Hôtel International & Terminus Genève in Genève

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. A regular customer for two years, I made a one-night reservation for March 18, 2024 for my work. My schedule having changed at the last minute I called them to modify or cancel this reservation. I was told that this was not possible... When other hotels frequently do it... Which means they lose a customer due to a lack of commercial gesture and understanding.

It is an unsafe hotel. Update on our case. After the robbery of which we were victims on December 24, 2023, inside the room of this hotel, specifically with the opening of the safe that was in the closet, we have not yet received any response regarding the questionable security of the hotel. We filed a police report in Geneva and the hotel continually responds to us that they are waiting for the results of that investigation. That means that if there is never a result the hotel will never respond or if it takes 5 years we must wait 5 years, if they do not find the culprit then we are robbed. We cannot understand if there is an effective and reliable security system for guests in this hotel, how is it that we still cannot know how, at what time, with what key, who accessed our room and how they opened our safe? security without having the "pin" that we gave it. That makes me think that it is not a safe hotel, otherwise knowing that information they would already know how the robbery occurred. The hotel has not assumed any responsibility for its security for the theft, and transfers its responsibility to the Geneva police: "until they conclude." If there is any important news I will let you know, at the moment it is important to know what is happening in the accommodations to make good decisions when choosing where to stay.
