We did a speed shoe hike up the mountain, which was very nice, only the upper section was a bit tough because of the wind, but then we discovered this restaurant/hut and also watched a few freeriders, generally there was very little going on and it was very idyllic. It's a shame that so few people appreciate it.

Beautiful mountain! I love to hike to the summit Pischahorn with snowshoes and then enjoy the ride down on skis, snowboard, or airboard. The best winter activity in my opinion! (There is a large assortment of rental equipment for anyone interested) I always bring my own gear.

From winter 22/23, the rooms will again be available to all guests on weekends and not just to certain “club members”. Our small but fine menu offers something for everyone. If you are still looking for an idea for Christmas dinner: We offer great activities with food for groups from November 12th and throughout December - the seasonal operation starts again on December 26th.... You can find information on www.davos-pischa. ch. We look forward to seeing you!!

This unique place focuses on alternative sports such as snowshoe hiking, freeride, but that's not all. A floodlit trail for night cross-country skiing and numerous trails for dog sports. Additionally, downhill rides on bikes adapted to ride on snow, and downhill rides on inflatable cushions, the so-called airboards. You surf lying down in deep snow - on an inflatable pillow. Apparently it's easy to learn. The flexible, airy body of the airboard absorbs shocks, and the skid profiles enable controlled riding even at high speeds. Winter hikers can take advantage of a prepared guided trip to the Hüreli peak, and there is also a survival and igloo-building course. I have never seen so much madness in one place before in my life. We only took advantage of the nice snowshoe trail, but we didn't take the cable car here like most people, we just walked in, which is almost always the case. Instead of rushing like we were on a highway, we consciously wandered among the Alpine nature, although I do not deny that it is worth experimenting. We've had similar antics before.

Beautiful winter hiking trails that are well prepared and the view is great. A visit to this quiet hiking area (only accessible by cable car in winter) is very worthwhile - - actually an insider tip.

If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the ski hustle and bustle, Pischa is the right place for you. The ideal place for winter hiking, touring skiing, etc.

The Pischa is wonderful for doing something different like standing in line for the ski lifts for 1/10th of the day. Taking a snowboard down the "unprepared" mountain...an experience. Experience is the word for this insider tip anyway. Great opportunities away from the hustle and bustle of Davos. But be careful: more and more people are finding this mountain (again) and learning to love it. Absolute fun tip!

We enjoyed 4 days in Pischa with hotel accommodation in beautiful weather. A variety of options invite you to winter hiking or snowshoeing, great. The hotel rooms (with shower and toilet on the same floor) are modern and functional. For the rather hefty price, I wish there was a little more Alpine charm, which would be possible with just a few accessories. The team is friendly, the food is simple but good.

We parked at the Pischa valley station last Tuesday. There were about 20 cars in the parking lot. We paid the parking fee of 5.- Fr. Unfortunately we entered the number SG 365371 instead of SG 368378. Even though they knew that parking money was being paid, we received a fine of 40 francs. But since we paid the parking money, it's not okay for us and we'll move on with the buses. So that's how people treat Davos guests :0( We are very disappointed!!

Very nice corner in the valley to the Fluela pass driveway. Particularly worthwhile for sledging and hiking. Skiing is also very good when there is fresh snow. The train only runs in winter and usually every 30 minutes. The mountain restaurant is very cozy with a great view of the Davos Valley. The route to Huerli is particularly recommended if you can handle the altitude.

I loved going there even as a small child and I still do today. At the moment only the cable car is running and all other lifts are closed. But that's enough and Pischa is irreplaceable for all freeriders, snowshoe hikers, snow kiters, etc. Especially in the high season when you can hardly make two turns on Parsenn without almost colliding with 10 people, it is quiet here on Pischa and you have space

Lovely little mountain to get away from the hustle ad bustle of Parsenn and Jakobshorn. Never busy and offers excellent free-riding. Almost nothing is groomed, so if you like skiing pistes, look elsewhere. If you are willing to traverse and/or hike a bit there are some lovely descents, but even right off the cable car you will find lovely undulating powder runs. Later in the season gets lots of warm sun due to its southerly facing exposure. It's a bit of a shame that they shut down the t-bars, but still worth a trip out for a day or two when you come to Davos/Klosters.
