A micro-brewery born in Lausanne which makes the effort to produce with the most local products possible and when possible even ORGANIC! Well done! I have tasted almost all of Romain's beers, only with passion and a good dose of fantasy brewed for all tastes. They all have taste, taste, taste and you will not be disappointed!
