Fast, friendly and tasty and the best team

I love Subway! This time I would particularly like to highlight the super friendly and courteous staff, especially Alex 🙌🏽. For sure I will come back!

Very bad customer service I've never experienced anything like that before. I didn't know that it was so difficult to ask for less vegetables. I'm shocked by such an unfriendliness and disrespectful way of dealing with people, it's blatant and on my birthday. Altstetten Bahnhof Subway .Someone once said that it's a crap shop. It's totally true, very staff and unfortunately, who allows something like that to happen. That people can talk to customers like that.

Everything is always prepared quickly, even when things are busy.

The whole experience with Subway was surreal as Velon (Subway executive) was courteous and attentive enough for our requirements...I extend my sincere Thanks to Velon for making our Day with a Great Meal!!!!

Very good shop, the food tastes very good, the staff are also nice, you have a large selection of food, the location is perfect at the train station and the interior is nice and there is an extremely nice toilet, really nothing to complain about

Even though he was alone and there were a lot of people standing in line, we had our sandwich very quickly. Through the student discount we got a free drink and cookie.

Great Suwbay and great service. Was friendly and super funny. He was alone and totally stressed but still took time for every customer. He always cracks jokes and infects you with his energy. At the end you walk out with a smile.

The service at Subway was simply outstanding! We were served by Philipp, who proved to be extremely professional and courteous. Even at 11:50pm he provided us with first class service. Our sandwiches were quick to prepare and were very good. We were completely satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Philipp, for the great experience!

Super friendly staff and fast service

Extremely friendly staff! Louis was super friendly and funny. The sandwiches were also made very quickly and well, and tasted amazing. Personally I didn't really like the cookies tho, they were too sweet and tasted artificial. The restaurant itself has a lot of seating.

My impression was very good. Louis and Alex both took my wishes into account and fulfilled them as requested. I asked you to change the gloves because I don't eat pork and you touched it with the gloves (religious point of view). They took it for granted.

The food was delivered cold. It wasn't even lukewarm anymore. I ordered my sub with extra protein and extra bacon. Both were missing. I'm very disappointed because Ubereats customer service didn't respond either. It's always great on site. But that was an absolute flop. Rarely have I been so disappointed. The only delivery that was worse was when my chicken breast burger had pineapple on it instead of fried egg. But thank God you have nothing to do with that.

Was only able to buy a limited number of cookies at 5:00 p.m. "as otherwise there wouldn't be any left." Don't understand this philosophy. Did the employee simply not want to make any more cookies until the end of the day or is it mandatory? Unusual.

Yesterday I was a customer at SUBWAY in Altstetten for the first time. Louis served ME in a very friendly, respectful and polite manner at 11 p.m. that night. His service was also very formidable and he is a super good service person.
