Literal perfection. The owner was working the shop and was very kind and helpful. Great bagel sandwich options for breakfast along with amazing treats and tea and coffee. Presentation was phenomenal!

This is the best pain au chocolat I've ever had! The desserts are A1 and the bagels are fantastic. Some of the best that St. Gallen has to offer in terms of cuisine!

We had the nicest breakfast of our vacation at g’nuss. The food was delicious, fresh, and handmade. Coffee is superb. They had fresh brioche, croissants, and other delicious pastries, but the bagels were too good to resist. I can’t wait to go back and try the desserts.

It may be that the declaration according to weight is listed correctly. However, a green salad is served and not an avocado salad. The avocado pieces aren't even visible. Then half of the plate is filled with cherry tomatoes. Is the salad dressing made fresh? Soup of the day: The staff doesn't know the current soup of the day by heart, which is a shame. It may be Grosi's Homemade Soup. However, soup does not contain whole tomatoes or diced tomatoes. pureed tomatoes expected. Conclusion: The food is good, if such prices are charged, the above points should also be optimized.

We happened to be in St. Gallen and remembered a tip from a friend: stop by “g'nuss” when the opportunity arises. No sooner said than done and we sat in the pretty restaurant and waited for our little lunch. We couldn't avoid trying one of the homemade croissants with our self-chosen starter. All I can say is: a dream! Even at 12 noon it's still fresh and incredibly tasty. Rarely have I felt such joy while eating a croissant at this time of day. It didn't take too long until our food was served. I had a Buddha bowl with salmon and avocado and my friend chose a delicate roll filled with an Indian coconut chicken dish. Both tasted excellent, you could tell that they were freshly prepared. Because it smelled so good, I forgot to take photos of it. The restaurant can definitely be recommended – whether for take-away (also has a nice selection of sandwiches) or to eat there.

I think it's nice that many products are regional and fresh. In my opinion, the prices are still too high for what you get. Unfortunately, when a dish was served incorrectly, the response was snippy when asked. I didn't get what was on the card and still paid full price.

New, fresh, creative and delicious. A real win for the city of St. Gallen. It's a bit expensive, but it's fair considering the effort involved. Plus, they look and taste so beautiful. That sounds nice, but perhaps more like a 4 to 4 1/2 star rating, but the cafe still gets a bonus point for the yuzu tarts. I think where can you find something with yuzu and that looks so awesome or looks like a sweet yuzu. Ps: Sorry for the blurry images ^^

Amazing andd very nice service. Always a good atmosphere. Even if a bit pricey, the quality is worth every penny. Everything is handmade and they like to experiment and try new things. Love this place and their special foods.
