Isbilor used to be a good place for kebabs. But unfortunately that's no longer the case. Expensive and poor quality, Dürüm has also become small.

Ordered kebab pizza via Uber and received it here. You can give your own opinion as to whether the kebab meat is on the pizza. No insight from the employee when I walked past with the photo. Luckily, Uber refunded me the money.

I don't understand when the boss is there, it always goes great, ordering is complete, nice atmosphere, but when only the employees are there, the food doesn't taste right. Pre-ordering is started when you're there, a customer in front of me is simply missing the entire order The mushrooms weren't even done 😕 So if the boss is there, you can forget about it when he's gone

Came to Basel for a vacation. We reached around 4PM and all hotels were closed for a lunch and hence went to İsbilir for a take away. And to my surprise it turned out to be the best Kebab I have had. The kebabs, pizaa, french fries all tasted good and unique. They do make fresh bread which also adds to the taste.

One of the best falafel in Dürüm far and wide, plus a large portion. The homemade Yufka is unrivaled, and there are also delicious and unusual sauces.

The sauce in the Dürüm is brilliant... I'd love it again and again...

The young guy serving us and making the food was lovely. Very friendly and answered the questions we had. Good selection of vegetarian food. The pizza was made fresh and the chips/ fries are amazing - however the portion of chips is very small for the price. Clean environment and good amount of seating towards the back of the shop, however was very hot and not much air flowing through.

Decent place to try out some Turkish food and it has halal certificate for Muslims. The only thing which i didn't like is that they sell alcohol despite being Muslims. May Allah protect them, Aameen

Last shop. We ordered kebab plates. When the delivery arrived there was no trace of kebab meat. Vegetables fried in oil with a bit of cooked meat in small pieces were delivered. Not only did it have nothing to do with kebab, it also tasted bad. We also ordered lamb. Unfortunately there is no lamb taste. So I doubt it was the food. When we called to complain, the owner said that this was his kebab plate. I even went to confront him about it but no insight. For me the last shop in Basel, both in terms of cuisine and service

I feel totally ripped off. 😞 Ordered 4 kebab plates via Uber Eats. 1x lamb, 3 x chicken. 1 x rice, 3 x fries. First of all, we received 3 x rice and only 1 x fries. But much worse: These were vegetable plates! Hardly any trace of meat and what could have been meat was NOT a kebab. Of course we complained about the food - no insight from the snack bar. That's why we went there specifically (there was actually a kebab skewer hanging there, but we obviously didn't get any of it 😅😒), but the seller again showed zero insight and didn't want to pay for a replacement/correction or a refund. Bottom drawer. But look at the pictures for yourself. It actually only took one title to justify my poor rating.

I came here on a business trip and tried the kebab, but the portion was so large that even an adult man could be full. It's delicious. If you get slightly bitten, you can recover right away with beer and cola!

Tasty food, fresh bread and fantastic service. The owner is very friendly & courteous. We ate here several times over the past week when visiting Basel, the Donner kebab, lamb over salad and the Chicken kebab with fresh pocket flatbread are excellent. They have a yogurt & cocktail sauce that is good. The house sauce is a little spicier and is recommended.

I love kebabs and this Isbilir snack bar has won me as a regular customer! Crispy dark bread, juicy, high-quality meat with the slightly spicy Isbilir sauce is simply great cinema. He definitely plays in a different league compared to the competition.

Clean overall impression and very friendly service. The kebab is really good: fresh bread, crispy on the outside, lots of good meat, special sauce (slightly spicy) and very good yogurt sauce. For 9 CHF (or 11 CHF with extra meat) you will be full at a very good price-performance ratio.
