Supposedly free water was charged even though it was expressly ordered that way. By the time the drinks came, we had already finished eating. Next time I'll go to the Migros next door and buy a coffee.

"Only" two hours for Sunday brunch... After that you have to leave... I think that's a real shame... The selection would be so big and varied, there just isn't enough time.

Very fine and beautifully presented milk coffee, served with a small sweet. Rich salad buffet. Very nice, new toilets. Good location with lots of parking and shopping options.

Friendly service. Nice baked goods. There is still room for improvement in the lunch menu. Salads at the buffet were ok, although not particularly original.

The brunch buffet was good, with a lot to choose from. Unfortunately the hash browns, bacon, scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. Otherwise very tasty. Unfortunately, we had to wait a little longer at first because the group in front of us was still sitting there and they had to be asked to give us the table first.

I would prefer to give zero! So unfriendly, unfortunately several times. And word gets around... these reviews are strange... maybe faked?! They probably don't need it. Be a nice guy, there are customers who are hurt by your behavior!

The products are ok to good. But when it comes to the service (counter & restaurant) you always have to hope for a good mood. This is tedious :-/ I find the behavior to be borderline and sometimes very cheeky. My mom was also yelled at again recently. In the future we will go where it will be appreciated. A real shame..

So you shouldn't drink a frappe there. It's more like milk with aroma. Had to ask for another scoop of ice cream. Especially at the price

They have a very nice and inexpensive display of bread, sandwiches, cakes, tarts and sweets at the Habermacher store in Littau. The coffee is very fine and we were served in a very friendly manner. There is plenty of parking space in front of the shop so what more could you want. We like it and we'll be back.

So this Beck has really bad quality. I live in Littau and have been there a few times. Unfortunately I have to say that I have never had fresh cakes or pastries. It was always a few days old and always tasted like the fridge. I can't understand how you can spend your money there and how the other reviews came about (some customers probably no longer have a sense of taste). Conclusion: Better not to eat anything than to get something there.

Breakfast brunch is rich and varied. Very good quality of food. The only drawback was that it didn't seem that well organized. You want to be welcomed and shown to the table. Possibly with a short explanation of what is included etc. Unfortunately, none of this took place, after 5 minutes someone simply found the time to take the drinks. Better after that, but spoils the experience. There were a lot of guests, but I think there would also have been appropriate staff, perhaps with a leading person... But otherwise I'd be happy to go again, as written, everything was very good.

There would be 5 stars for the to go salad.. But the strawberry tarts were... Soft and limp and covered with a thick layer of gelatin. Certainly not the way strawberry tarts are supposed to be and what I remember from “Habi”.

The products are very good, especially since the name change to Habermacher. But closing your nose at a customer 2 minutes before the official closing time and making it clear through eye contact that you are no longer welcome. This is really unacceptable, especially not in this day and age. Update April 19, 2021: I'm putting my rating into perspective a bit due to the really good bakery products. But locking out before closing time was still unacceptable.

The food is delicious, the price is mid-range, the staff is friendly, there are multiple eating spaces, and the place is spacious. There is a restroom after the entrance hall, and then go straight to the right and turn to the end and there is another restroom, which is convenient.

Unfortunately, the lunch service wasn't exactly quick or attentive, so it's not recommended if you're in a hurry. It took several attempts to order a coffee after dinner and it also took patience to pay.
