It doesn't actually deserve any stars. I was there yesterday with my niece and just wanted to party... What's wrong with the DJ??? I wanted to go to the desk myself and hang up. As soon as I started a song, he mixed it so badly that during the transition you just had to stand there stupidly and look into the crowd and wait for it to start.... I had a real headache because we had to leave after an hour Had to leave the store... He just has no idea how to hang up!!! Entry for 30fr!!! Never again!!!

There was a fight in front of the club, nobody did anything!!!! Police have filed a complaint against unknown people!!! Nothing happens not recommended!!!

I go to Jade regularly and know the dark bouncer. He is the sweetest and most caring employee. Anyone who claims otherwise should ask themselves what drives the person they love to react this way. What you sow you also reap ❤️

September 9, 2023 Me F/23 and my sister 21. It was supposed to be a reggaeton and r'n'b event as it was in the program, instead the DJ played Balkan songs, German rap and other songs that NOBODY knew or liked. People talked among themselves instead of dancing. The transitions of the songs were the last thing! Not even 15 seconds per song. The DJ from the snapback evening was really, really bad. We are so disappointed and our opinion was also supported by others who left the club. Take note of this criticism and please fire this DJ. Thanks

90% men, weird and rude people. Aggressive bouncers couldn’t wait to hit people without a reason, like 4 of them agains a drunk guy, they even pushed random people while running towards the exit. Not the best club for 25CHF.

We were at the club on July 30th and dropped off things at the cloakroom and forgot our things there and wrote them an email that we had forgotten and also wrote to the fund exchange and they have nothing and lost our things and we are disappointed in the club

Unfriendly bartender horrible. He didn't understand us straight away because of the volume of the music. When I asked what shots they had, he walked away and said he didn't have time for that and served others. This man needs to be fired because he has no idea about this job. You are pushed by the security because you have to walk past and touch a staircase from the VIP. The bouncers also give fists to drunk guests. Absolutely worst club I've ever been to. Never again !

I had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting Club Jade in Zurich and it was a really disappointing experience. From the start I was disappointed with the atmosphere of the club. First of all, the entry price was disproportionately high for what the club had to offer. The music was loud and unpleasant, and the choice of DJs really left a lot to be desired. It seemed like they just shuffled their playlists and had no consideration for guests' tastes or moods. The staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful either. The bartenders were slow and inattentive, and it took forever to order a drink. The prices at the bar were also absolutely excessive and not justified. In addition, the dance floor was far too small for the number of visitors. There was hardly any room to dance and it felt like you were in an overfilled sardine can. There was no proper layout or seating, so there was nowhere to relax or rest. In addition, the hygiene in Club Jade was poor. The toilets were dirty and smelled of urine. It seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in hours. This is unacceptable for a club of this size and caliber. All in all, I really can't recommend Club Jade in Zurich. There are many other great clubs in the city that offer a far better experience. Save your money and look for a better location to have a great evening

The worst club you can find in Zurich, absolutely a disgrace. I asked security if there was another table to rent and they just slammed it as if it was the UFC. Simply embarrassing and absolutely not recommended

It was my first time there, I came from Lucerne to Zurich specifically for the club. I have to say it was really tight, I couldn't dance in peace without someone pushing me BUT the bouncers are just really nice and helpful. I'm always happy to come back

Bouncers and staff are very arrogant, as if they were something better (irony off). The audience is all just kiddies who are more busy with their cell phones and Snapchat than dancing - so the mood is rather bad. Only the music was good, but all in all not worth more than 1 star. It's a shame, a few years ago (at the old location) Jade was the place to be.

I wouldn't recommend: Free entry for women didn't work. "We would have done it too quickly because the whole thing would take about 2 weeks to be confirmed..." The guys were also rather unpleasant

Employees have no character, they let people in who they want and take away other people's rights. In a country like Switzerland such situations are humiliating, I will never go to that dirty place again.

The staff was unfriendly and rude, they would kick you out if they don't like your face. Be careful before you spend 30CHF, I would never be returning there again and would advise caution as the security would just kick you out without hearing your side.

Yesterday I was at your club for the first time. It was a very nice club. We were standing with my cousin then a worker with long blonde hair came from behind the bar and very rudely pushed me to the side, it wasn't even half a push, I was beaten away, very disrespectful, you don't do that! You can communicate with each other but I don't have any eyes on my back. Until one day she does it to a person who reacts differently than me!

I like the club but some securities just wow, I can't believe how politically cheeky they are. I was sent out by one because I'm Croatian and he's Serbian. I don't think it's cool, you might have to work on them. I will continue to come to you no stress but yeah.

So after all the reviews about the security staff and the employees, the owners should really take a closer look at this, so many bad things from various guests should give you a red alert. Even as a woman, someone loses the desire to set foot in this club. Either the owners don't care or they simply have no idea how to properly manage a staff. As the owner, I would keep a close eye on it.

Rude guards, extremely crowded club

My son visits this club almost every Friday and today at 5:04 a.m. he texted me that a down jacket was stolen from the cloakroom, it had a passport and a house key in it. It is very unclear how another person could take his jacket with the same numbers and he stays in the same T-shirt and it turns out that this is not the first time, this already happened in this club with my son for the second time A few months ago a leather shirt was stolen from the wardrobe. But this time we won't leave it like that, it happens in a club where there is no security, yes, the police are informed and a report was written and I really wanted to inform people even more and write it in the newspaper (it wasn't just with my son). Now we have to create new documents and change the lock and all the keys and my son was left without a winter jacket. We are very angry ❗️I look at this whole situation, I don't want and won't accept it ❗️

Many 1-star reviews were given because they were not allowed into the Jade for legitimate reasons. The staff in the club is very friendly and so is the security (as long as you behave respectfully, of course). Well furnished with a nice outdoor area. Hosts also extremely accommodating and friendly.

Good day I've enjoyed going to Jade for years and usually have a great evening. Unfortunately, I noticed that the quality of the security staff has decreased enormously. The behavior is more like a prison guard than security. As a guest you are hardly allowed to speak to you and if you do, your answer will be in a condescending tone Especially the security guy who stood at the entrance and exit from the smoking area on October 7th, 2022. I would check again whether it is really suitable for doing this job. I have never experienced anything so cheeky and arrogant!! How can you insult guests provocatively just because you look at them in a friendly way? It is not the guest's responsibility if security appears to have private issues. The worst thing is, you risk being kicked out if you do this, very very sad!! It's a shame, Zurich doesn't deserve something like that.

The worst club I've ever been to! Employees insulting guests and being extremely racist is common practice here. Overpriced and bad, arrogant staff. An employee harassed my girlfriend badly because he wanted to “examine” her. After this Assaulted, I walked out of the club. I advise every person not to go into this hole. A true disaster! I was on the guest list with the confirmation on my cell phone, but the bouncers said I wasn't on it, even with the confirmation. I had to pay an entrance fee of CHF 25.-. You were arrogant and said you weren't an IT specialist. When I replied you should call the IT specialists or the management. They were arrogant and didn't respond to customers. I'll never have that experience again and I would never recommend this club! Zurich deserves a better club! Disappointed!!!!!

In my opinion one of the best clubs in Zurich for people aged 20-35. Every weekend there's a great atmosphere and there's always a lot going on. It's worth arriving early as this club is very popular. Great interior lighting and very good music. No smoking rooms, which is good because everyone can get a quick breath of fresh air and the non-smokers don't stink of smoke the next morning. This club is recommended. 👍🏽 It's best to go there yourself, see for yourself and let yourself be convinced🎉

Music and location great! Unfortunately, the staff and guests were arrogant/unfriendly, so the atmosphere wasn't that good. Also very high density of pushy men. When we left the club briefly, we weren't allowed back in.

By far the best club in Zurich!

Very good club, there is a bit of security but the atmosphere is still sick. I found it a shame that a lounge had space for a maximum of 3 people, but is sold as a lounge for 5 people. Luckily we almost never confessed anyway, so from that point of view it was still OK.

Too many people were let in. There's no room to dance and the men are always fucking with you. If you resist, you will be thrown out. It's a shame, but that's how it works today. So I wouldn't recommend the club.

Great club! The music is to my taste and the location is in a top location. The club is always very busy, so it is advisable to reserve a lounge in advance or come early enough.

For me personally, Jade is the number 1 club in the city of Zurich. The structure of the club, the music system, the light show including conffeti with Co2 and the service are on an international club level. The DJs play a variety of hip-hop, reggaeton and house. There is something for every music lover! Admission can be a bit difficult under certain circumstances. The selection is strict, but the quality of the guests is very good. 5 stars!

I'm a regular at Jade and always enjoy coming here, the entire Jade staff does a great job, the table service is very quick and courteous. The club has a great atmosphere and I really like the design. You'll always be served quickly at the bar and can go back to the dance floor where it's really hot.

With a guest list you get in for free, but only until 11:45 a.m. Normally it's not really a problem, but you wait in line for almost 2 hours to get to the guest list and the club doesn't open until 11 a.m. After this information, I wanted to go out again and immediately tell my colleagues not to scan anything and get out, but security simply kicked me out without being able to say a word. I couldn't take the drinks that my colleague had to give with me because, as I said, the security people were rude and didn't even allow me to say anything for a second. Better go to the Plaza...

This club is really the last one. I went in once and it wasn't really great. The second time they didn't even let me in and that was at 11.15!??! So I can only advise against this club!! And that's only when they have a new bouncer who is constantly in a bad mood. I come from the canton of Zurich and have friends who know people who work at Jade. Apparently they make fake accounts to give good reviews. So I can only repeat myself and say: go somewhere else!!

I've had the opportunity to celebrate in several clubs in Switzerland, but I've never had such a good party as in Jade. We had great service, which was very polite, well organized and accommodating.
