Unfortunately, it often happened to me and a friend that they gave us the wrong food and the food that was too small.

I'm currently sitting at Go4Tacos in Lucerne near the Löwencenter on March 1st, 2024 and we are now being asked to take the take away order away at 10:26 p.m. The store is still occupied by 7 other customers, but they are not asked to leave. According to Google, the store closes at 11 p.m., which would be more than enough time to eat the tacos here and leave the store by 11 p.m. at the latest. If it was 5 to 11 or 10 to 11 we would understand. However, the employees are already sending us out. We drove here especially from Uri. We will avoid this store in the future! And there is bad advertising too! It's outrageous to send us out now. When I asked why we had to go out now, the employee said “Chicken ready in 5 minutes” - what does that have to do with that? What kind of customer service is this? Addition: The tacos are dry and everything inside was untidy and the tables looked like everything was thrown around in a daycare center. Employee looks like she was hit by a bus. Really bad!

Small, cozy taco place close to the city center...friendly and motivated staff...and of course delicious tacos!! Ordering and paying is very easy with the clearly arranged machines.

Very nice, but waiting times too long. I don't think delivery service is really good. So it's better to go to the store straight away

Every time I'm in Lucerne it's a little highlight! Such incredibly delicious French tacos 😋 and the portion of fries is more than adequate 🍟 highly recommended! It's just a shame that the second side dish now costs more; it used to be included in the price...

Very disappointed. I ate several times at Go4Tacos in Dierikon and this was the first time in a long time eating at their store in Lucerne. The music in the store is way too loud, to a point where the staff doesn’t understand you. The taco was sadly disgusting. It was cold, the cheese and the fries were still hard and I couldn’t taste the sauces at all. They put absolutely no effort in making the taco. Very sad. If you want a good taco, go to Go4Tacos in Dierikon.

The concept makes zero sense. A long wait and a stomach ache... you can save yourself this experience.

Today a friend of mine ordered tacos from go and we were missing half of the order! We then wanted to call the branch to tell them about it. Nobody picked you up, not even after several attempts with a time interval. I think it's a shame and somewhat weak for a branch that actually stands out in a positive way.

I don't know when the "French taco" was created but it's not bad for a quick option when visiting Lucerne 🇨🇭

▫️ Expensive but worth ▫️ Tacos with chicken, veg and algerian sauce is delicious ▫️ Fries was once not eatable due to too much salt. Possible to ask the chef to avoid salt on fries 👌

The orders were not right and the reception was not helpful.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. We ordered 9 tacos, 2 were not delivered & 3 tacos were cooked incorrectly. 3 tacos had no piece of meat in them and consisted only of french fries. We called the owner and explained the situation on site, but he didn't want to see it. He wanted us to have to drive to the restaurant again for the third time so that we could bring back the incorrectly prepared tacos. We then insisted that he give us at least 5 free tacos and this time he got it right, he gave us back even though we had photos as evidence.

We made a large order. The entire order was wrong. We had to go there again and they were very unfriendly, blamed us and said it wasn't their fault that everyone made mistakes. He even told me, what do you want to do dude, very disrespectful. Tacos were delivered without meat

Clean. Good price. Not what we call a taco back in the states. More of a burrito meets a panini. TELL THEM NO CHEESE SAUCE - it's like nacho cheese and gross. Went with the chicken breast, ground beef, Andulisian and samurai sauce with Raclette cheese.

Actually very satisfied, but please adjust the number, had an urgent call...

Only ordered from Uber Eats because it said that the driving costs would be waived for a certain amount. I had met the certain amount but still had to pay everything. (The official invoice was only visible after payment) 60-70 francs for one person… impudence!

The food was delicious and I will definitely come back again. Unfortunately, toilets are for w/m at the same time I found the food atmosphere normal

Well, we expected better. The atmosphere is rather cheaply furnished and the Easter decorations are still there at the end of April. Service was somehow emotionless and didn't really speak German. The taco wasn't as crispy as it looked and the filling was more of a "mass" rather than various ingredients. The homemade sauce wasn't bad. The whole thing was worth it from an appetizing and financial point of view, not.

Very tasty food, but one drink per taco is mandatory on UberEATs, which means you always have to order a drink. Absolutely unnecessary and a waste of resources.

The food was super delicious. But I came specifically for the Brazilian sauce but I couldn't select the Brazilian sauce on the display so I only give it 3 stars! I don't know which eye to turn a blind eye to.

My kid is allergic to peanuts and the waiter wasn't able to tell me if any of the options have traces or peanuts on them. In the menu clearly states that I had to ask the server about allergies.

This place is amazing, Ive been here 3 times now and can say with full confidence that this place is absolutely amazing. The food is a 10/10, the options, the sauces, the flavours its got it all, yes it also has Vegitarian options and fish options, plenty of sauces to choose from (I recommend the house made sauce) and other extras, like different cheeses and vegetable options. The Service is fantastic, Ayoub who I have seen here every single time is extremely kind and helpfull, and so are the other staff members. Atmosphere is nice and cozy, nothing big, but it doesnt have to be, its enough, and for the small space you also have toilets for customers. This place really does have it all and I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 stars from me. PS: Dont confuse this place for having Mexican tacos, these are FRENCH tacos, big difference.

Violent. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh. Great selection, especially the tacos with Nutella and bananas.

The name of the place caught my interest of calling it a French taco. I entered through the door, and immediately on the left hand side there is a kiosk to place in your order if you may need to take some time. Or if you were like me and did not see it, you can also go to the counter and place your order there. The menu does switch between English and German, so it look me a second trying to order between the languages, again this is where the kiosk would have been handy to see it in the other languages there. The cashier was helpful, and patient on me. Once ordered, feel free to take a seat. They will bring your order to your table. The food tasted great! I don't think you can go wrong with the options they have! Would recommend to stop by here and grab a bite to eat! Can fill you up and a great price!

You have your own toilet. Unfortunately, one of the employees only spoke English, but I was able to communicate with him easily. The food was very good. I have never given 5 stars to a takeaway.

Bought a classic size taco that could feed two people. We ordered the beef and fish plus grilled vegetables; It was delicious and packed with ingredients (like fries and cheese that already comes with the taco). A good hot and filling meal.

Place chargers a ridiculous amount for sides and sauces. They also put fries in their “tacos” which is fine but no indication on menu. This literally isn’t a taco

Very fine tacos prepared fresh and quickly

Normally it's great, but we received 2 tacos that were so overflowing with sauce that we couldn't eat it. 1/3 of taco was really just sauce. Practically a soup.

Really tasty tacos! Fresh and delicious ingredients. Only rating it 4 stars though because everything you would want to add in the taco costs additional. Skinny fries were delicious! But again, even a side of ketchup costs extra.

Very tasty taco's! The restaurant is small but the taste of the tacos is big! 😋 A good choice of size and ingredients, served on a Swiss themed placemat (bonus points for that). Some people here complain about the speed of delivery, but I found it to be good as every order is made especially for you. It's not McDonald's where burgers are already pre-cooked. And tasty food is worth waiting for of course.

I wanted to order in the store and the seller said he didn't have time to accept my cash, either card or not at all.. I think that's very weak, man should accept any money, it means only cash is goods :)

UNFRIENDLY!!! We explained that we only had cash, whatever else was assumed. The store was half full and there was no salesperson in the store. When he came he said either pay by card or we have to leave! They are stressed. Absolute no-go for a business like this.

The maxi taco was a surprise, I think it is almost a kilo of food on it.

Go Tacos is an unassuming restaurant that I would recommend to anyone. The service was first class. A lot of flexibility and courtesy from the hosts. I can't even begin to talk about the taco, it's indescribable and unforgettable.

First time in my life that I try a French taco (yes, it has French fries inside) and it's not too bad. There are several options for different sauces, different extras (cheese, avocado, etc.) and different main toppings (chicken, falafel, cordon bleu, etc.). The amount for food for the price (less than 10chf with über eats promotion) makes it a good deal. Ideal for watching football with friends, having lunch while visiting Lucerne, etc.

This place is just amazing ! I was craving french tacos and i was so glad i found this place in Luzern. The team is so welcoming and the place is super cute. The food was delicious, i had a classic one with some raclette cheese. Also I love that they have a vegetarian option. I 100% recommend this place!!!

This fast food is very overrated. Fries and meat mixed together and wrapped in dough. Long waiting times, tasteless furnishings, suspect cuisine. I can't recommend it more.

Waiting far too long for a bad result. We had to wait over 20 minutes and were looking forward to the food, but were disappointed. Meat looked like it had been fried for far too long and tasted very watery. You couldn't see the staff preparing it, which I found a bit suspicious. All in all, not to be missed

Quality can vary considerably in some cases, but overall it tastes good. :)
