Nice place. Class instead of mass among the guests. You will be provided with Valais specialties and fine soups. The cakes are also delicious. The somewhat strenuous climb is definitely worth it. Off to Hungerberg.

Nice hut, opening times vary, ask beforehand. Accessible via the Hungerberg Trail. Distance from the parking lot 2km, approx. 1 hour. Trail easy to walk (snowshoes) well signposted.

Wonderful place for a ski tour from Oberwald. It's also a nice, jagged little tour on foot, whether winter or summer. There is very tasty food upstairs, Soups are always very tasty. Very nice view with impressive sunsets, whether winter or summer.
