Before I express my thanks to the store staff, I would like to say a few words about the x Jura coffee machine. I am the owner of a very old impressa e65. Despite its advanced age, the coffee machine still makes us happy with delicious coffee. With proper care, these technical works of art will serve you happily for a long time :). The staff in the store is very friendly and attentive. Despite the language barrier, I was understood and got an answer to my question. Thank you very much for that!

Today I took my coffee machine, which I bought from the Jura Store over 10 years ago, to be repaired. Although Mr. Imhof had a lot of work, he immediately took time to address my concerns and after just under two hours I was able to happily leave the shop with my repaired Ena micro. Service, advice and customer friendliness are absolutely great! And I think the philosophy of “repairing instead of throwing away” is great! The service at the Jura Store is unbeatable and I hope this store and its competent and friendly employees stay with us for a long time.

We have been a Jura customer for over 20 years and purchase everything from the Jura Store Zurich. The advice and service is top class in every respect! My S8 Jura machine always shows "Please remove your finger from the display" even though the display is clean and dry. Unfortunately, since I live in Brazil, I can't get it repaired (but I have a lot of experience, I had my old Jura in operation for 26 years and repaired it myself). If I need to replace the display, could I order this from you?

The Jura brand is lucky to have such a partner in the Kafishop in Zurich! We were able to bring our fully automatic machine over and it was completely overhauled within 24 hours. Mind you, the flat rate for this is unbeatable. But what is the real and true USP is the team on site: it is an absolute blessing that in this day and age of fast consumers there is still such an understanding of customers: it is the absolutely high art of service that Mr. Marik provides lives in perfection (because noticeably authentic and honest). After my 10-year-old JURA machine broke down, I decided to go to a repair service. At FUST I was laughed at and advised to throw it away and buy a new one. Since this was not a solution for me for ecological and economic reasons, I went straight to the JURA shop. I received an extremely friendly welcome there, my machine was inspected and a "major service" was recommended to me for 290 SFr. That sounded very fair and I wasn't disappointed. The very next day I received a friendly call that the coffee machine was ready. Incredible... All wearing parts, all seals, the brewing group were replaced and everything was cleaned extremely well. Today my coffee machine was brought in to be repaired, which was done immediately and we were able to take the machine back with us straight away. We have been here for the second time and have always received competent advice. Mr. Imhof has great specialist knowledge, machines are repaired when it is worth it and not simply replaced. The best shop in Zurich! Alarm in the home office: Our Jura coffee machine has an error 4! So I take the machine to the store, where they do a cool analysis and replace the defective sensors right away. Because I have to wait 10 minutes, I also get fantastic coffee! Everything is super friendly, helpful, extremely competent and also extremely sustainable, because defective machines are repaired here and not simply replaced. (..and the workshop behind glass, into which you have a full view, is impressive!) Happy ending: We'll have coffee again tomorrow! Many thanks to the whole team!

We bought a Jura coffee machine from the Imhof coffee shop in Laufenburg and then had a technical problem. The entire staff, including in Zurich, was extremely courteous and they all tried very hard to resolve this problem. The service is impeccable and recommended to everyone!

Good advice, I was able to take the new machine home straight away.

I received great advice over the phone, but there were problems afterwards. I was allowed to bring my Jura F7 in for service on a Friday evening, and I was given the appointment verbally the following week on Wednesday or Thursday. I didn't receive an answer on Thursday and was put off until Friday. There was no call on Friday and was put off until Saturday. On Saturday I got the news that it would be Monday because the store was overrun. Today is the month and so far I have no answer. Conclusion: It has already been 10 days from a service that was supposed to take a maximum of 4 days... (does not correspond to the mission statement)
