Jakobshorn in Davos

Great ski area with beautiful views. Pretty sure of snow until the end of the season, as it is located at a high altitude.

As a winter sports enthusiast, the Jakobshorn is always worth a trip.

My favorite mountain in the Davos-Klosters region. Loads of slopes, blued, red and black - never boring. Great restaurants.

It’s nice place for one or two day ski. The view is amazing from the top. Slopes are more for the advanced skiers but beginners can ski at the valley. There are several restaurants so we don’t need to wait too long for the food.

Great ski area, well developed, rarely waiting times. Slopes are well prepared. Lift tickets can be booked directly with accommodation, which reduces waiting times at the checkout.

Twice today the train runs away from under your nose, despite connecting at the middle station. 30 minute waiting time...probably the trains hope that you will go to the restaurant during that time or is it just to annoy you?

Third winter season in Davos and on Jakobshorn (my fav of 4 mountains in Davos). I love the slopes there! ♡ I also visited it in spring time and we drove mountain bikes here, as well amazing experience, the mountain is just beautiful!

Well renovated, very modern facilities, several small on-piste restaurants! The staff could be a little friendlier when purchasing day passes!

Very popular Italian pizzeria, we ate quickly and well with 4 small children. The place was packed, the waiter very kind. At the end of the meal they gave the children a small gadget, much appreciated!

Excellent ski and snowboard resort at Davos, loads of different options for runs. Plenty of lifts so that you rarely wait at all. Lots of off-piste and on-piste runs for everyone to enjoy.

The ski area gets four stars because it is not the best area for skiing and snowboarding, but it has the 4 best huts in the entire Davos ski area. Once with the gondola all the way up to the summit and then via Jatzhütte, Güggel, Fuxähufer and finally down to Bolgen Plaza. Highly recommended in bad weather👍

Top skiing. There are no safety fences in some places, but everything else is great.

A big compliment to the Bähndli chauffeurs. They are always friendly and say hello/goodbye, sometimes in German, sometimes in English and the hit was in Romansh.

Fast and expeditious processing. Gondola heavily used by bikers. The gondola lift and therefore the ride becomes unpleasant because the gondolas are completely blocked by bicycles at the scenic spots. During weekends, visiting the area on busy roads is not recommended.

Tageskarte sowie Fußgänger Ticket sind massiv zu teuer. Bahnen & deren Gebäude sind grösstenteils veraltet. Es gibt keine Aufenthalträume für Gruppen und Klassen. Als Fußgänger steht man an den Wochenenden stundenlang in der Mittelstation an damit man auf den Gipfel kommt. Das selbe in grün wenn man die Talfahrt in Angriff nimmt. Auch hier werden Bussen auf den Parkplätzen verteilt obwohl nur bis 15:00 gelöst werden kann! Achtung systematische Abzocke!

Tolles Skigebiet, herrlich zu sehen wie gute Schanzenspringer da unterwegs sind.

sehr schönes kleines Skigebiet. Die Pisten sind bestens präpariert. Es sollten aber mehr Infotafeln mit Pisten und Liften aufgestellt werden.

Wiele różnorodnych tras - zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Jedynie męczące są trasy "widokowe" - zdecydowanie za długie i monotonne, bardziej nadające się na biegówki niż narty zjazdowe. Dobre miejsce dla rodziców z dziećmi!

Es ist einfach schön den Tag mit Ski fahren zu genießen. Gerade in diesen Zeiten muss man hierfür echt dankbar sein. Gutes Schutzkonzept greift.

Sehr schönes Skigebiet. Man achtet sehr auf Corona Schutz. Schneesicher durch die Höhe.

Es war toll. Ab Mittelstation unten waren viel zu viel Leuten wenn man die Corona Situation in Betracht zieht.

Perfekte Pisten am Morgen! Früh aufstehen lohnt sich!

Magnifique domaine ! Les pistes sont vraiments bien faites et les paysages sont tout simplement somptueux ! Le seul soucis c'est qu'on en fais vite le tour (14 pistes seulement) ... heureusement qu'il y a la possibilité d'accéder à d'autres domaine pour compenser à cela :D !

Das Jakobshorn ist ein eher überschaubares Skigebiet. Es hat einen Snowpark und ein paar Pisten, ist aber kein Vergleich zum Skigebiet Parsenn, das auf der anderen Seite des Tals liegt.

keine möglichkeit mit einer punktekarte ganz nach oben zu fahren, das ist schade. man könnte doch einfach 2 punkte dafür bezahlen, dann wäre es doppelt so teuer wie unten, aber die möglichkeit zur bergstation wäre gegeben.

Jakobshorn ist ein geniales Skigebiet für Freerider, Freestyler und alle die neben den Pisten fahren wollen. Für Skifahrer die ausschliesslich auf der Piste fahren wollen ist Davos Parsenn empfehlenswert. Dieses Skigebiet ist sehr schnell verfahren, also das heisst die Pisten haben sehr schnell Hügel. Sonst kann man sich aber nicht beschweren, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.

schade dass es keine möglichkeit gibt,mit punktekarten bis ganz oben zu fahren.

Great skiing resort for families. Mostly blue and red slopes. Huge kickers in the fun park at the top (2,500m a.s.l.). Restaurants in the open with seating outdoor.
