The prices in Zurich are cheap, the portions are large and delicious😋 The boss is very enthusiastic. If I stayed here for a long time, I would come here every day!

This restaurant came like a ray of light to me after suffering from motion sickness due to pretzels. I think it would be a good place to go when you crave Korean food!! I had black pepper chicken stir-fry + rice, and I asked for it to be spicy, and it was really spicy haha. It didn't make me feel sick, and it was very delicious. We ordered a box and shared it between two people, and the portion size was crazy!! If you definitely stop by, I highly recommend trying it!! It was awesome meal and service was great👍 highly recommend to grab a bite👍👍👍

Truly a hidden gem in Zurich. Not only is the food affordable (which is a true rarity in Zurich) but the owners are so friendly and generous! They gave us numerous tips for our trip and free drinks as well. I can't recommend them enough!

Actually a good take away store, but the couple who own it are very inflexible and unfriendly and unfortunately they don't understand how long-standing guests are treated!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

A lot of food for little money!

Always very fine food and inexpensive, you can also request extra-large portions for an additional charge of 2CHF. Personally, I love it extra spicy and that's more than just spicy (Asian style) perfect for anyone who wants to make a bet. Food always comes out of the kitchen quickly.

The price is a bit higher side but in Zurich you cannot complain. The food quality is very good and the owner carries a huge smile which is a plus. Do visit for good Chinese!

Our whole family of 4 from Singapore have gone to Jack's Place for our dinner in June, 2019 and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and fantastic welcoming treatment from both husband and wife who are the owners of the restaurant. If you eat directly in the restaurant you smell very strongly of the kitchen. All in all, probably the cheapest Chinese takeaway. Where is there a lunch menu for 9 to 12 CHF?

Because I've walked past it so many times without trying it. For me the best take away for Asian food in the Langstrasse area. Very often there for lunch. Affordable daily menu selection and the a la carte prices are more than just generous. For me, portions are huge, fresh and quick to make and taste great! My tip is the fried curry noodles. My office colleagues usually swear by sweet and sour chicken.

Very flavorful dishes! There are lots of dishes made to order around 15~18francs and some pre-made lunch specials at a lower price. I love that they have chili hot oil, which many other Chinese places in Zurich don't offer. The staff is super friendly too!

Good prices for Zurich, much of it is Halal. Unfortunately he still has a little alcohol in his range. Nevertheless, one of the best take aways in Switzerland!

I've been a regular customer for 3 years. The best Chinese restaurant I know in Zurich. Unfortunately not open in the evening. However, it is more of a lunch snack.

Delicious, great value for money and super fast

A small and unassuming place, that will surprise you with its kitchen! Jack's Place is (unfortunately) only open for lunchtime on weekdays. There's a few prepared daily menus, but also a large menu of "à la carte" dishes which are prepared to order, and usually ready within a few minutes. And I have to say that so many dishes I've had here, I've never found better anywhere else, not even in the most fancy and expensive restaurants. The Szechuan style duck has long become my favourite, and is simply perfect – be sure to try it! The meat is fried just right, the vegetables are always very fresh and juicy, and the chef has a great talent with the seasoning. And that goes for all the dishes they offer! If you're there during peak hour around noon, you might have trouble finding a free table. There's room for around a dozen people, about twice as many during the warmer season with additional tables out front. Getting the food to go is always an option, and nearby Klingenpark with its fountain a very nice place to have it, although it's often very crowded, too. Otherwise, try to be there a bit earlier or later and you should be fine. This is one of those small places that people risk just passing by without noticing it. But once you have found it, you'll want to come back again and again, simply because the food is so satisfying. That servings are pretty generous for the price also helps! Jack's Place has been our go-to Chinese take-out while studying, and to this day almost ten years later, I try to have lunch there at least once every couple of weeks.

Smalltalk, Clean, Not expensive, 5 menus every day. I prefer the wednesdays Curry. Take small size. Or the duck.

I like that place, it's relatively cheap for Zürich, they make the dishes in front of you and it's good :-)
