I eat here a lot. It’s fast, fresh and relatively healthy. Came here after the gym at 19:35 and the lady said there was only 2 dishes available. I always get the cashew chicken and she said she couldn’t make it and that there was no rice. What’s the point of being open at this time then?

Delicious, fresh food for a great price

Inexpensive, fresh and large portions – simply brilliant! My favorite take-away in Zurich and the service - very friendly - I can only recommend it!

Tasted good but I got diarrhoea.

Today I bought a small portion of red beef curry (take away) and apart from the trip, sweet potatoes, broccoli and bamboo shoots I actually found three pieces of beef, thank you very much! That's more than modest for the price paid!!!

Really a disappointment now. Prices have recently increased by 1.50Fr. The box has a loose bottom and the employees can't even fill the box completely. At 10.50Fr for a portion of rice you could almost think you would be full... Edit: yes that's true, it still tastes great. And of course there are a lot of things that are happening right now. However, 10.50 (for rice with a 16% price increase) is too high in my opinion.

The food tastes good and the portions are big enough. Pricing policy also fits. What's wrong here is the staff. They simply can't do ANYTHING. Customers are not greeted, you often get B even though you ordered A and when you complain, the employees are rude. Go get something here if there are no more than 2 people in line. After that they are completely overwhelmed.

Unfriendly staff who refuse to work 1 1/2 hours before closing and only offer old fried noodles. Don't get me wrong, I'm also against food waste and I don't expect a whole pot of curry to be served for two people, but Pad Thai, which is freshly prepared either way, was refused and referred to the noodles in question. It hasn't happened for the first time either, but rather regularly over the last 4-5 years. If you look at the reviews here over the years, the management refuses to work just as much as the employees. Not following up with action for years, but only responding to criticism with empty standard phrases.

Asian chicken noodles are always delicious.

I tried Pad thai and it was good. But the middle-aged woman staff is extremely unfriendly. She kept responding annoyingly to me when she took orders. All I told her was 'One pad thai'. When I asked for the receipt, she almost yelled 'Later!!!' at me and headed for the kitchen right away. I do not know what was wrong with her. I would visit here again for pad thai but to the different branch definitely not this one.

Very tasty Thai food, large portions. Phad Thai tastes very, very good, I can only recommend it. Based on my last review, which was very critical (not related to the food), customer service responded really nicely. A negative reaction can have a positive effect, I think that's very good of you.

Tastes more like a copy of Thai food, too little flavor, not enough complexity in the aroma. As if you didn't want to spice it up too exotically, it's suitable for everyone.

The food is great! For a quick service the food was really good, there are certainly better ones... but for take away it was top. The employee, on the other hand, simply flops!! There was no hello, no goodbye, or if she said it then with her mouth closed! If you're serving people and have a face like them, then it's better to quit and leave it to someone else who has more desire to work. I was in Filliale Stadelhofen at 11 o'clock sharp... and that was definitely the last time in this Fillialen.

Great Thai food, the fried noodles and rice as well as the green curry are recommendable. Staff is friendly and efficient. Not to pricey by Swiss standards. Only takeaway. The line is often longer than there is place in the building so you will stand in line on the street at lunchtime. TripAdvisor approves it.

Unfortunately there were no tofu cubes in the menu as described. The verbal criticism was responded to very cheekily.

Small take away with freshly cooked thai food like Pad Thai and chicken sweet sour. Quality from ingredients are nice for the price. Limited choices on the menu but it's to be expected for a takeout shop. They also have rotationg ready made dishes like curry, satay.
