Great location. The biggest criticism is the service. Been there a few times. Orders at the table are only taken late and after repeated requests. Preparation feels like it takes forever. Payment too. Food and dishes are ok but not special. For a small ice cream “to go”, okay.

A place to eat something quick and enjoy cocktails

Location top; The rest is a flop. Prices are way too overpriced, the food leaves a lot to be desired and the presentation is careless. 1 bratwurst with bread costs a whopping 11 francs. There is no ketchup etc. without asking, bratwurst is carelessly on the plate, bread is poor (half a slice of bread and half a cut). Penne also too expensive for a small quantity and a bland dish. Mineral water was often delivered incorrectly (ordered with carbonation; received without and later unconverted) Public toilet facilities only. It's a shame such a poor performance for such a top location.

The Hafen Treff itself is great and the staff is always nice and friendly. But a few meters further on the beach you start to wonder what some people mean by relaxation. You come to the stand with an electric chainsaw to cut up flotsam and jetsam that others have laboriously collected together to create small, cozy corners. There are official barbecue areas and enough wood, WHY do you bother other guests and disrupt their relaxation. I've been there for 3 years, but this year has been the worst for the people there so far.
