I would give zero stars if I had the option. Consistently late delivering orders, usually even 1hr. Kept ordering again and again hoping things will improve but service only keeps deteriorating. Never ordering again (ever)

Worst experience ever! This is the third time I've made the mistake and ordered through Smood. Because I thought mistakes can happen, especially on a weekend when there is a lot going on. But it seems like both the employees and the drivers at Smood are completely incompetent. The food either didn't arrive at all or was incomplete and cold! The support is completely incompetent and cannot help. The answer is yes, we're sorry, but there's nothing we can do now. It's a shame when you just don't get any food at all because its Sunday and the stores are also closed by the time your delivery should have arrived. I can't recommend Smood at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered online on a friday evening. got my food delivered the next day after around 11am... (took rhem over 12h) Texted with an empoye over the chat since the hotline is 1chf/min. He told me i was lying and that i set the delivery date to saturday which was not true. didt get my money back since the food was delivered (i was not even at home, they left it in front the door). I understand that mistake happens but its not okay to blame me for it even though i could disprove everything. i will avoid smood in the future. Didnt get a refund. The restaurant i ordered said they cant do anything and smood is in charge of the mistake... quite annoying and frustrating my order: QAV-7759 maybe the employe that reads this will belive me and accept the fact that their system had a mistake. Still hoping for a refund.

I ordered at 11am for delivery at 12:15 via Smood. After 30 minutes there was still no update that the restaurant had received the confirmation. In the chat I was told that this restaurant doesn't open until 1 p.m. and my order won't be processed until 1:30 p.m. Why can you order for 12:15 then?? I have already ordered from this restaurant at least 10 times and it always arrived promptly at 12:00 via Ubereats and it says on the internet that this restaurant is open. No sense. I tried to cancel my last order from Smood because there was no message after more than an hour. PS: The order a few weeks earlier was simply canceled by you after the promised delivery time without any notification. When I canceled the new order, it was already past the promised delivery time. In addition, over an hour later, a supplier suddenly showed up at the door with the order. He said he had to come from Zurich to Lucerne because there were no suppliers. I informed him that I would no longer accept this order after being more than an hour late. It's understandable if you have to cook yourself instead of enjoying the food you ordered. Now, instead of showing goodwill, you have simply reimbursed the delivery costs. To date I have not received any feedback about the order or the cancellation. I would like to emphasize that for an order of 60.-, I will not accept it if you just return the delivery. Ultimately, the mistake was clearly on your part, as you didn't even report a delay for over an hour.

Terrible online portal, support has no idea, no information is available on the HP. There is no search function at all and the support in the chat does not understand even the simplest questions: "Can you order and pick up somewhere?". Answer: “yes, with Click and Collect”. Question: “Where is the nearest pick-up point?”. Answer: "I don't know that and therefore can't give you any precise information." The most important thing for the operator is that you create a profile, probably so that they can then bombard you with advertising and spam.

Yesterday evening we ordered at 6:30 p.m. and about 5 minutes later we received confirmation of acceptance for delivery, which would take place between 7:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. Shortly before 8 p.m. we tried to find out how long the delay might be via SMOOD chat (because we have a young son who was hungry). Other than answering the bot questions, we received no response from support. That's why we ended the SMOOD chat connection at 8:15 p.m. We checked our email and we were actually informed by email at 8 p.m. that what we ordered would not be delivered! Hungry, we ordered from JUST, which was delivered in 50 minutes.

Worst delivery service in Switzerland! Disastrous delivery service - stay away! Dishes that were ordered and paid for were not delivered twice. Last time I ended up in the hospital because of food poisoning. I had to contact customer service countless times. After 3 weeks the response was simply “Thank you for your feedback, we’ll do it better next time.” I'm still waiting for credits today. Not even the undelivered dishes were credited. Never again! Absolutely horrible experience. After some issues with Smood a few years ago, we gave them another chance. Ordered Tom Kha Gai soup with explicit comment 'no onions' since my wife can't eat them. Got email at 17:50 that order was all ready and being delivered. Got a call 25 mins later from a lady telling us that the restaurant made all soup with onions and it was not possible to remove them. I asked why this was not communicated to us in first place, before they prepared the food. She kept repeating the same statement. Interestingly she also admitted that the order had not been delivered yet by the restaurant. We asked for alternatives but she said she had to clarify first and get back to us later. Since we were hungry we gave in, accepting the order as is. I will never ever order from them again. Unfriendly, not on top of their processes and obviously never learned what customer focus is.

Honestly!? I'm surprised Smood still exists. With all the 1* reviews. But in the future they will probably simply charge CHF 30 for a delivery in order to pay the managers. If you pay your driver more, more people will come to work for you and you will finally be able to deliver on time. I only order from Smood because they have the option to pay with Lunch Check. As soon as the competition introduces this payment method, I'll be away from Smood. I can't understand who orders from Smood and uses a different payment method. I have already ordered extra early with a delivery date twice. But Smood places orders with its drivers so late before the delivery date that they can never, ever meet the delivery date if the order volume is high. I've waited 2 hours for my order several times. Very poorly run company. It's a shame that Uber has to show how it's done!

According to Smood's report, the food ordered from Smood from the Molini restaurant was supposed to be delivered by employees of the restaurant. But the restaurant is closed, so we waited unnecessarily for the food and then had to reschedule. The only thing support does is look for someone to blame instead of making sure my food is delivered to me. 15 minutes discussing with me. No solution at all and in the end just nothing, nothing.. 45.- 12.- delivery fee collected but nothing was done. It was said that if the food was not delivered, it would be returned to the restaurant. I drove to the restaurant and no one saw my food. Luckily, the people in the restaurant were kind enough to make me dinner again. Never again with smood! The smood employees are arrogant and not problem solvers but simply problem pushers! I cannot recommend Smood at all. I placed the order with Nooba at 11:18 a.m. and the order email said it would be delivered between 12:00-12-3 p.m. At 12:00 p.m. the order had still not been accepted by the restaurant. At Smood there is only a paid hotline, a chat robot or email support, although you also have to pay a service fee of 1 for the order (I have no idea which service this fee is used for). I then called the restaurant directly and they told me that they hadn't received an order. After asking again, the employee found the order and at that moment the order status at Smood also changed. I first wanted to cancel the order online, which was no longer possible, even before I called the restaurant. Never order there unless you want to deal with customer service! I ordered there 3 times and each time I waited 1-2 hours for my order, then called the restaurant directly and they told me that they never actually receive orders from Smood, apparently the communication between the restaurant and Smood doesn't work. I then had to contact Smood support each time and they then checked with the respective restaurant directly. Not only have I had such experiences, but people in my circle of friends have also ordered there and the orders didn't arrive at all or were 2-4 hours late. The delivery people are always friendly (at least from my experience) this will at least justify this star. For customer service, it has lost a lot of quality. I order from Migros, a damaged product, and a problem with the list of ingredients for another (allergens in particular), the customer service therefore promises me a refund for these 2 items (in the form of a credit), only after a few days still nothing on my smood account...and then radio silence from customer service. Another thing, for this order I received a cash back offer of 50.- if you order more than 250.-... Which I did, but no luck, some products out of stock, my order drops below 250 and poof, the cash back is gone...Great!!! In short, I will go through the competition from now on. EDIT: I have since been reimbursed and received a cashback proportional to the amount of my order, but I no longer count the number of messages to have achieved this :D

Pizza from Samigo was supposed to come after 15-30 min. Called the restaurant after 50 min and it turned out that it a) took Smood 30 min to forward the order to the restaurant and b) our pizza was sitting there but no driver was showing up. NEVER AGAIN Smood!

Worst company ever. I had one order where after 1 hour and 15 minutes they cancelled it. Just wow. The next time I ordered it took 2 hours for the food to get delivered. Considering the fact that smood has high delivery fees this company is just bullocks.

ordered twice here and they messed up both orders. they sent me the wrong food and you only get a voucher, they don't do any refunds. had to contact support multiple times to even receive the right amount of money on that voucher. second order there (because I had to use that voucher...) came 30mins late, without any information for the delay or anything. y'all should take some lessons from uber eats.

As much action as Smood does JUST for BlackTap... unbelievable. If they did something else or a general promotion on top of the horrendous delivery prices then I would order more. With every email I think "Oh, a promotion" and then only at BlAcKTaP..... I actually had a good experience for the most part. Only at KFC from Volketswil it never works, ordered 3 times and never works. Once my delivery was even delivered to a person who wasn't me, they just handed my delivery to someone without checking their identity... The offer at Smood is m.m.n. the largest, at least in my area, but the delivery prices are far too expensive. 20Fr as a delivery fee?! That's a whole meal and more... There are still a few things that can be improved at Smood - but the support itself has always been very satisfactory and quick for me so far. But the restaurants themselves, when there were problems, didn't. Like KFC, for example, they say they call you by phone and you just don't hear anything. But I won't even try to order from them again. But delivery prices of 20.- for a 20-minute journey is too much! For deliveries from Zurich that take about the same time or take longer, you pay less, or nothing at all.

Worst food delivery company ever. I ordered food, waited for almost 2 hours, and the food never came. I called the restaurant, and they told me that the food had been ready for this whole time and that Smood didn't bother sending someone to pick it up. I tried calling Smood FIVE times but they didn't bother answering. After 2 hours, Smood sent me an email claiming that the restaurant was closed and that they didn't know, which is a COMPLETE LIE since I had just spoken to the restaurant. I am never using Smood again. The funny thing is that they don't refund, they force you to use the money with their service. NEVER USING SMOOD AGAIN. Thank God for Uber Eats and EAT.CH

I waited an extremely long time for the food. Order on Saturday afternoon took over an hour until it reached delivery status, then another almost 1.5 hours until it was delivered (supposedly because of a demo). I never received a time update. The food was no longer as fresh and the fries in particular were no longer usable.

Happy birthday laugh track. Ordered at 5:15 p.m. Around 6:00 p.m. 2/7 of the order arrives. We contacted you by phone. They said the other part would come in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes and many more calls, which cost money each time, another 4/7 of the order arrived at 8 p.m. We also contacted each other via chat. At 10:15 p.m. the courier rang again and said he had forgotten something. The blame was also shifted to the restaurant. What a birthday.

A promo code is being advertised for a burger supplier in the city of Zurich. The promo code is valid on Saturday April 30, 2022 according to the promotional advertisement. But the code doesn't work! Contacted support. But she is of the opinion that the CODE works. But they tested on Sunday. A professional platform would have looked in the log files to see exactly what happened with the order and which promotion code I entered. But SMOOD.CH doesn't bother to do that. Instead, support refers me to the next promotion. One thing is as certain as amen in church, I will never order anything on SMOOD.CH again - I don't want to enter the promo code 4 times that doesn't work and then not receive proper support. You can often order directly or there are plenty of other professional platforms.

PATHETIC Ordered at 8 p.m., 2 x WRONG DELIVERY. and at 10:10 p.m. STILL NO FOOD. Smoot is not worth it in my opinion! Poor customer service; Chat waiting time is about 2 hours and the chat is only written just before the end of the day. We don't even have to discuss contacting you via telephone (charges apply). The drivers cause stress when you want to check the order! actually not even worth a star! Order arrived at 10:40 p.m. Driver, massively unfriendly and didn't say a word at first. When I gave him a complaint, he became cheeky and rude. First he said; He can't speak German and only English when I complained and suddenly he spoke German!!!!! pathetic to the highest degree!!!!! We ordered food from McDonald. The burgers were cold and the fries were hard, salty and cold. We also found the delivery fee excessive. Also very unfriendly song service. Luckily it was just a test. Will never order from Smood again - Eat.ch is much better.

I wanted to redeem my gift voucher for 300 yesterday by pre-ordering. After all the input, the voucher was not accepted 🤬 the whole theater has been going on since November. Now I'll need the voucher to cheer me on, at least it does the job. There is no communication possible, incomprehensible to me! Nobody needs a delivery service like that. 1 star is still too much. My friends are disappointed too and now I'm fed up. It's a shame about the nerves and the gift voucher 🤔 so, after a reaction from Smood that it should work, I made one last attempt 😡 it was impossible to redeem the voucher! Now it has been used to cheer on the Griil. The paper is enough for that. I also called the restaurant, they hadn't received an order and had more trouble than friends with this delivery service. My tip, keep your hands off it! It's a shame about the time, we're not talking about losing money.👎

This is just the worse. First they let you wait for over an hour. Then you will receive an email, stating that the driver couldn't reach you and left. Customer Service is not helpful at all. Spent 35CHF on SMOOD and didn't receive anything. Didn't even get my money back. DO NOT ORDER SMOOD!!!

Le Café is a small café situated within Zurich Mainstation, in the lower floor. It is a bit hidden, since it is in the middle floor, which is not the one you wozld usually walk through. It has a good variaty of sandwiches and bakeries, as well as coffees and teas. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, serving right at the table. There are tables inside and more outside. During winter time, the places outside can get a bit cold, but with a jacket you're just fine. The ambiente trys to be a bit on the french side, though might do with a freshup.

No understanding for people who don't eat pork. I picked up a “too good to go” package. Normally everyone understands if they don't eat pork. There were a total of 6 bags prepared and there were enough rolls in the display cases, but I still couldn't change my bag. They were also extremely unfriendly and unmotivated. NO THANKS!!!!! I'm sure I won't be going shopping there anymore.
