The older lady with the graying hair is absolutely not suitable for this job. I was allowed to hand in packages for Sunrise to return, at first I acted stupid, it wasn't possible and rolled my eyes like a 14 year old teenager. She reluctantly accepted the packages and simply threw them on the floor when she pointed out that there were electronic components in them. "not my problem".

The most unreliable kiosk I know. It always opens an hour after opening time and closes 10-30 minutes early. If you ask the kiosk owners about it, they say they simply misread the opening times, which is obviously not true.
