Employee demotivated and had to ask if I could order something after 3 minutes

Good selection of smoothies and juices. Stood for ages waiting to be served before anyone acknowledged us despite only one person getting served before us and 3/4 staff behind the counter. Music was pretty loud and had to wait for seats to be vacated before we could sit down. All in all, it was ok, quite a pleasant experience and nice interior.

Sofas,WC, Floor,were so dirty! Food Ok. Overpriced to be honest.

What kind of action is it if he says it's not hot enough, then pours it into a smaller glass and makes a face like he's doing a good deed? (white-skinned man with glasses)

I ordered a green juice and it was advertised as having only 58 calories. The ingredients did not mention any oil. But I noticed they put large quantity of oil into my juice. When I asked them why they told me that if they do not put oil there will be lots of foam. I believe they should mention this in the ingredients and adjust the calories. One table spoon of oil has 120 calories and they put much more. So the juice is impossible to have 58 calories as they claim.

Very dirty and some of the work is unhygienic! The blonde young man is very arrogant and unfriendly!

A great place in Zurich for “light” food. The portions could be a little more generous because it was very, very good.

The juice was delicious as always. The prices are very high. The shop is extremely dirty. All seating and tables are sticky and have stains. The toilet is disgusting, I wouldn't want to use it.

Cosy and quiet place for eat light food. Especially their smoothies worth it to try.

A man wearing a black beanie (I should actually stop writing at this point) simply banged on something on the counter with a hammer for 8 minutes (could have been done in the closed room at the back). A bit of customer-focused thinking or action really wouldn't hurt. In these 8 minutes, 4 people left the room for this reason. Train your employees not to touch the tea bags with their hands (without gloves).

In terms of service, my favorite Joe in Zurich. Friendly and courteous employees. I come here several mornings a week and have always been satisfied. The coffee is delicious. I will come here often! 🙂

I've been there to order takeout. The service is very fast and efficient. The serrano ham sandwich and the tuna sandwich are really good. The place looks nice and quiet but I have never eaten there.

Dear management team, the two of the employees were completely overwhelmed on Saturday and all the customers were upset.

The staff is extremely friendly. Drinks and food TOP! Unfortunately there is really little seating and a little "cold". The positive still outweighs the negatives. Always worth a visit.

The products are good, similar to other Joe & the Juice stores. The staff does their job, but is not exceptionally friendly. The downside is that the store is not very clean.

No clue why they do that bit the music is always way too loud. Not even my noise canceling can cancel it out. Coffee and Service are perfect like always.

Please AVOID if you are a tourist, specifically from the US. I was a victim of attempted poisoning at this place. The girl who made my juice put plastic pieces in and blended them up in my drink. The pictures below speak for themselves.

The Tunacado toast at this place is a delightful combination! The flavors of tuna, avocado, and tomato blended perfectly on toasted bread. It's a tasty and satisfying choice for brunch. 😍

Their coffee is really nice but the acai bowl is a joke :( It’s not creamy at all, just iced pieces and some toppings. Tastes more like sugared ice cubes than acai… Will come back for coffee though.

The coffee was the only good thing. Even if you consume on site, everything is served in plastic. Acai Bowl is served with lazy banana. Chairs very uncomfortable.

Due to a question about an allergy, we got the answer that the employee is not eating every single cake, so can not know everything, will be nice if you inform him that you have an allergy list which we found alone. Giving not water in room temperature in a hot day will be also appreciated.

Ordered two coffees, quality was just about average. The service doesn't understand German or English. You are not customer oriented.

I am a frequent customer at this store and always take the same juice. Accordingly, I know exactly how it tastes. Today I ordered this exact Juice again and then, already back at work, found that this was almost inedible. Due to the price and also to give feedback (which also helps you) I paused my work and went back to the store. I said that the drink was undrinkable (it also looked strange) and the answer was a unprofessional smiling "if I'm sure, etc.". Later I was given a new Juice but I was neither looked at, nor came a sorry or similar. Extremely disrespectful. Especially because customers who come back in such cases and give you feedback and would remain regular customers if treated courteously should be worth a lot to you - basic marketing knowledge. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit with you.

Service denied :( Arrived before closing and it was full of customers but depsite enoght time they denied to serve for a take away

I really liked this institution. But first I was given a sandwich that leaked down my pants (before I could taste it). Secondly, the bread was burnt and this affected the taste. It upset me a lot.

Unfortunately service is very slow during lunchtime. The tables and restroom are clearly not cleaned regularly.

This is the worst joe& the juice I’ve ever been to i tried it all over the world it’s always good except for this branch! Employees are very rude i kept repeating the order because he wasn’t focusing with us and when the orders arrived of course it was missed up and they refused to adjust the orders!!!! If there’s below a star i would’ve given them

Lots of healthy and excellent juices. Sandwiches available gluten-free and they are perfectly crispy and healthy filled. Highly recommended!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Joe & The Juice and Uber Eats. Despite being a regular customer of Joe & The Juice and frequently ordering through Uber Eats, my faith in their services has been shattered. During my last order, it seems that my Carrot-Ginger-Apple juice had already spilled or fallen inside the courier's bag, as the bag was partially torn. When the courier handed me the bag, it completely ripped open, causing the entire food and juice to spill all over the floor, my shoes, the hallway wall, and my doormat. The stains from the juice are so stubborn that they cannot be fully removed. Following this unfortunate incident, I immediately reached out to Uber's customer support in search of a solution. They only refunded me for the cost of the meal and then completely ignored my subsequent requests. To them, the case was closed. I then contacted Joe & The Juice's team, but they also completely ignored my inquiries. I haven't received a response to this day! It is incredibly frustrating that none of the parties involved took responsibility, leaving me with significant additional costs. I can no longer use the shoes stained by the carrot juice, and it appears that I will have to clean or repaint the hallway wall as well. For a meal and a drink that I couldn't even enjoy, this is an exorbitant price to pay. I understand that accidents can happen, and that's not the main issue here. What is truly disappointing is the way this situation was handled. Both Uber and Joe & The Juice neglected their customer support responsibilities in a catastrophic manner. It is regrettable that as a paying customer, I was completely ignored, and I am left to bear the consequences of others' mistakes. The lack of professional support and complete disregard from customer service has deeply disappointed me. I will definitely not be ordering from Joe & The Juice or Uber Eats again, and I cannot recommend them anymore.

Interesting & special facility. Pleasant music and friendly service. Our little table was a bit wobbly, but the coffee and pain au chocolat were fine.

Visit on Saturday afternoon. Positive: The cappuccino was good and the staff was friendly. But personally I don't like it there much or at all. The music was loud and a quiet conversation was impossible. The rather sparse seating is not very comfortable. Uncomfortable lighting concept. There are some big city nomads in the restaurant who spend their time sitting in front of their laptop. The toilet was unclean due to the customers. No business card! Overall, unfortunately, an uncomfortable impression - I would design the furnishing concept fundamentally differently and it would need a lot more vibrant colors.

Bad service , not friendly:(… the food is really tasty and nice ambient but grumpy staff to serve you :(! Asked nicely to warm it again my sandwich as it was cold ( suppose to be warm ) and the guy told me „no we don’t warm it „!!!

A place with its charm. First of all, I must say that we are in Zurich, so I cannot say that having breakfast here is cheap, since if we compare it with Spain, the increase in prices is very noticeable. What I can say is that what we ordered was delicious. Very rich and quality coffee. And the fruit bowl is very delicious and fresh. The truth is that it seemed small but it is very powerful, so we ended up quite full. When we went it seemed like a quiet place, with little noise. They have several Joe & the juice scattered around Zurich, so if you are in doubt about which place to go to, go to the closest one.

OMG, this place is so cute and cozy! Perfect spot for catching up with my girls. The breakfast bowls are bomb and the smoothies are so yummy! NGL, it's kinda expensive, but I guess that's just Zurich for ya!

My favorite sandwich in town! Tunacado plus point with gluten-free bread. Thank you for this delicious offer. The juices are also very tasty. Unfortunately it's really overpriced (juice&sandwich 24.-) so not 5 stars. The staff is also nice and friendly. It was often dirty but today it was clean. Cool vibe :)

I am a regular customer who usually buys daily and it seems to me a lack of honesty that they put a purchase promotion on the page, one and get the other free and when placing the order I only receive the incomplete order, without the added promotion

Coffee was good, service was friendly. Personally, the music in the restaurant was too loud for me. I also think that more than seven francs for a coffee (normal large coffee, nothing special) is quite a lot...

Food poisoning. Really bad cleanliness, grabbed a sandwich and a smoothie, only thing I’d eaten all day and by the evening, had to leave dinner before it had started with nausea and stomach cramps. Ruined a huge chunk of my holiday.

If you want to enjoy really good juices in a variety of variations in a casual atmosphere, this is the best place in Zurich. The sandwiches are also great, as are the staff. Paula does an excellent job!

The smoothie is ok but definitely worth almost 12 euros. With milk banana and strawberry chaschder so en smothie loose dihai make for nödmal a quarter of where there zahlsch and s turkey sandwich is au mediocre, zahlsch think au 12.- The price is completely over the top for what it is.

Quick salads and smoothies if you want something relatively healthy, but expensive for the quality.

I really like the club sandwich I have their. Definitely recommended.

The coffee is good but CHF 13 for 2 small cappuccino/latte, being one with special milk is a bit overpriced. Who can afford that every day or multiple times a day? Replying to the reply from Joe & The Juice: loyalty card might not be right way of addressing your high prices. I am not from the city hence I cannot be a loyal customer.

Sometimes the wait is too long. They prepare some Uber Eats orders while letting the physical customer wait.

Excellent panini, the bread was to die for

order their « acai bowl ». it was NOT an acai bowl! The texture was like a warm melted smoothie. It’s supposed to be sorbet-like. Almost no fruits in the mix, and none in the toppings. Very disappointed

Honestly, the tuna sandwich tastes very awesome with a fresh drink made from all the types of fruits you like or alkaline vegetables. . A hundred percent healthy restaurant. . I always recommend visiting it

Very tasty shakes, juices and sandwiches, but pretty overpriced, and relatively small portions. Dirty tables, loud music, stressed staff, but also: fast, efficient service. It depends what you're looking for: fine for a quick (expensive) lunch, but not cozy enough for hanging out a bit longer.

Can‘t have a normal conversation while sitting. The constant noise from the juice bar is annoyingly loud! It took the „bartender“ 10min to prepare a green shot. Never again.

Tried the tunacado sandwich today. It was super delicious, with delicious pesto, tuna and avocado + the fine, crusty bread. The shake tasted great too. You have to try it!

For my daughter (3y), the cashier recommended their Sport Juice with passion fruit, apple and pineapple. Unfortunately, the juice tasted very strongly of ginger, although this was not stated. In addition, 2 of 3 employees were completely without a hygiene mask and the third person wore the mask under her nose! Too bad, we will not come again.

A real juice shop with overpriced prices and rude staff who seem to be really overwhelmed. I had a juice that was tasty, but I only had 2 slices of turkey in my sandwich and that was over 10.- CHF..

It's perfect place for a cup of tea and sandwich. And there is enough space for kinderwagen in cafe. Cozy atmosphere🥰

Good shakes and fresh sandwiches !

The sandwiches are original, a kind of sandwich with very thin bread and original fillings. The attention is some of the worst I have ever experienced. The guy at the bar threw a wood stirrer into the air that I asked him to mix the sugar in my cappuccino. I was lucky enough to catch it in the air by reflex, but I didn't know if what I was experiencing was real... The cappuccino was not included in the original order and they charged it not in a very good way. The truth is that it is not worth returning or simply ordering to go. It is the evil of a city where these businesses are doing well because many people can indulge in coming here and having to provide a service without putting any effort into it. Incredible.

Be prepared to wait. The drinks are nice, but a 15 minute wait is to be expected - when the place is empty. When it’s not empty, you might find yourself spending quite a lot of your day waiting for your drink.

Love the style and atmosphere, the great freshness of products and the sympathy of the people.
