to gather the children. Thank you. It is worth a visit. The place is worth a visit for adults and children.

I found a great perfume at "le labo": the two ladies said they mix the scents themselves in their witch's kitchen😉Vegan, without strange additives and great scents that not everyone has. Love it🥰

Friendly service staff, it's just a shame that the ice cream eaters from the rented Leonardo ice cream stand next door are also allowed to eat their ice cream at the tables where drinks are served without ordering a drink. I've complained about this before, but Globus can't seem to do anything about it. I just think it's a shame that the staff doesn't earn anything from these consumers!! You can see that humanity no longer has any decency or respect for the globe staff!!

The food department at Bellevue leaves me with an ambivalent impression. Meat, fish, fresh pasta, cheese and bread are always top. Unfortunately, vegetables and fruits are often not included. Unfortunately, the various “fresh” mushrooms didn’t make a “dewy” impression this time. It was with a heavy heart that we decided not to purchase. Then the fruit tart, very sparsely topped with plums... was "only" good in taste. For SFr. 18.-- but absolutely not convincing. A pity. We usually shop at Globus Glatt and are always well served with quality, value for money and freshness. Maybe those in charge at Glatt would have to stop by Bellevue and offer their good services.

Ms. Parisi and Victor from the perfume department (Le Labo, Jo Malone and Tom Ford) are great! They gave us great advice and gave us a lot of information about the scents. Big compliments to both of them, they're doing a great job.

Very tasty ice cream. Price is quite expensive at CHF 3.50 per ball, but they are large balls. Waffle also tastes very good.

Ich war heute das erste Mal mit meiner Frau in diesem Globus. Frau Vogler von der Mollerus-Abteilung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, deshalb haben wir uns auch entschieden eine Handtasche zu kaufen. Ich möchte speziell die Damen A. Flor und E. Dedushi hervorheben, welche meine Anfrage sehr kompetent beantworteten und äussert aufmerksam waren. Ich wurde proaktiv gefragt ob man es mir als Geschenk einpacken dürfe und wurde bestens betreut. Einfach toll! Grosses Lob an die 3 Damen!

Wie immer top...auch in diesen schwierigen Corona Zeiten...

Ich habe mir für viel Geld "massgeschneiderte" Hemden im Globus Zürich schneidern lassen, für meinen neuen Job. Da beim Resultat noch nicht mal der oberste Knopf zugegangen ist, rate ich euch, Hemden bei z.B. Walbusch etc., nach eurem Gefühl, für einen Bruchteil des Geldes zu bestellen. Macht nicht den gleichen Fehler wie ich.

Die Lebensmittelabteilung ist einfach SPITZE!!! Gut, man muss schon etwas Geld mitbringen. Aber man erhält auch tolle Waren. Ganz besonders gut ist die Käseabteilung. Probieren Sie man den "Schnebelhorner" - unbeschreiblich gut.
