Opening times always vary, and you often don't know whether you're lucky and the kiosk is open. The female sales assistants also behave as if they were the queens of Oerlikon. Funny, but also extremely embarrassing.

NEVER BUY GIFT CARDS FROM K-KIOSK!! A colleague of mine bought the Appstore Gift Card as my birthday present and it didn't work (wasn't scanned properly when cashing in or something). So, we wanted to exchange it, but the saleswoman said we were already too late. I contacted Apple directly and they couldn't help either. The last thing I did was call the Valora main branch and they just said: “OH I'M SO SORRY, WE WILL TRANSFER THE LOST MONEY TO YOU IMMEDIATELY” (and I wrote them an email at least twice). Haven't received anything yet. Conclusion: NEVER buy gift cards from K-Kiosk!!!
