Indian restaurant, morning buffet only on non-weekends

Excellent, delicious food... Superb & fast services.

We ate the buffet which was a good value for money. Everything was delicious. Good combination of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items. Warm freshly baked nans were served to us. Just one thing which we missed was the dessert. That would have made the buffet complete !

Very tasty food. They offer buffet which is just CHF 18 and just 5 minutes walk from Locerne station.

I had to wait 1h30 to order. (10-20min) specified. When it arrived, the *mild* food was spicy as hell. Instead of a Coca Cola I got a Cola zero. My dessert was completely forgotten and no one is available anymore. Thank you for that.

Please get the vibes of people serving right. The man on counter does not have the soft skills to deal with the customer or does not love his job. Was so impolite and unfriendly!

The food is delicious, the staff is unfriendly, and the prices are above average. Their biryani is delicious and worth a try, as is their moten karahi with white rice.

Had chicken tikka masala. Large portions, but unfortunately the sauce was bland and the chicken was very dry. Home delivery is not recommended, with others it works much better.

Four of us had dinner there this evening. You can bring alcohol with you free of charge and it will even be served, which is a great thing. My meal (butter chicken) was H A M M E R and the nice waiter provided good service. We had a wonderful and very nice evening there with great food. I will definitely go there again. Many many thanks!

Food was ordered, unfortunately we had to wait 2 hours. When we asked by phone we were told that the food was on the way, but we still had to wait another 40 minutes. A pity.

The food was pretty good- nothing stood out but nothing to complain either. The service was nice and is a good desi food spot if you want desi food in Lucerne.

The food is positive. It was brought to us quickly and was delicious. Unfortunately, rice was brought to us first, which we hadn't ordered. It took another while until the right supplement arrived. There is a star deduction because of the ambience and the toilet. It's pretty tight in the restaurant. In addition, the men's toilet could have used an interim cleaning. That spoils the overall impression of the restaurant. Maybe take-away would have been better. The prices are not exorbitant, but they are not cheap either.

We made an appointment via email and had to wait 1/2 hour until a table was available. We had to sit in the middle of the room with 4 people and it was very tight. If anyone has eaten Indian food several times, they know that the portions are very small and expensive. We had to wait a long time when ordering coffee because the waiters preferred to deal with the new guests. Conclusion: Unfortunately it is not recommended and the people are unfortunately not qualified for the catering industry

Good Desi Pak restaurant in Lucerne city. Good location. Reasonable price, good service. Mix grill, Chicken sheekh kabab, Naan, Everything was good, really enjoyed Dood patti chai after long time. They were busy but staff was friendly, Must try.

Not good at all. High price and awful food. Place is dirty also. But most importantly the food isn’t good.

I ordered the samosa. It was so fresh, perfectly seasoned and melted in your mouth. Staff are super friendly. my favorite restaurant. I recommend it best!! Super family friendly and also very, very fast

The food is very spicy, no matter how much you order food without hot spices, the food is average, the service is slow, and the place is narrow and dark. I do not recommend it.

Very good indian restaurant in the old city of lucerne. The food tasted very authentic, no tuned down spices like in some other indian restaurants in the region. Staff was very friendly and service was good. At lunch there is a all-you-can-eat buffet. They don‘t serve any alcohol, but you are encouraged to bring your own if you would like to drink.

Avoid! Requested certain items while ordering - then when food came without those items, another server denied we had ordered them in the first place - abysmal customer service! Food below average!

First time here and will definitely be back. The food was excellent. The garlic naan bread was perfect. Portions were larger than normal and the server suggested sharing which was a great idea.

We had dinner for my son at this restaurant in March of 2023 and we had terrible experience. We ordered chicken Makhani and my son didn’t like it at all. I do not recommend this expensive and low quality food. Essentially rip off.

Butter chicken no halba taste just tomato. They forgot our vegetable biryani but didn't wanna remind them. Got chicken Tikka which was more like chicken capsicum.taste ok. Not for me tho. Pricey also

This restaurant is situated at nice location however has very congested and limited seating inside. However they have outside seating as well. Moreover hospitality is very poor. We ordered malai kofta which was not at all malai kofta, no nuts and gravy was of normal onions and tomatoes. When i said that to a staff member he replied malai kofta is different everywhere. But as the name suggests, there should be at least some malai or cream in it.

Very rude!!!! Waited almost 2 hours for the food, then most of it was missing or delivered incorrectly!!!! Telephone number available but apparently no one there who is able to use it! I can't even send something back or order something new!! This store is catastrophic!!!! I'll never order there again...

Good lunch buffet at a very fair price

Terrible : ordered delivery. Made me wait 1.5 hours then kept calling to come and collect the food from the next street. My foot is injured and he kept yelling at me. Finally arrived wearing sunglasses and a purple suit and said my address is too difficult to find. Actually they have delivered here so many times. Said no food for you and drive away. Really mental behavior. Secondly this is not an Indian restaurant it’s Pakistani. So don’t expect Indian food. The owners and cooks are Pakistani. I don’t know why they don’t honestly say that. They should be proud.

Great, really great food and buffet! Very authentic, tasty and great atmosphere! It was my first time here and I was thrilled. There are many Indian restaurants in Switzerland, but this is my favorite so far!

The food is below average, dal makhni is not the actual dal makhni, the alloo sabzi was uncooked and the place is hell expensive. Would recommend you guys to try Indian food in other restaurants which offer better service for the same price. Also they don’t accept euro.

They have a meal service next to this restaurant. The quantity is reasonable and prices too. The guy at the restaurant was kind enough not charge extra for extra rice we had asked. It was a good experience

My best lamb curry so far. Very tender meat, the curry sauce was rather mild (but wonderfully seasoned!). The staff very friendly and uncomplicated. Highly recommended.

Amazing authentic Punjabi food and beautiful tandoori roti. Really tasty and not overly oily at all. Restaurant has a great vibe and pretty artworks adorn the walls. Service is attentive and fast. Price was also reasonable! A huge thanks to Asad for making us feel at home. I’ll be back for sure!

The food was delicious, but the atmosphere was unpleasant. I understand that it's warm, but the waiters were rude, hectic and very loud. We were sitting inside the restaurant and the table next to us was packed with packaging material that had been used over and over again. So it was very uncomfortable for a restaurant.

I would say it is ok. Not all the dishes were that good. If you order naan please eat them while they are hot otherwise it is just like eating plastic.

The food was not that good, this should be last option for everyone. Also prices are little bit on the higher side as compared to other restaurants. They don’t serve alcohol, and you have to buy water if you need. Like other restaurants they don’t give you tap water. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We have ordered vindaloo chicken there....it was amazing. One of the best Vindaloo I've ever eaten. Full of meat...spicy, full of flavour. Now it is my fav food place in Luzerne!

A bad and unclean restaurant. The food is too much pepper and the biryani tastes bad, as well as the butter chicken parlor. The service is bad. The place is inappropriate, cramped and deceives. We were charged an increase in the items I ordered. I do not recommend visiting it.

5 stars for food , went there twice in a row , loved the food each time , simply amazing , quantity is quite good , ended up over ordering the first time , 3 stars because prices are steep and the waiters are rude , I guess this is a common experience from most guests , the service is pathetic , they need to give some hospitality lessons to the staff , looks like they have been picked off the street to put customers off …

We ordered malai kofta but they were made out of potatoes only. Gravy was very sour. We also ordered another paneer dish. Both gravy were same.

I had a very bad experience, the waiter was very arrogant and he dint even serve properly, it was a disappointment going there ! When i asked him the food is over cooked , he replied I’m not the chef and he walked away , the worst service ever !

The place looked decent so we both opted for Buffet lunch which was available n it included roti. The table was already laid with variety of curries, rice, salad n pickles. The food looked ok . But when self served we realised that it was not even warm , very oily n looked as if reheated n placed it . We had only one plate to fill with vegetables , meat , fish curry , salad , dal n rice . No side plates or bowls to take curry. When I requested the waiter for a bowl he refused n rudely said that you will have eat everything from one plate . It looked like as if he was not bothered to serve the customer . He got just one roti between 2 of us n kept it on the table n vanished . We waited for him to get another roti since we had taken buffet for 2 of us . He came back after some time to take the bill by that time we had finished our lunch . The food was mediochre in taste . Very rude waiter n the owner was not around to complain .
