The hotel is beautiful. It manages to maintain historical characteristics without compromising the comfort and facilities offered to guests. Super kind staff, doing everything in their power to make your stay the best possible.

We loved our stay, from the moment we arrived, with Concierge Tiago de Oliveira, very attentive and kind and speaking our language in Portuguese. The hotel is great, the location is wonderful and the service is incredible. We will definitely be back, wonderful!!

My mother and I were already planning our return visit to the MO Luzern when we left, a good indication of how lovely the hotel is. Upon our arrival the staff was ready for us and let us check in early to our well-appointed room with a spectacular view of Lake Lucerne and Mount Pilatus. The staff was attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed using the beautifully marbled spa facilities with a sauna, steam room and relaxation areas. The breakfast was a great way to start the day before we went sightseeing using our Swiss Rail Passes. We are definitely fans of the MO.

Especially when it comes to service, the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne was definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. He was simply perfect. Every detail was right. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly without seeming stiff. The stay was accordingly unforgettable. The afternoon tea is also highly recommended!

The property in Luzern is very special. It has the most wonderful location and the view from my room (lakeside full view). Was captivating. All the staff were very warm and engaging, wanting to make my stay the very best experience they could offer.

The Mandarin Oriental Lucerne is a wonderful property. The hotel has been completely renovated and it is absolutely magnificent both in the public areas of the hotel and in the rooms. In the rooms, every detail has been thought of to make you feel good. The beds are divine. The rooms are quiet. The views of the lake are extraordinary. Some rooms have a balcony, others a terrace. I loved my lake view junior suite with balcony. The catering points are very good and they adapt to different requests. I had warned in advance that I am gluten-free vegan, they had planned a delicious breakfast especially for me. The teams are smiling and attentive. In short, an excellent address!

Hotel has great views from the rooms and I always felt every member of the staff was always more than helpful. I have stayed at a lot of 4-5 star hotels in Europe and the showers and bathrooms were always tiny. Big bonus for palace Luzerne was the full sized shower and the nice roomy bathrooms. Also, the hotel has a nice cigar lounge with a good selection. About it thing bad to say besides the price is the room AC is not very strong. Had the AC on Max output for 3 days straight and still did not get very cold in the room.
