Unfriendly service, which is normal for uneducated, arrogant people who abuse a leadership position.

They force you to take National Geographic articles at full price, instead of with integrated points, with the excuse of not knowing the "discount code"... A scam! After complaining I was also physically threatened by some individuals who arrived from who knows where...!!!

Was in the kiosk today, the saleswoman didn't even say good morning, she also had headphones on... very disrespectful and unfriendly. Unfortunately not the first time.

A completely normal kiosk, what should be highlighted is the large range that they carry. The service was friendly and correct. There is also a toilet and a self-photo booth. You can also get coffee and croissants or pieces of cake here.

There is a K-Kiosk at Bucheggplatz. I was there a few days ago and wanted something special. When I asked the seller, he barely gave me an answer. He was very unfriendly and dismissive. If possible, I go to private kiosks. The sellers there are usually very friendly and happy when you buy something from them. K-Kiosk is a chain of countless kiosks throughout Switzerland. It seems as if they don't have any need to serve customers in a friendly and correct manner. A pity!!!! What also strikes me is that there are often foreigners who are only here in Switzerland to make money. Everything else doesn't matter to them. A pity!!!!

I go and buy something almost every morning. Sometimes it is closed even though it should be open. The staff there is very unfriendly. If you pay with a 100 note then they usually say you don't have any change. Unfortunately, this has happened several times. It's a shame but that was the last time.

The K Kiosk Bucheggplatz is wonderful! Charming and friendly staff who are always ready for a joke and offer quick service. It is shocking to read that the employees there are being judged because of their knowledge of German and are being subjected to racist reviews.
