Very impolite. It's also nice to get expired items. If the lady with the dark hair doesn't feel like serving you, the goods you want to buy suddenly no longer exist, even though they are on the shelf.

The employee today was the first person who really knew how to redeem the prizes from the app and it even worked, which had not been the case in many previous attempts. Valora hasn't exactly covered itself with glory when it comes to the app/redeeming the prizes. I did get a reply to the first email (which wasn't entirely correct), but I didn't get a reply at all to the second email. This branch in particular this employee deserves 5 stars.

The food is good but the entrance door from the outside is an imposition in winter. Cold air is constantly coming in and when it's windy outside, napkins and other light things fly around. It would be better to keep these doors closed during the cold season and only keep access open via the center entrance. It's also not a good thing when the person clearing the dishes intentionally stays in the door so that it gets really cold in the restaurant. January 18, 2024 1:15 p.m. Best regards Holger Lauble

Bahnhofstrasse 21John ist einfach der liebste Mensch. Ich mag ihn & sein Restaurant sehr. Ich war jedes mal zufrieden mit dem Essen. 😍 Im Sommer bin ich gerne draussen und wenns kälter wird ist drinnen auch ganz schön eingerichtet. Fühl mich wie in China Town ☺️ Immer wieder gerne!!
