I am leaving two stars as once out of 4 times I have serviced well. Please reconsider being an access point for UPS if there’s a stand-in who has no clue how to check out a received parcel. Another time for a return parcel they ran out of the appropriate forms to use and third time I was sent back with the apologetic phrase „I was told I could not hand out the parcel, come back tomorrow“. Whenever I come there with full trust I am getting my package I leave disappointed and usually with a bad feeling that I am actually giving the staff such a super challenge of what I think is their job? Or wait do you take summer interns? If so I would gladly work for you, nope, just kidding.

Great food, great employees, very good team, especially the branch manager is a great guy, unfortunately I forgot his name but a very correct and very nice man. Also the best pizza I've ever eaten

Greifengasse 22, 4005 Basel, SwitzerlandI had previously called Nespresso and an unfriendly woman “served” me, and after about 4 minutes she simply hung up the phone! The same thing happened to my mother with the same woman (about 6m ago)! Still continue to shop at Nespresso. 👍 But Nespresso should train people better when it comes to customer friendliness!

Passarelle 9/10I'm not really someone who is quick to give bad reviews, but I've always had the impression that this location was a bit stingy with sauce, but today I got a planted curry without sauce. Unfortunately I only noticed it on the train. Definitely the last time at this location. Other locations are significantly better. (e.g. Basel Market Square)
