Restaurant with a wonderful view over the Bernese Oberland

Everything was presented brilliantly, with extra little touches to make it special. Of course the view over Lake Thun was amazing anyway. Communication in English was perfect. Honestly we couldn't have been happier with the whole meal and environment. Make a reservation and go there!

The food was ok. Nothing special, but the staff was very friendly and the views are breathtaking, really nice location. Expensive for the quality, but it's Switzerland.

Very bad service!!! First I was served carbonated water instead of still water. Then our bread was forgotten with the soup and salad, then I was served pork instead of beef. I then had to wait half an hour for my beef, during which my partner had of course long since eaten his meal. When my beef was served, I had to ask for a fork and knife as they were cleared away with the pork... This restaurant is an absolute disgrace, we will not recommend it and will never come back.

The best hotel you can stay in in the Interlaken Mountains, and the view from the balcony of the mountains and the lake is very beautiful. The only problem is that the ride and drop off to the hotel takes about 15 minutes

Beautiful view from the balcony and quality food served with attention to detail. The only downside was the bill which was incorrect (all positions were correct but the total didn't add up, somehow their system added 11.50 CHF to the bill which wasn't visible anywhere). To be fair, the personnel and owner scrambled immediately to find the error and apologized several times. I'd recommend that you check your bill closely as this event left us wondering how many customers had been billed more than they should have been after what was generally a lovely lunch.

After a wonderful day trip we had a delicious meal on the terrace ;-)
