I was really impressed by the quality of the sandwiches offered. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my sandwich was prepared quickly. Additionally, the ambiance in the sandwich shop was very pleasant and cozy, making it a great place to relax. I highly recommend this establishment to all those looking for top quality sandwiches and by far the best in Lausanne.

Too ordinary chicken sandwich and not even homemade fries, we can make it at home very cheaply. Too expensive for what it's worth, I won't come back. And he doesn't even deliver you to the table and there's a waiter who doesn't work and isn't professional.

I love this address, the place is hidden by scaffolding so you have to be careful when you pass by, the decor is soft and efficient, lots of choice, the prices are correct, the manager is very friendly and took our order, the service is fast, the quality of the food is completely decent, The sauce is very good, I don't see any flaws in it, I highly recommend this spot

Unless you like to eat a hot chicken sandwich at 10 a.m. I don't recommend it. Google hours show closing at 9 p.m. Arriving at 7:30 p.m. in front, a sign indicates closing at 7 p.m. Either. The next day I arrive at 6:30 p.m., the establishment is closed and the salesman inside clearly tells me that they are not going to open for me. Too bad the place is closed during meal times.

The best hot sandwich in Lausanne, until tonight! Apart from the fact that I ordered at home and that it was delivered cold in an unsealed bag, the fries in the air, to my greatest disappointment they replaced the cocktail sauce with a pepper cocktail sauce with pieces of tomatoes which gives a bitter taste and ruins all the flavor of the sandwich, I couldn't finish... I think Jacky’s is over for me 😞

We ordered for two adults and two children last night via the 2yourdoor home delivery platform. Disastrous experience!!! 2yourdoor had nothing to do with it but it took a long time to be delivered because the restaurant did not have the ingredients offered in the sandwiches... We actually took two chicken sandwiches, a merguez, and a royal beef (I didn't remember the exact name). The Royal was not available, so I asked the courier to get a beef steak. However, we were not expecting a beef mince steak!!. Our sandwiches had no toppings. No salad, no tomatoes and onions. The buns are huge and ultimately only topped with sauce and meat. This is one of the worst dining experiences I've had to date, honestly. A total disappointment. I find it even more unfortunate that it could potentially be confused with the excellent sandwiches of the “Real” Jacky. Recycle yourself in fruit juices, it will be better.

Excellent fast food with really abundant quantities for cheap. Both the clientele and the staff are quite kaïra and you should expect a service that is sometimes direct, especially in times of stress, but always friendly. Elegant black decor quite surprising for a fast food restaurant, but very good. The "small" sandwich is huge and the big one must be for the Hulk. The fries are good, plentiful and inexpensive. A good address to recommend.

This place is a testament to how a good product trumps customer service. I've rarely come across an establishment that cares a little about customer service as this place. However. They make a grilled chicken sandwich that is simply incredible. Portuguese bread stuffed with flame grilled chicken, lathered in special sauce and topped with melted cheese. And the whole thing is toasted. Make no mistake. The sandwich is God's work. You must have it. But just don't go there at 12pm. The long wait combined with the staff's legendary indifference is like being in the 7th ring of hell. Go at 1pm onwards.

grilled chicken, bifanas, lamb burger,... killer sauce :P Portuguese breads, better than McDonald's, advice avoid 12 p.m. it's full, move on to 1 p.m. I recommand it.
