Inselhof in Basel

We were there with 10 people. The food and service were good. Despite the size of the group, everyone was able to eat together. I can only recommend it.👍

The Inselhof is a great restaurant. We had our Christmas dinner there from the shop and everyone was thrilled. Very meat-heavy but super good and huge portions at moderate prices. We recommend. In Kleinhuningen, Basel

We spontaneously went to eat at the Inselhof. The service was very nice. Given the size of the store, at least two people would have to work in service on a Saturday evening, one person is a bit sparse. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the number of kitchen crew, but there was probably no more. The food was really delicious and we will definitely come back more often. The salad was very fresh and the dressing was also very well chosen, even if we weren't asked for it. It was one of our best cordon bleues. Instead of mayonnaise we got a tartar sauce, which was also very good, but no mayonnaise. This was our first restaurant in this area, we almost doubt that there will be an increase. We are excited to see whether our second visit will be just as good ;)

A must-see traditional restaurant in Basel! What a favorite :) Much cheaper and much better than similar restaurants found in the center (which are overpriced for mediocre cuisine) I highly recommend the schnitzel!

very, very good restaurant... the owners and team have conjured up something very great here... Price performance is right, service staff - where the boss mostly takes on this part - very, very friendly... and from the food, freshly (really very freshly) prepared by a very, very good chef, there is only one thing you can say: ladies and gentlemen, anyone who doesn't know the "Inselhof" yet has slept through most of the time... That's why. .. a trip to this restaurant is definitely worth it, even if it is in Kleinhüningen... Bon appetit

Small restaurant just outside with beautiful interiors and a small garden. The menu is very, very meat-heavy and hardly offers any vegetarian options. The portions are sufficient to huge, but commensurate with the price.

Delicious food, freshly prepared at reasonable prices, very meat-heavy (cordon bleu, burgers, spare ribs, etc.). The garlic soup is amazing as is the bread which is homemade. nice service.

Doesn't look much from the outside but the food is good. It's more of a bistro style than a real restaurant but it's very good like that. Very reasonable price for the area, particularly for Switzerland.
